• Jacob (10/5): Forget about any others - This is the best hostel in Floripa. It's located in Lagoa de conceição which is a really cool and very lovely town with many parties and nightlight. The hostel is located 5 minutes walk from everything you want: supermarket (and it has really good meat prices), restaurants, laundry, stores, ice cream and açai, bars, and if you walk a bit more you reach trailheads, the lake, and the bus terminal which connects to the rest of the island pretty well. The rooms are nice and have everything and there's a TV place with Netflix and everything which is a really nice touch, especially for the price. But the best part about this place is the people. They really take good care of the place, it's criminally clean all the time and the (very good) kitchen is always tidy. And it's not even the best part! They always go together with the guests to events and bars and beaches and whatnot, it's so cool! They even had churrasco during my stay and was so good. I am really happy I found this hostel, If you go to Florianópolis go to this place without any doubt. I liked everything.

• Vasquez (10/5): Local acolhedor com localização excelente! - Logo ao chegar no Pequi, você já se sente extremamente acolhida. O hostel tem uma energia única, com aquele clima de casa que abraça. As donas são maravilhosas e oferecem todo o suporte necessário, sempre com muito carinho. A localização é simplesmente perfeita: supermercados, padarias, barzinhos, restaurantes e a lagoa, tudo ao redor do Pequi, facilitando muito o dia a dia. Para ir à praia (joaquina ou praia mole), o mototáxi é super acessível, e em alguns dias até optei por voltar caminhando, só para aproveitar o visual incrível do caminho. Amei minha estadia. Obrigada, família Pequi já quero voltar em breveeee!
• André N0gueira (10/5): Tranquila e discreta - Gostei muito da experiência no hostel. Os quartos são confortáveis e bem organizados, proporcionando uma estadia agradável. A equipe é extremamente gentil e atenciosa, sempre disposta a ajudar no que for preciso. Além disso, a cozinha bem equipada faz toda a diferença, permitindo preparar refeições com praticidade e economia. O micro-ondas precisa de manutenção, pois está descascando por dentro, o que pode comprometer seu uso e a higiene. Também seria importante ter regras mais rigorosas para os hóspedes em relação à limpeza da cozinha, já que, em alguns momentos, a pia fica bastante suja. Por fim, seria interessante ampliar as áreas cobertas do hostel, para que os espaços comuns possam ser aproveitados mesmo em dias de chuva.

Eu me senti em casa desde o primeiro dia, eu pensei que eu ficaria perdida e descolocada, mas me incluiram nas programações desde a hora que eu cheguei 🥰🥰 As donas são incríveis de verdade, mulheres maravilhosas e divertidas. E as outras duas voluntárias que estavam no hostel são perfeitas também, fizeram a minha estadia ser ainda melhor 🥰❤️ Não teve nada

Ele é perfeito para viajante solo pois as donas criam todo um ambiente para socializar. Tem até grupo de WhatsApp com os hóspedes. Achei perfeito! As donas sempre estão presentes e são muito simpáticas. Acho que poderiam construir mais um banheiro no quintal. São 3 banheiros no total.

Tem pipoqueira na qual você pode pegar o milho que o hostel oferece e fazer sua pipoca. Tem microondas, tem um sofá grandão, tem vários varais para secar roupa e têm equipamentos para fazer um treininho caseiro sem furar a meta de treinos da semana (isso aqui foi tudo pra mim!). As staffs são umas queridas (Alicia, i love u🫶🏾) e as donas são super animadas e atenciosas. Localização é ótima e tudo valeu super a pena. Obrigada pela estadia, Pequi! Nada

• Weslley Henrique (10/5): O motivo de eu não querer ir embora - Aqui eu fui feliz. Está em uma ótima localização onde tem de tudo, mercado, lojas e a lagoa que diga-se de passagem é o ponto forte. A vida noturna desse lugar é muito bom. Os funcionários e outos hóspedes mesmo de outro lugares são incríveis todos com respeito e boa comunicação. Amei cada segundo nesse lugar e o que me encanto foi o pet do lugar. Com certeza retornarei. Não tem o que falar, foi incrível

O horário de silêncio não é respeitado, então o hostel é mais pra quem quer festa e interação, menos pra descansar ou acordar cedo. A área comum teve música alta nas duas noites, então fez falta uma mesinha confortável pra comer à noite.

