• Emiliya (10/5): Невероятна Венеция - Венеция е един невероятен град и няма как да не те накара да се влюбиш в него. Собственика Алесандро допълни това наше изживяване, като ни предаде положителната енергия на този град. Изключително мил и дружелюбен човек е. Комуникацията с него е супер лесна, а настаняването е с определена среща с него, за да даде насоки и напътствия за по-добър престой във Венеция. Локацията е на супер удобно място, на 5 мин. от известния мост Rialto. Наблизо има кафенета и ресторанти, но на нас не ни беше нужно кафе навън, защото всеки ден в стаята ни се зареждаше с кафе и пресни закуски. Също стаята беше безупречно чиста, почистваше се всеки ден, което лично аз много оценявам. Благодаря за прекрасният ни престой и възможността да оставим багажа си за няколко часа след напускане на стаята.

• Sarah (10/5): Perfect accompdation in Venice city center - Alessandro and Simona were the best hosts, very attentive and accomodating. We even got an upgrade to the room with the jacuzzi! The location is perfect (in a quite little street but near the Rialto market). We liked everything !! The matress is not the best we’ve experienced but we slept well anyways.

• Kaushal (9/5): Overall really clean room, nice Jacuzzi in room for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Venice - The owner/Manager Alessandro was really good with answering our queries after we booked his B&B and even after we checked in and were at his property. Highly recommended for couples. There was two steep flight of stairs to get to our room which we were not aware of. We were happy to receive their assistance to get our luggage up the stairs to our room but then had to manage taking it down ourselves as we checked out on Sunday and they did not have any staff on Sunday to assist.

• Petrescu (9/5): Superb - Alessandro, the host is an amazing guide and he told us EVERYTHING we needed to know in order to have a good holiday in Venice. He had maps ready to go, drew on them every possible detail we would need, and suggested the major landmarks we should see in our short stay. The room was spacious, clean, had a jacuzzi bathtub and a small table to eat at. Alessandro provided a small basket daily, for a quick breakfast to get started with the day, which we appreciated a lot. There was also a water machine purifier in the lobby to get fresh water from, and a coffee machine with pods. Location is a bit convoluted to get to initially, but Alessandro wrote every detail needed for us to get there and meet him near the house, in order to hand us the keys. The house aesthetic inside is really nice and cozy. The room was a bit cold due to the tall ceilings, even though we left the heating running at around ~24 celsius, in order to warm up the room.

• Deanna (10/5): Convenient location! - Isabella and Alessandro were immediately responsive to questions and provided excellent instructions on which water ferry to take from train station. Isabella met us at the water ferry stop to ensure we easily found the property. Our room was the 2nd floor, so luggage had to be lugged up the narrow stairs but once in the room it was very comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was great to relax muscles tired after exploring all day. Nice breakfast items are left in your room each day and then fresh pastries delivered to your door each morning! Yummy!! Location was great and allowed easy walking to major sights. Very quiet location! A/C was great! Our room’s location meant our door faced directly across from another room. Because halls are narrow, it felt a bit odd to be so close to other room. But never had issue, just was a bit surprising.

Alessandro was a fantastic host meeting us at the nearest vaparetto stop and showing us to the B&B. He also and gave us loads of great hints and tips to get the best out of our visit. • Alexey (10/5): Wonderful place to stay in Venice - Located close to the main city attractions, this small hotel gives you a wonderful opportunity to stay in Venice. Very friendly owner meets guests personally and provides a useful intro to the city sightseeing, places to visit and eat. Breakfast box is included and gives you everything to start the day full of energy: fruits, juise, tee or coffee, and of course fresh croissants. Some rooms have a jacuzzi, that helps you to relax after walking the city.

• Tanzeem (8/5): cozy stay in the center of Venice. - fresh breakfast in bed and fridge full of drinks to combat the venetian heat. central location with lots of eateries around. close to rialto market and all the souvenir shops. very safe and ideal for late night stroll along the canal. the beddings and pillows could have been better. the stairs are a real pain if you are carrying a big suitcase but that is understandable in these traditional venetian houses.
