Cuisinette et coin repas en commun pour 3 chambres. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir tout pour nous seuls. Plus que confortable et meublé avec soin. On s'y est senti très à l'aise. Une très bonne adresse assurément. L'eau de la douche est un peu bouillante avec réglage compliqué
• R (4/5): - Vriendelijke ontvangst. Adres voor doorreis naar Luxemburg Goed te realiseren dat het een gezamenlijke woonkeuken is voor drie apart verhuurde gastenkamers. Een koelkast en thee is beschikbaar. Bedwantsen in de naden het houten tweepersoonsbed die over het bed lopen in de nacht. Geen alternatief verblijf mogelijk. Op een stoel de nacht door gebracht.

• Janne (8/5): Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - Herr Jaspers ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit gewesen, die Unterkunft war sauber und wie erwartet. Die Gegend ist toll für Wanderungen und Spaziergänge in der Region. In der Stadt nebenan kann man sehr gut essen gehen. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Aufenthalt.

Check out senza orario ma non vedevo l'ora di andarmene E mi spiace dover criticare la struttura ma è stata davvero una delusione Tutto. Nel periodo del mio soggiorno ho trovato tutto molto trascurato.La sala delle colazioni dove avrei potuto gestirmi (usare il microonde per scaldarmi la cena o prendere delle posate ad esempio) era freddissima Il proprietario mi ha concesso di usare le cialde per fare il caffè ma usciva solo acqua (???) La mia camera aveva un odore sgradevole e il bagno con un lavandino minuscolo Cuscino scomodissimo..al mattino mi sono alzata con mal di testa Non ci tornerei e non la consiglierei. Mi spiace davvero per il proprietario

Guy est un hôte très chaleureux, attentif au bien-être de ses visiteurs. Il partage également d’excellents conseils pour découvrir la région, notamment Marche-en-Famenne, Hotton, Rochefort et leurs environs.

Dommage que les transports en commun ne soient pas au rendez-vous... sinon le reste est calme et reposant.

Parking spacieux, nous avions camionnette et remorque. Situation parfaite pour nous qui allions au Wex le lendemain matin à 6H. Local du WC exigu, galère avec mon mètre nonante. Gâche de la porte d'entrée à réparer, elle ne tient pas fermée sans un tour de clé.

• Gerda L (10/5): Rustige plek maar met een auto wel centraal om veel te gaan ontdekken in de omgeving!!! - Rustig gelegen, heel vriendelijk ontvangen, goede accomodatie, mooie kamers en wij waren er alleen dus eigenlijk hadden we de keuken en eetkamer ook voor onszelf. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien.
• Claude (8/5): Bon séjour au "Jardin" - Dans une partie indépendante de l’habitation principale, 2 chambres non contigües à l’étage (escalier extérieur) séparées par une cuisine commune bien équipée : table, chaises, Senseo, bouilloire, tous les ustensiles, taque de cuisson, four µ…. Jolie chambre, grand lit, TV, belle sdb, Velux en toiture. En retrait de la nationale, extrémité du chemin, le calme, la nature. On entend fort le bruleur au démarrage de la chaudière située à 1 étage inférieur (rez, cave … ?) Lors de notre séjour le pet déj. n’était pas proposé. Il y a une boulangerie/salon de thé à 5 Km. Nous l’avons cependant pris au Lunch Garden (tlj sauf dimanche). Bon accueil par un gentil Monsieur. Merci,
• Ruslan (10/5): - A cheap and fairly comfortable place to stay for the night. One of the shower heads was broken and didn't work properly. The cover was torn.
• Silvio (8/5): Belle découverte, on reviendra ! - L'accueil du propriétaire était vraiment génial. Il nous a permis d'accéder au logement à l'heure qui nous convenait le mieux, il est disponible et serviable. Dès l'arrivée du thé et du café sont à disposition, ce n'est pas rien après une longue route. Le logement est décoré avec goût, très propre et fonctionnel. Un doux parfum de fleur d'oranger vous accueille de vous vous sentir un peu chez vous dès le départ. Tout est à disposition pour vous faciliter le séjour matériel de cuisine exaustif, vaisselle en suffisance, essuis de bain, gel douche, ..même les brochures des activités touristiques du coin. A savoir que le logement se trouve retiré de la ville, il est juste à 7 minutes en voiture, ce qui empêche de faire ses courses à pied. C'est le seul petit bémol du séjour 😀

We were going for hiking in the region and it was a perfect place to relax after. Everything was good. I would just recomend to add a couple of extra pillows.

• Débora (9/5): Prima overnachting voor een gezin! - Mooie grote kamer met comfortabele bedden. De kamer was heel rustig, perfect voor een overnachting voor ons gezin. Ze hebben een prima gedeelde gastenruimte met een keukentje, koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker. De douche was moeilijk te bedienen en het water was net iets te warm voor ons.

• Lionel (9/5): - Belle chambre pour 3 personnes, très spacieuse, avec WC et douche privés. Lit King size. Endroit calme. Hôte sympathique présent sur place. Salle commune aux deux chambres pour prendre un repas, se faire un café (offert), ... Seul petit souci : une dame avait loué l'autre chambre et n'a pas compris que la cuisine était commune aux deux chambres. Elle a essayé d'entrer dans notre chambre en pensant avoir loué tout le logement incluant les deux chambres. Mais l'hôte lui a rappelé ce qui est bien décrit dans l'annonce.

