• Ceri (10/5): Comfortable, warm and very friendly staff - Very lovely accomodation in El Chalten - staff were very friendly and accomodating. Able to offer a simple gluten free breakfast! Room was warm and comfortable, great views of Fitz Roy mountain from the room (when not covered in cloud). Shared kitchen with fridge. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket within 10 minutes walk.

Cama y ropa de cama muy cómoda. Agua caliente perfecta y bien la calefacción. Desayuno buenísimo. Seguro que ya están trabajando para disponer de un poco más de menaje en la cocina compartida (platos, vasos, sartenes y ollas).

Consigli per le attività in loco: 10+ Struttura di gestione familiare, camere semplici ed essenziali e pulite. Acqua calda e termosifoni funzionanti. Wifi perfetto. Colazione pre impostata e quando vi sedete vi porteranno toast + uova + marmellata + bibite e cereali sul tavolo principale. La struttura si trova vicino alla via principale, ad 1 km dall’inizio del sentiero per fitz roy. Consiglio di mettere degli asciugacapelli nel bagno in camera a disposizione dei clienti. Per qualcuno (non noi) potrebbe essere carino avere la tv nella camera. Noi abbiamo avuto una spiacevole esperienza di notte con i clienti della camera vicino che facevano rumore entrando e uscendo dalla stanza, sbattendo le porte del corridoio principale.

• Urszula (4/5): Got scammed by the front desk lady. Avoid at all cost! - Close to the bus station It was very basic, not exactly dirty but not super clean either, old sheets, tiny bathroom with the shower that kept dripping water and very underwhelming (more like inedible) breakfast. The communal kitchen was kind of gross, the sink was backed up, and the light didn’t work. I spilled the wine on the comforter and they charged me a hundred American dollars. In cash. It was the most expensive cheap and old comforter I ever slept under in my life. So, if you book this place make sure you don’t eat or drink anything in your room (to give them credit it was posted on the door) or be ready to spend extra $100 or better yet spend that $100 on nicer place in El Chaltén. I am realistic and when I book cheap hotel (which, again, was not that cheap considering how expensive it is to stay in El Chalten according to the lady at the front desk) I don’t expect luxury but If you just want a place to sleep there are cheaper places over there that offer similar (or better) experience. And if you’re looking for nice place just go elsewhere. I take full responsibility for spilling that wine, but if you saw that precious comforter (and the rest of the place) you would understand.

• Lúcia Fernanda (7/5): É uma acomodação mediana, precisa melhorar o café da manhã. - A funcionária Yessica foi prestativa além de qualquer expectativa. Atendeu-nos de forma excelente, sempre solícita, mas o que mais marcou foi sua empatia e o esforço para nos ajudar em uma situação de grande sufoco. Precisávamos retornar a El Calafate, já passava das 23h, não havia postos abertos e nosso voo no dia seguinte era bem cedo. Se não conseguíssemos voltar naquela noite, não seria possível embarcar. Yessica conseguiu encontrar uma pessoa para que pudéssemos comprar gasolina e resolver a situação. Ela literalmente salvou a nossa viagem. Minha eterna gratidão a ela. O café da manhã não é legal. Deixou muito a desejar.

• Patrick (7/5): A good hotel if others are gone - Location was ok. Room as spacious. Good view on the mountain. The hotel felt a bit unready. Breakfast was really basic. Price was too high for what we got.

La calidad de las instalaciones era bastante mala en relación al precio. Se notaba deterioro en algunos materiales y olores. El baño era sumamente pequeño con aspecto antiguo. La habitación solo tenía disponible un pequeño jabón en barra y no había shampoo. No había ventilación natural para el dormitorio, solo el baño contaba con una ventana que se podía abrir. La ventana del dormitorio era solo un vidrio que no se podía abrir. La única manera de tener aire fresco era con un ventilador. El desayuno era básico y cumplía con lo mínimo, sin embargo, las mesas y espacios comunes se sentían viejos y descuidados.

