- Lenner (5/5): We voelden ons alsof we op een appartement verbleven - Mooi dakterras, mooie grote tv, propere kamer. Een mooie gezellige kamer. Bistro/ restaurant aan de overkant was dik in orde en kebab paar huizen verder was heel lekker en heel vriendelijk! Huisregels hangen op in kamer, zijn duidelijk maar voor mensen die geen Frans begrijpen wel een probleem. Vuil badlinnen, we boekten voor 2 nachten kregen geen proper linnen, voor elk 1 koffie gedurende het verblijf. er werdt tijdens ons verblijft niet proper gemaakt. Er stond zelfs geen echt bed, het is een zetelbed dat doorlegen is. Geen kast aanwezig waar ik iets van kledij kon in opbergen. Geen gastvrouw/heer gezien. De sleutel lag in brievenbus, we kregen hierover een duidelijke sms en trekt uw plan. ik had beter een appartement gehuurd dan had ik hetzelfde gekregen. Heel veel lawaai in de straat, kan gastvrouw niks aan doen. In de kamer was veel hoorbaar van iedereen in het gebouw ondanks dat we niemand hebben gezien. Het was er heel warm, in beschrijving staat nogthans ventilator, ik kon ook niks vragen aangezien we van vrijdag tot zondag niemand hebben gezien. Jammer genoeg zijn we niet tot rust kunnen komen. Geen lavabo te bespeuren om handen eens te wassen of om tanden te poetsen, gelukkig kon dit makkelijk boven het bad.

L’hôte a été très réactif et disponible, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence. Propreté irréprochable et produits d’hygiène mis à disposition, très appréciable. Je recommande sans hésiter !
- Vikcesar (2/5): Mon résumé - chercher aller ailleurs. - Rien Mon avis perso (pas de chance pour moi ?!). Mais Attention tout le monde. Un seul WC pour 3 chambres dans couloir??? Comment faire si pas de papier la nuit, si quelq'un a dequeler apres la fete??? Matelas- a deux en se retrouve dans un trou au milieu. Baignoir - rien romantique, pour se laver il faut faire attention, pas de rideau. Hotel pret de la rue principale, donc bruits, si vous ouvrez la fenetre, mais il y a les BaB a votre disposition. Petit dej - moyen avec un sceau et serpiere dans lavabo, en plus nous demandons pour 9 heure, mais qqn a manger a notre place 30min d'attente. Communication avec proprietaire - pas de reseaux... Pas de chance!!! D'autres petits details... Apres ça, normalement remboursement sera bien venue, mais meme pas "desolé habituel, qui ne change rien jamais"...Et ceux qui disent rien dans commentaires - vraiment mieux rien dire.

- Carina B. Pedro (3/5): - At first impression, the place feels cozy, warm, with pleasant colors and a nice view. The room gets plenty of natural light, which is a big plus. However, after spending more time there, some practical issues become noticeable. There is no sink in the toilet, which is not very hygienic, and there is also no sink in the bedroom. We are basically forced to use the kitchen sink or the bath tub to brush the teeth which isn’t ideal from a hygiene or comfort perspective. The mattress is way too soft, making it feel like you’re sinking in. The house also has poor insulation. There is significant noise from the nearby restaurant late at night ( after Midnight) as well as from the house. Additionally, the window shutters don’t fully close, allowing streetlight to shine directly onto the bed at night. The decor is excessive and cluttered. There are too many unnecessary items, especially dry and plastic flowers, old magazines, stuff everywhere and the drawers are filled with things. A more minimal approach would improve the space—keeping just a few elements like the Buddhas and candles would be enough. The abundance of decorations makes it harder to relax. There are also too many decorative pillows on the bed (6) and having two blankets on the couch feels unnecessary—especially since the white one was not clean. Overall, less would be more.

Le manque d'insonorisation de la chambre, le regret de n'avoir aucun lavabo, la literie (trop) molle, le lit double trop étroit, les stores non occultant...tous ces petits détails qui ne justifient pas un prix aussi élevé, me semble-t-il.

