Great location, beautiful gardens and enormous yard. The outside entertaining area was perfect! Will definitely recommend this property to family and friends. There was nothing to dislike about the property. I would have to “nit pick” and that would be silly and not worth my time.

• Jeanzy24 (10/5): Agnes Cottage is a fabulous place to stay when visiting Kingston, close to all amenities and beach. - The location of Agnes Cottage was fabulous, as was the bed linen and furnishings. The property was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Super comfortable beds and the bathroom was spacious and well equipped. A second bathroom/toilet outside and well appointed laundry topped this off. A dishwasher would have been an added luxury, along with a coffee machine. The glassware was very well equipped except for champagne glasses.

• Gavin (9/5): Superb - it is a good position well presented cottage lovely area out the back, great for our dog, we really enjoyed our stay and apologize for not commenting in the visitor book, I simply forgot. We will no doubt stay again when next in Kingston Thankyou so much i didn't like the lack of pressure in the shower or the fact that the shower head kept falling down. A small thing i know but annoying for me

• Joseph (8/5): A lovely place to stay, well equipped and presented. - very well presented with good facilities. Had an initial issue gaining access to the property when arriving late, and difficulty reading the numbers on the key safe in the dark. Also had a problem with TV for channels 7 and 9 to watch sport. Worked initially after resetting channels, however picture was pixelated - may be a reception issue at that time.

Great back yard for the dog. Disappointed we weren’t allowed to have our dog inside, and this was not mentioned in the literature until we got there.
• Jeff (10/5): Love it and will try to be back. - One of the best equipped properties we have stayed in. Loved the big back yard and parking area. Only one small surprise, it is the first place that had asked for us to sweep the rooms before departing.

• Karen (10/5): Most roomy and comfortable cottage we have ever stayed in. Excellent decor and comfort levels. - Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor entertaining area. Very roomy interior, huge safe yard. Bonus outdoor bathroom. It was cool weather for our stay but the cottage stayed very cosy inside without needing heating on. Overall, even better than the photos suggest, which is often not the case! The only issue is the step up to the living area. My friend struggled a little with her bad knee. Would need to consider this for anyone with serious mobility issues. Don’t know what a solution might be as the bathroom and back door are down this step. It is clearly defined so it’s not a danger to mobile people.
