• Els (10/5): - de lokatie : ligt in het stadscentrum op wandelafstand van het treinstation. Een veilige plaats om fietsen te stallen. Een tof terras aan de kamer
• Saskia (4/5): Geannuleerd met drogreden. Teleurstellend. - Helaas door annulering vanuit de zijde van de B&B niet daar overnacht. Onze reservering werd helaas geannuleerd, met als reden ziekenhuisbezoek en familiale omstandigheden. Daar waren we natuurlijk zeer begripvol over. Totdat bleek dat twee neven met hun partner én mijn zus en schoonbroer wél daar bleven overnachten. Ben eerlijk en zeg dat je een fout hebt gemaakt, i.p.v. te liegen en op het gemoed te spelen. Door late annulering was er geen B&B meer te boeken en zijn we op hogere kosten gejaagd doordat we een hotel moesten boeken.

• Vesna (10/5): Cozy and comfortable apartment - The apartment was big, very clean, quite warm and cozy, with all things you need. The sleeping bed was very big, and comfortable. It is a very calm and nice, feeling like you are at home. The host is very kind and thoughtful.

• Elke (9/5): Aangename huiselijke sfeer. - Al van bij het binnenkomen, voel je er de huiselijke, warme sfeer. Ook de kamers zijn zo ingericht. Omdat mijn man alleen is gaan inchecken en we pas heel laat toekwamen, ontmoette ik de gastheer Lex pas de volgende morgen aan het ontbijt. Een heel aangename man. Hij liet mij zijn mooie stadstuin zien met een eigen kapel, waaraan een heel mooi verhaal is gekoppeld. De B&B is dichtbij het werk van mijn echtgenoot die in het weekend moet werken waardoor we soms niet naar dat bepaalde concert kunnen gaan omdat hij er dan 's morgens vroeg uit moet. Nu hebben we ons adresje gevonden voor als we een concertje willen meepikken. Voor het ontbijt worden lokale producten geserveerd en ruime keuze van beleg van verschillende soorten confituur tot hartig beleg en ontbijtgranen. Kortom, echt een aanrader! Misschien naast enkel handzeep en douchegel ook shampoo en conditioner voorzien. Maar ik heb dat niet gemist omdat ik altijd zelf alles meeheb.

• Sabine (10/5): Thuis zijn in Roeselare - Wij waren daar ivm medische onderzoeken in AZ Delta. Dus locatie was alvast perfect : 10 minuutjes wandelen. Maar vooral het warme en vriendelijke en gastvrije onthaal van de gastheer heeft ons geraakt. Dat stelde ons gerust en maakte ons verblijf daar uiterst aangenaam en comfortabel. Verder werden we vergast op een lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt. Parkeren in de straat ging ook heel vlot. Niets

• Joke (4/5): - Goede locatie Slaapkamers met heel erg harde bedden en super oncomfortabele kussens die al jaren niet meer vervangen leken, dit zorgde voor een slechte nachtrust bij iedereen. De handdoeken roken daarnaast erg onfris en muf. De gastheer gedroeg zich zeer vreemd en zelfs arrogant toen wij na een restaurant etentje op een rustige manier “thuis” kwamen. We voelden ons niet welkom.

• Torsten (10/5): Sehr sehr schöne Unterkunft auch für Radreisende - Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Roeselare. Unser Gastgeber ist ein sehr lieber Mensch mit interessanten Geschichten-leider mussten wir weiterreisen. Unsere Räder waren sicher in einem Nebengelaß untergebracht. Alles war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück war einzigartig-alle Produkte kamen aus der näheren Umgebung. Eine ganz tolle Erfahrung auf unserer Reise durch Belgien.

• Anders (8/5): Cozy and friendly place - The host, Lex, served an excelent breakfast and also partook in our conversation at the breakfast table. He even helped us rent bikes for a daily excursion. The room was also very nice with an interesting interior. I also liked the bed, which had the perfect stiffness for me. Not too stiff and not too soft. The room was quite hot, even though i kept a window open all night (and radiator at zero), which made it somewhat dificult to sleep because i like it cold.

Lex is a charming host. He had had an exceptionally stressful day and thought he had to cancel our booking but it the problems sorted before we arrived. In the meantime he had wasted time trying to contact us to tell us not to arrive. We were cycling and missed all his messages. The room with the terrace is amazing. The breakfast was exceptional. And Lex is a delightful and interesting host who spent time with all his guests. Highly recommend. nothing

He is a great host and chatted to me for quite awhile and we had a good chat over breakfast. As my meeting was not until lunchtime, he permitted me to stay and relax until I needed to go. Now that's personal service! Nothing really, Lex is a master of making sure everything is in order

Lex was very attentive and helpful. We had a nice chat and he recommended a nice bar and a great exhibition we really enjoyed. Recommended. The bathroom in the room is separated by glass walls and has suboptimal sound insulation which can make it awkward for couples.

The welcoming was warm and we also got some practical tips about the room. The host was very flexible about breakfast time and served us an excellent brunch. In the cosy and authentic atmosphere the host connected with us at the end of our brunch, with a 2–hour conversation about the world and what life can bring us, sharing opinions and experiences. Concluding that this is the place to be for a short or longer stay, whatever brings you to/through Roeselare. nothing relevant to share