- Carmélo-13 (10/5): Super Hôtes !!! - Bonjour On a apprécié l'accueil des hôtes qui sont très gentils, aimable, très sympathique,des supers hotes On a beaucoup aimé l'emplacement du logement, d'ailleurs très propre, agréable, calme avec toutes sortes de restaurants devant,sur le côté de l'emplacement (Restaurant, pizzeria, friterie etc...) Sincèrement je vous le conseille,vous allez vous plaire,nous on a passé un super W-End.

Na lang zoeken en navragen bleek dat we een achteringang moesten hebben, een heel ander nmr. Voor de deur leek het de ingang van een kraakpand. Na lang zoeken de sleutel kunnen vinden. Niemand aanwezig en telefoon werd niet gereageerd. Entree een smalle gang met smerige stinkende vloerbedekking. Dan een hele stijle trap met wederom vieze vloerbedekking zowel je koffer als mijn rollator kon je nauwelijks hierover meenemen. Smalle trap tussen muren naar boven, trap bewoog helemaal en was gevaarlijk. Bij brand leek dit een slechte route Was wel een brandblusser opgehangen Omdat ik slecht ter been bent is mijn vrouw de kamer wezen zoeken. Veel deuren met prive. Uiteindelijk heeft ze boven nr 3 kunnen ontdekken. Bloedheet, erg muf boven in het pand. Kamer met kleine ramen Ik zelf niet meer boven geweest, vond het niet veilig en te bedomt. Foto' s leken niet op de werkelijkheid Kamer zelf kan ik niets over zeggen, we zijn rechtsomkeer gemaakt omdat ik het van het hele plaatje Spaans benauwd kreeg. Contact gehad met winkelier beneden. Deze keek niet op van onze ervaring. Hij gaf aan dat het pand ook gebruikt wer voor betaalde liefde en drugsgebruik Kortom in de auto en weer naar huis Ondanks de lovende woorden in de reviews was dit voor ons een hele slechte ervaring en we zijn toch echt niet flauw. Je zit voor die prijs niet in het Hilton, dat weten we heel goed. Maar dit zou je eigenlijk niet, gezien de hele entourage, niet moeten verhuren Klacht ingediend bij booking en advies gegeven dit pand onmiddelijk uit het bestand te halen

Ingang wel aan de achterkant. Winkels en eetgelegenheden dichtbij en voldoende parkeergelegenheid in Centrum. Veel wandelingen in de buurt en de lokale "tourist information" heeft hierover informatie. Dinant, Givet, Frankrijk op rij afstand en veel bezienswaardigheden in de nabijheid. - cheryl (3/5): Highly misleading - The place was in decent proximity to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Beauraing, a ten minute walk. The property is mentioned as a hotel but it is a bed and breakfast. That is misleading. There is no indication of its location as the outside on the main road says, 'Bakery and Patisserie'. The back door entrance has a small name plate which is not on the front of the premises and is dinghy and daunting especially if you are travelling with large suitcases. The staff consists of just one lady who is a caretaker and leaves the place at 5 pm, no reception or front desk, so a common key is used for the whole premise. That can be unsafe if the other guests are unreliable. I certainly felt intimidated with the setup. The owner Nathalie provided contact details but we could not access the details until we got wi-fi. The rooms are accessible only by two flights of stairs which are steep and narrow and makes you feel claustrophobic. There was a fan in the cupboard for cooling but no space in the room to plug it in as well as just no plug points to charge devices. The only plug point available was the TV point which was used by us adding multiple charger pins. The washroom or toilet is outside the bedroom in the corridor which is accessed by all guests. The toilet has no wash basin to wash your hands. The guests in the room above were heard each time they walked around as the floor boards were creaking and noisy. The terrace was also on another floor and not attached to any room. The room in itself was small with many other articles of furniture vying for space impeding movement and cramming the room. The mini refrigerator that is mentioned in the list was not functioning. Glad we didn't need it. The window overlooks a noisy and loud restaurant that is very popular and frequented by the young people of the area. One cannot sleep until all the noise has subsided or until one shuts the windows making it hot inside I would recommend that Booking.
