• Maria Antònia (5/5): Un molt bon amfitrió per un apartament massa petit i incòmode - L'Eric ha estat molt amable i atent en tot moment i ens ha facilitat molt les coses. En definitiva, un molt bon amfitrió. En primer lloc, l'apartament és massa petit i incòmode per a quatre persones. Feia una olor una mica desagradable i era massa fosc. Per altra banda, tot i que és molt cèntric i està ben ubicat, les finestres no tanquen gaire bé i a les nits se sent molt soroll.

• Jenna (8/5): Central location, easy to find, entertaining stairs. - Great location, the host was brilliant. minor detail, but the lighting wasn’t ideal for applying makeup.

• Ka Shun (8/5): - The staff is very friendly and has lots of restaurants nearby. Its not really near to the Amsterdam Central station. It's not easy to locate and take around 15 minutes walk.
• Hishaam (7/5): Euro Car Trip 25 - Place was nice and comfortable. Cozy. Location was the best as everything was literally few minutes walk. Stairs was a little bit tricky as it was very narrow and steep. Good for young and slim people 😄. But we had a good time nevertheless.
• Marc (8/5): - Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber - hat uns viele gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben. Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die externe enge und steile Treppe ist nichts für Hunde. Wir mussten unseren Labrador immer rauf und runter tragen.
• Christine (9/5): Séjour très sympa et nous reviendrons sans hésiter si l'occasion se présente pour nous de revenir dans cette superbe - Emplacement idéal : inutile de prendre les transports en commun , tout se visite très facilement . Le propriétaire est super gentil , accessible , arrangeant et serviable : il est aux petits soins pour les locataires , c'est bien agréable . Le logement est fonctionnel , bien agencé et bien isolé ( fenêtres fermées on n'entend aucun bruit de cette rue pourtant très animée ) Comme spécifié clairement dans l'annonce l escalier est étroit ( typique à Amsterdam ) mais le propriétaire aide très aimablement pour monter les valises . Le coin cuisine n'est pas prévu pour cuisiner mais nombreuses possibilités de se restaurer aux alentours .

• Shirley (9/5): Nice little apartment in Amsterdam - This is a great little apartment in the heart of the city. Our host was extremely kind and helpful. Stairs are a little tricky, but the host helps getting large suitcases up and down. Overall we were very happy with our experience.

• Frank (7/5): Fantastische locatie met goede basics in Amsterdam met super reagerende en behulpzame eigenaar. - Locatie! Alsof je in Amsterdam woont. Kan niet beter. Straat geluid, raam open, fantastisch. Ook, de eigenaar was SUPER met communicatie via telefoon en text. Reuze service, inclusief een plan om onze bagage wat langer te laten blijven op uitcheck dag. Hadden we iets nodig, werd gelijk geregeld. Ook, alle ramen kunnen open, lekker. Bedden waren minder. Beetje dun met basic dekbed. Maar geen probleem als je moe genoeg bent. De opzet is meer voor vrienden te hangen dan een gezin van vier, maar toch OK gelukt. Kinderen zijn 18+. Wel een vermoeden dat iets ons gebeten heeft, dit hebben we met de eigenaar gedeeld. Even wennen met de voordeur en toegang tot appartement maar went snel. Keuken is niet echt om een maaltijd voor meerder mensen te maken.

• Leonard (10/5): Fantastic city making forever memories. My home from home - Erik is a top host, and the location of this property is perfect. Nice clean room with everything you need. The retro Nintendo was a touch too! I’d definitely recommend and will definitely be returning. My freinds and I had an amazing trip to Amsterdam and this place and it’s host Erik made a huge contribution towards making our trip!!! I’m quite tall so the bedding could have been a bit longer and the beds were slightly hard for my liking

• Dennis (10/5): Central, authentic accomodation - Eric was super helpful with information on the best way to enjoy Amsterdam food, attractions and activities in the most affordable way. His place is in a great location, the authenticity of his accommodation provides the real Amsterdam experience. The stairs to the apartment are extremely narrow and steep but provide a hilarious experience every time we use them. I will definitely return.

• Henrietta (3/5): I didn’t enjoy my stay. I couldn’t wait to leave. My family felt the same way. - Nothing. Just location to Amsterdam city center Everything. The stairs to the room were so narrow and steep. This should be noted. Someone with a disability would not be able to access the room. The base moldings were falling apart and detached from the walls. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. There wasn’t a lock on the door to our room. A door at the top of the stairs had a lock. The property managers room was adjacent to the room we stayed in. There was a door from His room to ours. I’ve never stayed in a room where someone from another room could access the room I was staying in. This accommodation may be good for young college students but not for families.

• Pieter (10/5): Best Value, best location, best owner - The location is perfect, the owner was super duper helpful and he's very informative, you can ask some local knowledge at the surrounding area. He also sent us the full list of recommended restaurants and types of cuisine options, as well as bar and club surrounding. I also experienced the 600mbps internet speed. If you bring a large suitcase, it will be difficult to carry it to the apartment located on the 3rd floor, and the stairs are quite steep and narrow. But the owner was very helpful in carrying the bag for us.

• Alex (10/5): Beware of the staircase, it is very steep and windy, but adds character and we loved it! - The property was in a brilliant location with a nice communal area to relax in. Bathroom was nice, clean and modern. There were 4 of us so we were fighting over the two singles that made a double 😂
