• Marit (9/5): Super gastvrij ontvangen rustig gelegen maar overal, - Enorm gastvrij ontvangen. Kamer en badkamer zijn niet heel groot maar hele fijne bedden en een goede douche en super schoon! Ontbijt was keurig verzorgd. Er staat ook een koelkast waar je zelf wat spulletjes in kan leggen. 5 min wandelen naar bushalte en 10 min naar het dorp en 15 min naar de penkenbaan. Rustig gelegen maar toch overal dichtbij. Ruime gratis parkeerplek. Fijne ruimte voor de skies! Super prijs-kwaliteit! Ontbijten kon eigenlijk pas vanaf 8.00 maar voor ons heeft ze super lief om 7.30 ontbijt gemaakt! Ontbijt mag misschien iets uitgebreider zoals een gebakken eitje ofzo. We hebben wel 2x een gekookt eitje gehad.

• Cas (9/5): Authentiek Oostenrijks verblijf met prachtig uitzicht - 🇳🇱 Nederlandse recensie Zeer prettig verblijf gehad. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd en de gastvrijheid viel meteen op. De locatie is top, vooral als je het geen probleem vindt om ongeveer 10 minuten naar de skilift te lopen. Het verblijf ligt in een rustige omgeving, wat erg fijn is na een dag in de sneeuw. De gastvrouw is erg aardig en behulpzaam en zorgt voor een echte Oostenrijkse ervaring. Het uitzicht over Mayrhofen en de bergen is prachtig. Daarnaast is er goede parkeergelegenheid. Zeker een aanrader! 🇬🇧 English review We had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was good and well taken care of, and the hospitality was excellent. The location is great, especially if you don’t mind a 10-minute walk to the ski lift. The accommodation is situated in a quiet area, which is perfect after a day on the slopes. The hostess is very friendly and welcoming, creating a truly authentic Austrian experience. The view over Mayrhofen and the surrounding mountains is beautiful. There is also good parking available. Highly recommended! -

• Valentin (8/5): - Typical austrian holiday house, friendly atmosphere, close to the charming center of the town, next to the wood, perfect for walkings and hikings, nice view form the terrace. The host, Anita, was very kind and welcoming. In case you are thinking just about relaxing at the house (I had to stay inside sometimes during the day, not being in a perfect shape because of a flu), you might not have the best experience. The families living inside the same house many times, especially their children, were making a lot of noise, also during noon hours, screaming and playing with toy vehicles next to my window (I had the small single room and also, being next to the breakfast, there was noise starting 7:30 am). You feel like being at a kindergarden sometimes... I recommend, but maybe in terms of quiet and tranquility, not the best option.
• Diana (8/5): A week's stay in July - The hostess is an exceptionally kind and energetic person. She asked us how our previous day had gone and when we mentioned some wardrobe issues due to the rain and an unexpected tumble, she offered to wash a few of our clothing items. She did not have to do this! We never asked her to do this, she simply offered to, because she cares for her guests. The walk from the Haus to the centre of town is a simple route, with a little uphill and downhill both ways. After a few days of multiple trips a day this did become a little bit tedious. Still, because of its location slightly on the outskirt of Mayrhofen, the Haus overlooks the valley beautifully and offers amazing vistas of the mountainsides. If you are travelling by car the 10-15 minute walk will not be an issue anyways.

She kindly explained all I needed to know about Mayrhofen, organized the breakfast perfectly and was always in for a quick chat so I could work on my German. The room and bathroom were very clean and well-equipped with enough closet space and good shower. Haus Gröblacher is in a quiet yet perfect location with a beautiful view on the mountains from the breakfast room and all facilities of the village incl. the Penkenbahn within walking distance

The host Anita is incredibly friendly and kind and made the stay fantastic through being very attentive and caring. Very good WiFi. For what we got here the price was amazing when compared to other locations in Mayrhofen. I am looking forward to staying here again when I next visit Mayrhofen. Everything was perfect
