• Dayna (10/5): - Pobyt v Batzenhäuslu byl vyjímečný. Snídaně byly velmi bohaté. Večeře, které jsme si dávali každý den, byly opravdu vynikající. Pokoje čisté a prostorné. Majitelům záleží na spokojenosti hostů, jsou to příjemní lidé. Ocenili jsme místo, protože jsou jezera kousek. V noci je naprostý klid. Vše je krásně upravené. Ohodnotili bychom více jak 10 body, kdyby to bylo možné. Na tento pobyt budeme dlouho vzpomínat a určitě se vrátíme!!!

• Jean (9/5): Modern neu eingerichtete Unterkunft. - Gebührenfreier Parkplatz. aussergewöhnlich reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr schön ,modern eingerichtetes Haus. Musste mehr als eine Stunde bei Ankunft warten, da Besitzer wegen Autopanne nicht anwesend waren.
• Michael (1/5): - Die ruhige Lage Dreckige Zimmer, Lurch beim Heizkörper, Staub am Sockel des Bettes, sowie Spinnweben die von der Deckenlampe hingen. Weiters waren fremde Haare im Bett und auch im Badezimmer waren Flecken neben dem Waschbecken! Das Zimmer stimmte nicht mit den Fotos auf Booking.com überein und des Weiteren wurde uns von den Besitzern nicht mitgeteilt, dass direkt vor dem Zimmer auf der Terrasse eine Baustelle ist, die Arbeiter konnten in das Zimmer hineinblicken. Aus diesem Grund sind wir wieder abgereist und haben mit dem Hausherren vereinbart, dass wir auf Grund dieser Umstände keine Stornierungsgebühren zahlen.

The breakfast was amazing — loved the quality and quantity, it really gave me energy for my adventures in this beautiful region. • Gisela (5/5): Bis auf Frühstück enttäuschend. Wer Ruhe+echte österreichische Herzlichkeit sucht, woanders buchen. - Frühstück außergewöhnlich gut und sehr vielfältig, ausreichend. Kleinen Rabatt wg nächtlicher Lärmbelästigung (durch andere Gäste) erhalten. Lage an sich sehr idyllisch an einem See neben einem Schloss, umgeben von Feldern und Wanderwegen. Haus extrem hellhörig, keine Ruhe vor 01:00 Früh, summendes Geräusch, an- und abschwellend, Gastwirte trotz mehrfacher Beschwerde demgegenüber gleichgültig, Nachtruhe überall mittels Schildern angeschrieben, wird von anderen feiernden Gästen nicht eingehalten, Gastwirte auch demgegenüber trotz Beschwerden +/- gleichgültig, vermutlich, da die feiernden Gäste mit Alkoholkonsum Geld einbringen. Die Fasslsauna war direkt vor unserem Fenster und wurde in unserer ersten Nacht dort von russischen Damen lautstark genutzt, die danach noch trotz meines Ersuchens um Ruhe bis 00:30 direkt vor unserer Zimmertür plaudern mussten. Gastgeber haben sich nicht Ruhe stiftend involviert. Wolfgangseecard und tgl Sekt zum Frühstück trotz Anpreisung bei booking nicht erhalten, hohe Kosten für Hundeübernachtung aber keinerlei Leistung (Hundebett, Wasser-/Futterschüssel, Futter...). Das versprochene Begrüßungsleckerli (Hasenohr, angeblich gerade aus, sollte nachgereicht werden) hat unsere Hündin während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht erhalten. Zimmer anders als auf booking-Fotos dargestellt, auch großes Loch in der Wand neben dem Fenster. Beide Gastwirte wirken nicht motiviert, den Gästen einen entspannten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen, ich wurde von der Dame des Hauses mehrfach nicht einmal gegrüßt.
• Karin (10/5): Urgemütliches Paradies - Für uns einfach perfekt. Das wunderschöne Batzenhäusl mit einer gemütlichen Einrichtung, bei der alles bis ins kleinste liebevolle Detail stimmt. Wir haben hervorragend geschlafen. Die Lage absolut ruhig als Ausgangspunkt für etliche Unternehmungen. Die Küche von großartiger Qualität und immer mit Liebe angerichtet.

Onbijt was echt prima en gezellig geserveerd Diner was echt heerlijk en de smaken deden het voor ons echt helemaal. mooie rustige plek met mooi uitzicht was hier en daar een beetje stoffig. diner niet goedkoop maar wel wat extra waard.

• Kryštof (10/5): Everything is super! - We were very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything was clean, the room was beautiful, and the bathroom was nicely renovated. The owners took care of us the whole time and deserve a big thank you. They were very pleasant, communicative, and the whole stay was just great. The food in the restaurant was incredible! We haven't eaten so well in a long time! We'd love to come back.