• Dominique (8/5): - We liked our 3 nights here, the room was big enough for us and comfortable. For us breakfast was good enough, we brought extras like Salamie and tomatoes. 2 slices of nice bread and cake, scrambled eggs, sweet cornflakes, milk, oj, tea/coffee, jam and butter. It's nice to sit outside on the balcony on a sunny day, enjoy the views and relax. The shower is small but there is plenty of hot water. The walls are paper thin and we even heard our neighbour snoring… Neighbouring bathrooms make a lot of noise, too There are no toiletries, not even hand soap in the bathroom. The shared kitchen is a disgrace. Neither clean nor well equipped. We gave everything a good clean and managed to prepare a few simple meals. There is a fridge and microwave, too

Quarto e banheiro grandes, com boa limpeza, bom aquecimento e razoável custo benefício (considerando os preços altos de hospedagem em El Chaltén). Roupa de cama e banho bons. Vista para as montanhas, em especial para o majestoso Fitz Roy. Atendimento da recepção. Terraço para tomar sol e ver as estrelas. Falta de limpeza da cozinha de uso comum, que cheirava mal e estava cheia de moscas. Travesseiros velhos.

• Marina Torquato (7/5): Bom mas não vale o preço - A localização é ótima. Chegamos de ônibus e o hotel fica a 5 minutos a pé do terminal. O quarto estava bem limpo e durante nossa estadia limpavam diariamente. A funcionária que nos atendeu foi muito cordial e simpática. Achamos a estadia muito cara pro que o hotel oferece. O quarto era para casal e tinha duas camas de solteiro juntas. O café da manhã era incluso mas não gostamos da comida, pouca opção e o sabor não era dos melhores também.

• Demi (9/5): Perfectly located quaint hotel with friendly hostess - Very nice quaint hotel with good location. The hostess is very friendly and nice. The rooms are well equipped and bright. We were extra lucky to have a view over Fitz Roy. When other visitors are in the hallway we could hear them quite well. Luckily everyone was quiet at night :)

• REGINA APARECIDA DE (7/5): Gostei mas não creio que voltaria - Localização excelente. Atendente super atenciosa. Cozinha compartilhada modesta mas suficiente. Vista para o Fitzroy magnífica. Varanda bacana. Falta tomada no quarto. O rústico passa um Pouco do charmoso para o descuido. Pelo preço poderia estar mais bem cuidado

Cocina con poco equipamiento, desayuno de mala calidad. El desayuno consiste en cafe, un jugo, pan y un dispensador con kelloggs. Nos ofrecieron huevos pero nunca los llevaron al comedor por lo que solo había mantequilla para el pan.

La cuisine partagée avec frigo, micro ondes et plaques de cuisson Le personnel très gentil, nous a permis de rester plus longtemps le matin de notre départ La propreté Chambre très petite, peu d’espace en plus de lit dans la pièce La salle de bain : toute petite et peu commode, la douche qui fuit, difficile de ne pas constamment avoir les pieds mouillés à cause de l’eau de la douche, la poubelle n’a pas de couvercle… Le petit déjeuner proposé par le restaurant adjacent n’est pas très satisfaisant: peu de choix et faible quantité.

Staff gentilissimo e disponibile La stanza si raggiunge salendo una scala di legno esterna. È bene saperlo se si hanno dei bagagli pesanti. Poco piacevole quando si hanno le gambe stanche dopo le giornate di trekking. Stanza molto piccola, bagno altrettanto piccolo e abbastanza scomodo.

• Julie (6/5): - Locatie is goed! Eigenaresse en andere host hebben super goed geholpen met de hikes en zijn super vriendelijk. Het is een oud pand, alles is vervallen. Er zaten gaten in het beddengoed. Zo ruikt het ook. Als je binnen komt in de receptie dan overvalt de muffe geur, evenals in de kamer zelf. Deze geur verdwijnt deels wanneer je de ramen open zet, maar het blijft hangen in je kleding en haren. De wc spoelt niet goed door. Het ontbijt is heel eentonig en niet voedzaam. Elke dag twee witte boterhammen, 1 plak cake, scrambled egg en 2 voorverpakte pakjes boter en 1 pakje jam. Geen buffet, maar je krijgt dit op een bord van de host. Als het pand een make over krijgt maakt het de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor al het moois dat de omgeving van el chalten te beiden heeft. Echter adviseer ik nu om goed te kijken of er andere opties beschikbaar zijn voor dezelfde prijs. Als ik bovenstaande had geweten, was ik voor iets anders gegaan. Het krijgt een 6 vanwege de lieve lieve eigenaresse en host en de perfecte locatie!
