The bathroom was lovely and quite large with an old fashioned tub. The proprietors were very welcome and attentive. Breakfast was delicious from the fresh fruit at the start to the made to order eggs and French toast choices. Highly recommend this warm, welcoming Inn.

L'accueil est attentionné et nous avons eu une grande chambre au calme. La chambre était plus jolie que sur les photos! Nous avons très bien dormi et le petit déjeuner était vraiment très bon. Tout est frais et fait maison. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour son calme et le confort de la maison. Rien.

• Michelle (9/5): Beautiful old home tastefully and graciously operated. - Everything was spotless. The bed was really comfortable. I was worried that I might be able to hear the other guests as old houses can be like that. I could hear people a couple times as they moved through the halls but once people were in the rooms it was quiet. The breakfast room was gorgeous and spotless and the service was attentive and professional and friendly. The location is perfect for walking. Downtown is in one direction and beautiful waterfront trail in the other.

Hand held water spray didn’t work in the jacuzzi. Took a very long time to heat water in the sink. Couldn’t keep water in the sink because the plunger didn’t work properly. Had to go to the home Nextdoor to get breakfast. The exterior of the building needed refreshing. The trim and panel on the face of the jacuzzi needed fixing and paint.

The bed was super comfortable and the linens were high quality. They had recently installed a new electric hot water tank. This caused a little challenge with getting hot water up to the second floor. You had to let the water run for quite some time before it became hot, which felt very wasteful.

This had very sterile check in and welcome. Little if any interaction with owners who didn’t introduce themselves or show any real interest in the guests. Breakfast was not worthy of a traditional B&B.

Burned out light bulbs, lack of storage space in bathroom, loose handles, hooks in room and bath. The property would benefit from a staff handyman.