Desde a chegada fui muito bem recebido, com uma equipe extremamente acolhedora, simpática e sempre disposta a ajudar. As instalações são ótimas, tudo bem organizado, confortável e com uma energia muito boa. Os quartos são confortáveis, os espaços comuns são agradáveis e perfeitos para socializar ou relaxar. A limpeza merece destaque: tudo sempre limpo e bem cuidado durante toda a estadia. A localização é excelente, perto da Lagoa da Conceição, com fácil acesso a praias, mercados, transporte público e ótimos lugares para caminhar. O custo-benefício é excepcional. Pelo valor pago, a experiência foi muito acima das expectativas. Além disso, o clima do hostel é maravilhoso — ambiente leve, pessoas legais, sensação real de estar em casa. Com certeza voltaria e recomendo de olhos fechados para quem quer aproveitar Floripa da melhor forma possível! 💙🌴 -

• Milena (10/5): Tudo impecável e maravilhoso - Tudo IMPECÁVEL. Hostel muito limpinho, localização excelente, voluntárias supeeerrrrr simpáticas. Indico de olhos fechados e voltarei com toda certeza!! Trabalhei de lá também alguns dias e foi bem tranquilo, tem uma área de lazer com varanda, mesinhas e redes que é super aconchegante. A cozinha super bem equipada também… enfim, excelente Tem ao total 3 banheiros, não tive problemas de fila de espera nem nada, mas acredito que em momentos de grande movimento possa ter um pouquinho de fila, mas normal e esperado para um hostel 😅

The atmosphere was really welcoming and relaxed, perfect for solo travelers or groups. Also, the location is unbeatable—close to everything but still quiet at night. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in town.

• Kunal (10/5): Great staff, good connected location, spacious and clean hostel - 1. Staff was quite helpful and social (spoke good english to interact and offer suggestions) 2. Location is excellent - a bustling small town with decent connectivity to go everywhere, very close to a bus station 3. Very clean and spacious 4. Good and large common areas to hangout 5. Bicycles to borrow to go nearby if you want it, I borrowed (free of cost) to go biking around the lake 6. Decent kitchen to make breakfast/meals and always available free coffee 7. They have a water filter so you don't have to make a lot of plastic waste buying single use bottles. 8. Decent wifi, worked generally well The only very small thing to improve is that the fan in the dorm room is pretty loud, but we needed to have it on to keep the mosquitoes away.

• Jessica (7/5): Good - Staff were friendly, kitchen was well equipped. Room was big. No AC but fan kept us cool. Shower was hot. Location is good, walking distance to town. Don’t let you check in early even if room is ready. We were shown our room when we arrived after a night bus but were told we can’t access it until 2pm. They let us in at about 1.55pm and acted like they were doing us a huge favour! The window could not be opened just a little bit, it could only be wide open or closed. Not the cleanest but it’s okay.
• Sofia (4/5): Traumatic experience - The location is great and the place is clean and safe. Rooms are shared between guests and live in volunteer staff. There appears to be a double standard where volunteer staff use the space with a sense of entitlement where they have their own closet, curtains in their beds and a number of personal belongings scattered around the room. This is not the case for guests. Volunteer staff insist on using extremely loud fans on maximum capacity all day long and during the night despite the fact that guests find this difficult to cope with to get a restful sleep. Aircon unit appears to be in the room but is not used as volunteer staff are against it. Mattresses are heavily used, emanating a bad odour and with holes and stains. Pillows covered in plastic. Kitchenware is in need of replacement. There’s an element of discrimination against travellers as opposed to people who seek long term residence in the area. This unfortunately is not a welcoming place for anyone who wishes to visit and explore Floripa.

I was able to rent a bike for free, we had social activities during the nights, the cats are super cute, perfect location of the place and they let me stay in the hostel after checkout without any problem One of the showers gets quite hot. Apart from that there is nothing else to complain about

Friendly staff who are happy to help with everything and create social events. Comfortable rooms, very clean, good facilities. Really enjoyed our stay!

The people and the cats are amazing! I went solo, and I was worried about not making too many friends due to the small number of people. But it actually felt a lot more homely and cozy. Kind of like we were all flatmates in a house. Made some really good friendships. Leaving

• Mauro (8/5): Very good - The general atmosphere of the hostel. It was a bit noisy for a person my age, but I knew it was going to be like that. I slept soundly, however. I was able to make my own breakfast. The kitchen is well-equipped.

• Joshua (10/5): Great place and people - Great spot, very welcoming owners/hosts, like being invited to a friend's house. Clean and organized space, good kitchen, water filter. They offer inexpensive beer and we had many games of pool/ping pong. Cool location and central, can access everywhere by bus and there are lots of shops and restaurants in the surrounding streets, everything you need. I planned to stay a few nights in various places around the island but ended up staying here for 10+ days.

I hurt my leg on the beach and Antonia and Mari took a really good care of me, thank you so much for the help. :) I would recommend this hostel 100%! It could have been cleaner, especially bathrooms.

• Donnie (9/5): Superb - Great location very close to the sand dunes as well as some nice beaches and the lagoon. Grocery stores are very close and there is a well equipped shared kitchen to enjoy. It can be a bit noisy at night as it is in the heart of the fun zone, which can obviously be good and bad.