Les hôtes disposent d'une grande autonomie, mais ne sont pas laissés à eux-mêmes en cas de problèmes En raison d'un incident indépendant de mes volontés et responsabilités, ainsi que de celles de l'hôte, j'ai été obligé d'écourter mon séjour de 5 nuitées. A ce jour, je suis encore en attente concernant la gestion administrative par booking.com, alors que j'avais souscrit à leur assurance annulation.

• celia (10/5): Fijne kamer met zeer complete uitrusting - Schoon en zeer compleet, zeer vriendelijke ontvangst. Her restaurant om de hoekaan de grote weg staat te koop maar wij hebben in noiseux bij de délivrais boodschappen gedaan en een geweldige picknick gehouden bij het strand daar. Je kan daar zwemmen en barbecuen. Bij het appartement is ook een tafel buiten maar ivm de warmte was zwemmen en picknick ideaal op deze avond. Op 6 min naar het zuiden is een grote plaats met werkelijk alles. Het was een bloedhete dag maar met de ventilator al draaiende bij aankomst en de koele nacht was het perfect. Bij aankomst zoek je even, het ligt in een zijstraatje maar de chambre d'hôte staat aangegeven

• Andre (5/5): Privacy issue - Owner was there when we arrived and friendly at first. Place was spotlessly clean and had all you need. Location good The shared kitchen. Place is advertised as having a private entrance. Not so. Just when we settled in 3 strangers came through the 'private 'entrance. When we complained we were told by text the private entrance means nobody can come into our bedroom. But they walk past the bedroom door to get to their bedroom. Private? So we were cooped into our our small bedroom with a roof window that could not open due to rain. Good we came for one night only. Wont go again. Stairs not nice if you have baggage. The owner ignored us after we complained and said we must take it up with booking.com. no reaction from them 2 days later. Not impressed by either.

• Sneppe (9/5): We really enjoyed it and would come back - The location was great! The rooms were cozy, everything was there. Just a small remark. There were some hairs on the pillows, and cobwebs above the bed. But this was just minor.

• Olympic (5/5): Passable for the one night that we stayed there but we would not stay there again. - We booked a pet friendly room. The problem was the steep metal stairs up to the accommodation which were very difficult for our dog to manage. The kitchen area was well equipped. The owner was friendly. There were shops a short drive away. We didn’t realise when we booked that there are 3 rooms that share a common kitchen and dining area. We would not have booked if we had realised this. However, it could be useful for a group or family who want to share some common space. Though the accommodation was well equipped it was a little dated and that might disappoint some people. As mentioned, the steep stairs are not easy to manage for animals or people with mobility issues.

We were very positive about the cleanliness and the availability of almost everything. Can’t really tell anything negative that was caused by the hosts.

• Tim (10/5): Excellent quality, nice host and great price! - Very kind host who did his best to speak English (and did so successfully). The place was very clean, and had all the facilities you could want. The bed was very comfortable, and I can recommend to stay here! The only minor downside is that we did not realise the only way to enter the apartment was via stairs, which our dog did not particularly trust, which means we had to carry him. Luckily this was no problem at all, but just something to notice if you are visiting with a pet. Additionally, morning or evening walks from the apartment require a crossing of a very busy and fast road, so make sure to tire them enough throughout the day, so that they don’t have much energy left in the evening 😄.

• Danielle (10/5): Would Recomend - Such a cute spot with a wonderful host. Lots of space in the rooms with your own washroom and gorgeous shower. Nicely renovated and cozy. Kitchen supplies were plentiful and the coffee was good! We were able to lock our bikes in the garage with no problem. I Would absolutely recommend. I nothing bad to say.

I would re - loved the personal feel to it. right next to a great little traditional truckers cafe which serves good food and drink, which makes up for the fact the property doesn’t. I’d stay again. a bit isolated from the town, limiting eating choices unless you get back in the car. not great after a long drive to get there. they can’t help that however.
• Nigel (9/5): Brilliant accomodation - very friendly owner - private - close to all you need - Very well appointed and decorated, with great facilities, including a small kitchenette/Fridge freezer. Superb Shower! Very close to the beautiful town of Marche-en Famenne, which had a big Carrefour, and really lovely restaurants. We were recommended to eat at Le Cercle by the owner, and the food/service was superb and good value. THANK YOU !! Nothing! We really enjoyed our stay - although we only spent Sleep time there.
• Geert (8/5): Very good - The B&B is very near to the big road, but you don't hear any noise from it. The owner was very welcoming and allowed us to enter earlier, since we were going to a festival that started at noon. Unfortunately we couldn't get a breakfast as the person taking care of that was ill, but we could use the kitchen etc and there was free coffee. The bedroom was not very big, but the beds were comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were private and connected to the room, but as there was no door in it, my friend and I had to leave the room when the other one wanted to use the bathroom. This could easily be solved by installing a sliding door or even a curtain.
