- Melody (7/5): Bon séjour pour découverte du Valais - Petit déjeuner copieux et excellent chaque matin. Le village est chouette et bien situé, la vue est magnifique. Hôtes chaleureux, qui donnent de bons conseils pour visiter la région. Il y a une salle de bain à partager à plus de 6 personnes... Mauvaise isolation sonore quand il y a des enfants à côté ou des personnes à l'étage. Pas idéal pour les séjours en amoureux. Le clocher est vraiment en face de la chambre, même si la vue est magnifique ça peut déranger à certaines heures.

There are no grocery store or restaurant options in the town. I'd highly recommend to book in advance dinner and breakfast at hotel. All home made served by owners. The personnel nice and helpful, they retuned our money immediately after our claim Bed bugs, in bed, on walls, we run away. No reservation for other place was possible This night and we came back home.

Very friendly and kind host with whom you can have a nice exchange. The wonderful breakfast with vegan and vegetarian options and the coffee. It was over our expectations so we highly recommend. - Julien (9/5): Superb - It s an amazing location in a small village but all around there so many places to visit as Evolene, Arolla, Nax and the famous restaurant "Le vieux Chalet Pierre Yves" at Nax
- Marc (1/5): Absolutely Unacceptable - Nothing They watched (with no offer to help) us 70 year old people struggle up some very treacherous steps with our luggage at 17:00. Then they asked if we had a reservation. After confirming we did, we waited 40 minutes while they prepared our rooms during which time their cat stole out of our bags some of the food we brought. When I asked about breakfast they told me it was included. The three of us had cold breakfasts our two days. After we left they called us on the way to the airport and demanded 125 francs. The breakfasts were worth a tiny, tiny fraction of that amount. At no time did they tell us we had to pay for breakfast or the cost. When we left the premises they were nowhere to be seen. They kept turning off the heaters in our freezing rooms and we had to ask for extra toilet paper. The rooms are dreary with tiny little windows covered by shutters. Absolutely, completely unacceptable in every sense of the word.

They definitely need some new pillows and it's a bit of a journey to get there. They also asked us to pay extra at the end of our stay but we were not told in advance. They also told us that the breakfast was provided and asked us to pay at the end.

The view from the windows is stunning, such a delight to wake up to. Only regret is that i didn't order any food from there, it smelled and looked amazing!
