• kyle (10/5): 10/10 and hope Gerrit and family are available to host for our next visit. Gerrit was available if we had questions - Walkable, spacious, clean. Honestly, nothing it was great. If you’re someone who is a light sleeper, maybe the street noise would bother you, but if you want to be central, deal with it! Can’t have your cake and eat it too.
• Good (1/5): The Loft from hell - Nothing! To get to the aprtment we had to climb 3 flights of stairs which were ladders in reality. My other half was on her knees getting around one of the corners as no proper handrails. To get the luggage in and out we had to work as a team lowering or lifting it to each other, one case at a time. The "bed" was a mattress wedge under the loft. More room in an MRI scan. The foot of the bed met the a wide opening where the ladder was to get up. We had to crawl in and out and shimmy/ manoeuvre ourselves to get onto the ladder. Wide gaps all around. There is no fire escape. Small wooden house and only escape was the ladder stairs we came up. Out the back was a patio and no escape stairs. Never seen the like! For €650 for 2 nights it was daylight robbery and the most shocking accommodation I've ever been in.
• Ioannis (7/5): Ικανοποιητικό - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία κοντά σε όλα και φωτεινό διαμέρισμα Απότομες και επικίνδυνες σκάλες , δεν έγινε καν αλλαγη σε πετσέτες και το κρεβάτι είναι πάρα πολύ κοντά στο ταβάνι
• An (9/5): Top! - Fijne ligging. Rustige straat en alles op wandelafstand. Ruime loft, goed onderhouden en alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Heel goed bed. Hele goede communicatie met heel vriendelijke eigenaars. Makkelijk binnen en buiten gaan door de eigen code die je krijgt, geen sleutel nodig. Douche en toilet van de bovenburen waren hoorbaar maar was voor ons niet storend. De zeer steile trap ophoog kan voor mensen die niet goed te been zijn een probleem zijn maar ook wederom voor ons geen probleem.

• Franck (1/5): À ne pas recommander - L appartement n était pas propre et les équipements salés et mal entretenus. De plus des prises électriques étaient défectueuses et les fils étaient apparents donc je me suis blessé les doigts avec mon fils Alphonse. C est inadmissible ! Les coussins et la banquette étaient sales et pleine de sperme sur les coussins je suppose selon mon constat et mon expérience ! Je déconseille vivement ! Le branlant fenêtre est tombée aussi !

• Fiona (8/5): Great location and great host - Great location and very helpful host. Clean and spacious one bed apartment. Kitchenette with fridge and microwave. It wasn't an issue for us, but the stairs are very steep (as with many places in Amsterdam). We managed fine, although if you have lots of luggage or have any mobility issues they could be a problem.

• Isac (8/5): Wonderful location - The loft is in a great central location, close to Leidseplein and the main museums in the city. Most places are a walk away or a few tram stops, which is also conveniently close by. Some minor details: would be nice to have a newer TV in the loft. The current one is very old. I did appreciate the setup though with a nice soundbar and AppleTV. The stairs are incredibly steep, more than usual for an Amsterdam location. Oh and note, the entire block across from the apartment is currently undergoing renovations.

• Lisa (9/5): Great apartment in Amsterdam - Great location, not far to the centre and close to tram stops. The apartment was nice and spacious and was great to have the balcony area. The hosts were great. Nothing but only thing I would say is that the stairs up to to the top floor are very steep but wasn’t really a problem for us.
• Claudine (9/5): very pleasant. - cosy, comfortable, great location. the steep stairs to access the loft. I only had carry-on luggage, I wonder about managing the steps with a full size suitcase.

• Comine (9/5): Perfect location - The location is perfect. Although located around nightclubs it was very quiet, comfy bed and quaint linnen. The kitchen cupboards could do with a paint.