• Petra (3/5): Schade, wir hatten uns so auf das Wochenende gefreut. - Gute Ausgangslage, um die Gegend zu erkunden. Personal nicht besonders freundlich und motiviert. Zimmer war bei Ankunft nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Während des Aufenthalts wird das Zimmer nur auf Nachfrage gereinigt, ebenso Handtuchwechsel nur auf Nachfrage. Halbpensiongäste bekommen ein anderes Essen, wie Restaurantbesucher. Die Auswahl, Qualität und Zubereitung war nicht das, was wir erwartet haben und wir von bisherigen Aufenthalten gewohnt waren. Ebenso kommt trotz Buchung von Halbpension ein Aufpreis pro Tag und Person für Gedeck hinzu.

• Agnieszka (7/5): Anders als erwartet. - Die Unterkunft liegt insgesamt in einem schönen Feriengebiet mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, das Bad ebenfalls, ausgestattet mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche. Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Positiv zu erwähnen ist die im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Wolfgangsee-Card mit einigen Ermäßigungen und der freien Nutzung des ÖPNV im Salzburger Land. Es ist ein Landgasthof und kein Hotel im eigentlichen Sinne. Es liegt ca. 3,5 km außerhalb des Zentrums von Sankt Gilgen mit Geschäften, Lokalen und der Seepromenade. Das Frühstück wird nicht als Buffet angeboten, sondern fertig angerichtet am Tisch. Auch wenn es nett serviert wird und ausreichend ist, wird es bei einem Aufenthalt von neun Nächten irgendwann eintönig. Das WLAN im Haus ist sehr schwach. Wir hatten in unserem Zimmer im zweiten Stock kaum Empfang. Eine Anregung wäre ein Fliegengitter für zumindest ein Fenster, da sonst der Mückenbefall sehr lästig ist.
• Simon121153 (6/5): Relativ gute und günstige Ausgangslage um das Salzkammergut zu erkunden. - Das Frühstück war reichlich und typisch kontinental Die Lage ist praktisch... mit Busanbindung ins Städtle Ausbaufähige Kommunikation mit dürftigen Auskünften 3 Tage ohne funktionierenden Fernseher bei dürftigem WLAN. Auf die daraus resultierte Reklamation wurde erst bei erneutem Nachfassen reagiert. Etwas laut (bei offenem Fenster), da direkt an der Bundesstraße gelegen.

• Christine (5/5): Enttäuscht zum Vorjahr - Die Anlage ist sehr ordentlich und sauber und gepflegt.leider sind die Wirtsleute nicht sehr freundlich,gekommen sind wir wegen dem Frühstück-und das war enttäuschend zu dem was das Jahr zuvor geboten wurde Es ist ja auch nicht billig,ohne Klimaanlage ist das sowieso grenzwertig.ein Lattenrost im Bett meines Sohnes war auch gebrochen. • 22Tomas (8/5): Útulný rodinný penzion - Útulný rodinný penzion v ideálním výchozím místě pro výlety k oběma nejbližším jezerům. Snídaně byly každý den stejné, ale plně dostačující. Majitelé jsou velmi milí a vstřícní a s čímkoliv jsme potřebovali pomoci, tak ochotně vyřešili. Všechno bylo v pořádku

Looks definitely costly with service and facilities provided. - Actually it’s home stay rather hotel, owners or staff of property stay in same building on first floor and guest accommodation are on 2nd floor. No lifts but manageable with stairs. Rooms are cozy but you have to ask for cleaning every time or day. There is restaurant and bar on ground floor with authentic Austrian food. Location is isolated to main towns nearly 15-20 km. Good for people who wants to stay in peace with very few house around.

The breakfast and food service was at the possible highest quality. Kind and helpful staff made things sweet for us. The location is really great with beautiful nature around. • Rožle (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed for 3 nights in July. The place is very nice. They serve fast food across the street. I ordered fish and chips, which were very delicious. The staff are really kind. A big plus is that they speak English. Breakfast was delicious and out standarst. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is convenient, with many attractions nearby. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

It was a special pleasure for me that the accommodation was not located in the city. The hosts were very nice and friendly. Due to the proximity of the main road, the accommodation is noisy with the window open.

A small lake is just across the road and it was very refreshing to swim there in such a hot day. The breakfast was amazing! We had many mosquitos in the room, so we couldn't open the windows at night and it was very warm inside.

The hotel/ restaurant is a very nice facility...spotless clean and with a very cozy atmosphere. The breakfast served is of high quality and with several tasty offerings. The dinners were prepared with homemade care, taste and great presentation. The rooms (stayed there a few times) are spotless clean and offer a nice chance to rest, read a book or just enjoy a great sleep. Bathroom was spacious and water pressure was great (something not usual for Austria). Nothing I can think of. They should keep up the great job they are doing and there will never have major issues with even the most demanding clients.
