• Benjamin (10/5): - Ich habe mir eigentlich nur eine Nacht hier gebucht da ich nicht sicher war wo ich am nächsten Tag sein werde. Doch mir hat es hier so gut gefallen das ich direkt noch einmal eine Nacht geblieben bin. Das ganze liegt in einer ruhigen Lage und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Im Essen und Aufenthaltsraum gibt es Spiele, Bücher und eine gemütliche Ecke perfekt auch für Regentage. Das Frühstück ist zwar klein aber es gibt alles was man benötigt um gut in den Tag zu starten.

• Debby (7/5): Leuke locatie maar toch nog wat werkpuntjes - De kamer was proper, goede douche maar de handdoeken waren redelijk hard. Harde matras. Mooie uitzicht op de vallei, vanuit de kamer en de eetkamer beneden. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Er was vermeld dat één van de personen een diabetes patiënt was, hiervoor moesten geen aanpassingen gedaan worden, maar op de pannenkoeken was reeds bruine suiker gestrooid, dit kon ook zonder aangeboden worden, er werd niets gevraagd. Ook de gekookte eitjes waren van de dag ervoor, dus enkel de eerste dag vers. Koffie en thee was niet echt warm. Eén van de yoghurt potjes had een vervaldag van een week ervoor. Ook op de kamer geen wifi beschikbaar zoals beloofd, er werd hiervoor geen compensatie geboden. Het laden van de elektrische wagen was enkel met een kaart van de eigenaar tegen dubbel het tarief van de marktprijs.

• Otte (1/5): Dieses Hotel können wir nach unseren Erfahrungen absolut nicht weiterempfehlen. - Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral Die Doppelzimmer und das entsprechende Bad sind sehr klein und eng für 2 Personen. Das Bad war schlecht geputzt und schmutzig- Schimmel in der Dusche- Schädlinge im Bad. Die begrenzten voraus bezahlten Parkplätze werden wahllos ohne System und Kontrolle vergeben. Nach einem Ausflug ins Umland wurden am Abend die Parkplätze von anderen Hotelgästen belegt! Das Personal im Aufenthaltsraum war teilweise sehr unfreundlich und extrem laut beim Aufräumen. Die Atmosphäre beim Frühstück war angespannt und aufgrund des Platzmangels herrschte sehr hektischer Betrieb. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt während unseres Aufenthaltes in diesem Hotels. Wir können dieses Hotel nach unseren Erfahrungen nicht empfehlen!

• Hilde (9/5): Een oase van rust, authenticiteit en vriendelijkheid. - De prachtige en ruime kamer, de ontzettende vriendelijkheid van de gastvrouw, het heerlijke ontbijt aan de lange tafel. Geen mogelijkheid om er ook een avondmaal te nuttigen was voor ons wat moeilijker omdat we te voet kwamen. Dat zou het voor wandelaars nog een aantrekkelijkere bestemming maken want dan hoef je je daar niet meer over te bekommeren.

A lovely countryside place,super host, casual and comfortable atmosphere even on a busy Formula 1 weekend with a very full B&B. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and delicious. You do need a car to travel to and from this location Totally recommended. Parking is tight but organized.

The EV charger worked very well, fully charged the car overnight and only cost 60 cents per unit. • Fiona (10/5): A wonderful stay in a wonderful place with lovely people. - The house is beautifully built with a wonderful terrace overlooking the valley and the chateau beyond. The rooms are huge and comfortable and the lounge area was so welcoming and tastefully decorated with lots of games and books and information about the area. We were invited to make tea from a huge selection of herbal teas and we were offered a bottle of local beer on arrival. Maryanne and Julien were wonderful hosts and the breakfast was fabulous - local cheeses, honey, jams, bread, eggs from the resident hens and delicious coffee. We will definitely return! There was also a lovely tavern with a great menu within a 5 minute walk of the property. No criticisms at all!

• Victoria (10/5): A hidden gem and wonderful B&B - You must go and stay here! - We were warmly welcomed by the charming host at this wonderful B&B and we immediately felt at home. The bedrooms are located in a beautiful stone building close to the owners home but very private. There is a well equipped kitchen, dining room and sitting area for the use of residents plus a lovely outdoor terrace with seating overlooking the coutryside if the weather is kind. There is also a handy drying room and a huge amount of information and maps on the local area, activities and restaurants that rivals any tourist information office! We picked up local takeways and enjoyed them in the dining room. Breakfast was served exactly when we asked for it - 7.30am on 2 days and 9.00am on another and was plentiful and absolutely delicious! The bread and pastries from the local bakery in the village were so good we went and stocked up on our way home! The photos do not do the bedrooms and spacious well equipped bathrooms justice nor do they show the lovely views. Do not hesitate to stay at this property, it is a little gem and has everything you need and more! Thank you for a fabulous stay. Nothing, we loved it and would return in a heartbeat!

Lovely breakfast included in the price and offered at a large table that invites to engage in conversations with co-guests. The host really cares about her guests’ well-being - if we are in the area again and the place is available, we will definitely book again.

The host paid so much attention to the comfort of her guests. Offering to make a salad for dinner, putting a sun lounger for my mom, offering a room without stairs, and the absolutely amazing breakfast. We will definitely return. What a jewel. • Peter (10/5): Excellent, most people who stayed here will agree with this statement ! - Wow, what an excellent stay here ! The hosts are very easy and warm people and you feel immediately at home. The place is amazing and peaceful, in full nature, next to a charming little village. There is a spacious living and kitchen at your disposal, also a big exterior terrace, for eating outside on a sunny evening. A breakfast offers everything what is needed for a good breakfast. I absolutely want to stay here again in the future.
• Bryan (9/5): Once you find this place you're okay - This is a very nice modern place with nice views over a valley. There are marked parking spaces although they are not allocated to specific rooms. The hostess was welcoming and friendly. Our room was very comfortable. My French isn't very good although the hostess' English was a bit better. We got lost finding the place and met a man who spoke English so he helped us. He said he'd lived in the area for 30 years and had never heard of it, it's that new, looked it up on his phone and drove there. Afterwards we noticed small signs pointing in the right direction - easy to find once we knew where to go!
• Yee (10/5): Beautiful landscape and good for cycling/walking. - Very nice madam (owner of the house) who waited for me, because I was checking-in late. I had a big bedroom on the ground floor with good temperature inside, including an own big bathroom, the warm water was perfect all the time! The days and nights were beautiful silent, good for people who likes nature/rest and beauty. The B&B is located on a hill in small village Soiron and eating your breakfast in their public livingroom/kitchen is very stunning, your eyes looking outside/into the beautiful panorama Ardennes landscape, while you relaxing and drinking your jus d'orange/coffee eating their daily special cake. Made by the owner Marianne 👌 She also answers your questions if you want to know more about the location, where is a supermarket/restaurant/bakery. The whole house is clean, quiet, beautiful classic music in low volume in the livingroom/kitchen. They have many private parking places for your car. The service is very great from Marianne 👌 Chapeau! 🧢👏 She is a hard worker getting ready your breakfast every day, she also tries speaking Dutch with you, because their main language is French. And her husband is funny 😂 The next time I will stay here for their home made pizza from their stone oven outside 🍕 I had a perfect stay/holiday with this lovely people in village Soiron in Wallonie/Ardennes! Everything went well! I was here mainly for roadcycling/training for Liège Bastogne Liège.
