- Patrick (8/5): Keurig appartement, rustig gelegen met uitgebreid ontbijt. - ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, netjes verzorgd. appartement op loopafstand van de skiliften (op skischoenen lopen ca 8 minuten) parkeergelegenheid bij het appartement
- Ciprian (10/5): Locatie fermecatoare , bine utilata, foarte aproape de terme si instalatii pe cablu pt. schiori. - O cladire deosebita, in care gazdele au investit multa atentie la detalii, cu un design interior deosebit de bine realizat, cu multe picturi si o coloristica de foarte mult bun gust. Salonul de la parter este un spatiu foarte bine armonizat ce confera o stare de relaxare speciala. Impreuna cu sauna de la subsol se creeaza o atmosfera de recreere deosebita. Situata foarte aproape de instalatiile pe cablu pentru schiori, de asemenea in imediata apropiere a termelor St. Kathrein, in imediata vecinatate a restaurantelor si barurilor foarte ofertante. Apartamentul a fost spatios, dragut si foarte bine utilat, iar intregul personal al locatiei deosebit de amabil, primitor si de mare ajutor in planificarea activitatilor zilnice. Cu siguranta o sa mai revin in aceasta locatie! Nu am nimic de obiectat, totul a fost foarte bine.

- Viktor Popovski (10/5): A perfect place to stay. - It is a very nice and cozy hotel with very warm atmosphere. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Great location on few min from the ski lifts. Breakfast was good and it had everything we needed. A small private sauna and infra red room is available in the hotel as well. Parking available for free and not crowded. It was a family winter vacation with 2 kids and I would highly recommend it. Not much to say. Value for money excellent. Met and exceeded our expectations.

Das Haus/Parkplatz liegen am Hang ( dafür ist die Aussicht toll) Es gibt keinen Aufzug, dafür viele Treppenstufen in den 2. Stock. Gehbehinderte Gäste sollten dies vll. schon bei der Buchung mitteilen.

- Christian (8/5): Sehr gut - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, insbesondere einen Dank an Andrea. Die Wohnung war in Teilen neu eingerichtet mit Sofa, großem Bett und Küchenzeile (leider ohne den in der Buchungsbestätigung aufgeführten Backofen) und in Teilen in die Jahre gekommen (Kleiderschränke, Balkonmöbel). Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber, ausgenommen davon leider der Balkon. Der Frühstücksraum selbst bietet keinerlei Ausblick (nur schmale Oberfenster), da dieser auf der rückwärtigen Seite des Hauses in den Hang gebaut ist. Aber das Frühstück war sehr gut: Kaffeespezialitäten nach Wahl, kleine Küchlein… Insgesamt bot die Wohnung viel Platz, Fahrräder konnten sicher untergestellt werden. Und zusammen mit dem guten Wetter hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Kleinigkeiten - siehe oben

- Bogdan (10/5): Było SUPER. Już myślę o kolejnym wyjeździe do Austrii - Super Apartament. Wygodny, czysty, bardzo dobrze wyposażony, Balkon z ładnym widokiem. przy domu piękny ogród i kolorowo od kwiatów. Bardzo mili gospodarze dbający o swoich gości. Śniadanie podaje przemiła Pani Andrea, która zawsze chętnie doradzi, co w danym dniu zwiedzić. Pokoje są codziennie sprzątane. Gospodarze w cenie zakwaterowania zapewnili nam KARNTEN CART, umożliwiającą darmowe korzystanie z wielu atrakcji takich jak wyciągi, muzea, termy itp. Lokalizacja idealna do zwiedzania zakątków Karyntii. Blisko to termy i restauracji, ok 300 m. Centrum miasta. Polecam to miejsce. Chętnie tam wrócę. Wszystko było jak należy.

- Iris (9/5): Abwechslungsreicher und erholsamer Urlaub in gemütlicher Unterkunft - Persönlich und mit Herz geführte Unterkunft. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Viel Platz im Apartment (Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer getrennt), viele Schränke, Stauraum für die Koffer, gute Ausstattung der Küche im Apartment (genug Teller und Bestecks, eine kleine hochwertige Spülmaschine, normalgroßer Kühlschrank), sehr bequeme Betten; nicht alle Möbel waren brandneu, aber alles war sauber und ordentlich, gemütlich. Der Balkon bot einen tollen Ausblick, es war schön, dort zu sitzen. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, super Kaffee, sehr freundliche Ansprechpartnerin, die auch gerne Ausflugstipps gibt. Für uns ein echtes Highlight: die Kärnten-Card, die (im Sommer) für alle Personen im Preis inbegriffen war und die ganz viele Attraktionen kostenlos ermöglicht, v.a. diverse Bergbahnen, Schiffsfahrten; reduzierte Eintrittspreise bei Bädern usw. Es gibt in der Region unglaublich viel zu entdecken! Der Ort selbst bietet zwei große Supermärkte (ca. 10 Minuten Fußentfernung vom Gästehaus, mit dem Auto ein Katzensprung), zwei Thermalbäder, mehrere Restaurants, zwei Bergbahnen, eine Rodelbahn... Man konnte auch sehen, wo im Winter die Skipisten sind, da sind ein paar superschöne lange Abfahrten dabei. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, im Winter wieder hinzufahren. Keine Verbesserungswünsche, für uns hat alles gut gepasst.

Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend. Besonders beim Frühstück hat sich die Mitarbeiterin immer große Mühe gegeben und uns aufmerksam versorgt. Auch bei weniger gutem Wetter hat sie uns tolle Ausflugstipps für die ganze Familie gegeben, sodass wir mit den Kindern stets etwas unternehmen konnten. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt, insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmer und erholsamer Urlaub. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

- Ivan (9/5): Superb - Our family of four had a lovely stay in this guesthouse. The rooms were very spacious, clean with nice furnishings, and with two TVs even! There was a small kitchen which had everything you needed to cook! Bathroom also impeccable. Importantly, the Kärnten card was included in our package which gives significant reduction to lots of attractions. The owners are very friendly and welcoming and gave useful tips for sightseeing with our kids in the vicinity. nothing

From the breakfast selection I missed the scrambled eggs and sausages. Generally there was not so much types of warm breakfast. But it might have been because there wasn’t so many guests at the time of our stay.

Everything great, spacious, comfortable, well equipped and clean apartment, great location close to the St. Kathrein spa, parking and of course an excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. In short, everything great! /
