If I have the chance to visit Český Krumlov again, I would definitely sta - Although the building is historic, it is full of charm and character. The location is excellent and very convenient, with many restaurants and bars nearby. The guesthouse is family-run, and the hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. They even introduced us to the history of the house, which made the stay feel even more special and memorable. Guests who are taller may prefer booking a larger room, as the indoor layout and shower space would likely feel more spacious and comfortable.

The host was also very quick to see to and fix the bath plug when we noticed it wouldn't seal correctly. I highly recommend to anyone. A coffee maker was not in the kitchen itself. There is a coffee maker downstairs in a separate shared bar/breakfast area with guests in other rooms, however a means to make coffee in the room itself would have been preferred.

Das Zimmer ist liebevoll eingerichtet und ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt 😊 Das Bett war toll, habe selten so gut geschlafen. Da ich nicht in der Hauptsaison dort war, gab es kein Frühstück, was mich aber nicht störte. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten in der Nähe zu frühstücken. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten. The hosts were amazing, professional and extremely friendly and accommodating, their english is excellent. We had a late train transfer, so the hosts offered a later checkout and ordered a taxi for us, exceptional service! The room was very well appointed, immaculately clean and well provisioned for self catering. Very quiet at night, comfortable beds and fast internet provided. Highly recommend. Value fro money was also excellent.

- Maximilian (10/5): Cesky Krumlov aus der Perspektive von Egon Schiele - Ich verbrachte drei wunderschöne Tage in Krumlov und in dieser malerischen Pension. Das jahrhunderte alte Haus ist mitten in der Altstadt. Ich hatte einen eigenen Balkon mit Blick zur Burg und dem barocken Theater. Außerdem war es dort absolut ruhig. Der Vermieter war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich hatte ein 3-Tagesticket für den Parkplatz um ca 38 Euro im Informationbüro gekauft, es aber nie aktiviert. Ich hätte so zweimal den Parkplatz bezahlen müssen. Ich teilte das dem Vermieter mit, darauf hin kaufte er mir das nicht aktivierte Ticket ab - für andere Gäste. Das ist Größe und Hilfsbereitschaft. Vielen Dank!! Ich komme sicher wieder.

No.2 is a little bit larger, which I recommend for a couple. Others are much larger and good for a group more than 3. The staff is very dedicated to keeping the facility clean and comfortable. The check out time is 10 a.m. Expedia gives wrong information.

The owner/ reception man took our luggage up to the top floor which was a blessing. Tiny room but clean, nice bathroom, cute little balcony. No one was around much. Without help, we could not have navigated the stairs with luggage. Needed to know to supply our own shampoo, etc.

That was a really nice touch! The apartment itself was a dream: bright, spacious, exceptionally clean, and fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of — from appliances to kitchenware and small conveniences. The overall quality and service were way above what we’ve experienced in most other places. The location is also great — everything is close by and easy to reach. In short, everything we could possibly need was there. We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again! -

It’s a small, odd room with the bed under eaves but very efficiently organized. It felt like living in history as the building is from the 16th Century! We had no problem climbing the steps to the attic room but Booling.com should make clear that anyone who has trouble doing so should not stay at this place. Again, we loved it!

Also with so much aesthetic attached to it! Every square foot of space is well utilised and planned extremely well. The electrical socket is a discreet part of the bedside table. No wires stretching across the room to charge the phone..Brilliant! A small balcony opened out to gorgeous views of the town. The bathroom was so very neat and had all the provisions one could possible need. Much thought has gone into creating that lovely space that I was unhappy to leave. And the host is a fine young lad..Miroslav, you've got a marvelous place going. Thank you for being a helpful and kind host. I'll be sure to recommend your place to EVERYONE. The host was very friendly and helpful. It was a nice size room to accommodate family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). The room was neat and well kept. And the overall price was affordable. There was no on site parking available. Closest parking (very affordable) was about a 7-10 min walk. Not bad if you are traveling light, but you cross cobblestone streets and wood plank bridges. So, wheeled suitcases can take a beating. Overall, not a big deal just a minor inconvenience.

So not like the general provider problem ("no water at all"), obviously local issue. - we reserved "large appartment with TWO SEPARATE BEDROOMS". There are two, but the second, upstairs, is closed (!) for guests, the stairs were clearly fenced with a metal chain. I did not want to quarrel with the owner about this, but it is clearly against agreement. Writing just for the record: you reserve appartment with 2 bedrooms, and you get it with 1 bedroom closed. For me strange. I suspect it is because we were group of 3 people while the capacity of appartment is for max 5, but still, nobody informed us that we would get 2-bedrooms appartment with 1 bedroom closed........

- Adrienne (10/5): Exceptional - Great space, comfortable beds, helpful host. The stairs, but the host will graciously help get your luggage up and down.
- Annie (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location, very spacious and comfortable, decorated with taste. The apartment also had AC, which would be useful during the summer months, particularly if you couldn't open the windows due to loud tourists walking past. Very friendly service. Coffee Tea and breakfast cereals were provided. A great stay.
- Kaylynne (9/5): Our stay looked like a fairytale. - Adorable property in the middle of the town center. Not an issue of the property, but we came during the off season, so we ended up being the only people staying at the bed and breakfast while we were there. I think it would have been a very fun spot when more people are staying.
- Jana (10/5): Exceptional - This beautiful family run accomodation in the centre of Cesky Krumlov was amazing and we had a wonderful time with our family. There was plenty of space for two adults and three teenagers. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is really nicely finished. The location is outstanding and we had views to the Castle from our loft bedroom upstairs. The hosts were very helpful and kind too. The only thing I didn’t like was that we had to leave!
- Rebecca (9/5): Superb - Excellent check-in with key box possible, comfortable, above all clean, large room, comfortable bed, there was even a small fridge, perfect location in the center, parking 5 minutes walk away P3, cost for 1 day 360 Czech crowns, very friendly communication , would book the room again at any time Everything was alright. Only 2 small points of criticism, but that's complaining at a high level. There was a small trash can in the bathroom. Another trash can in the room itself might have been nice. We couldn't regulate the heating.

- Melissa (10/5): Exceptional - Ubytování u BÍLÉ PANÍ was amazing! My mom and I rented the "Large Two-Bedroom Apartment" during the weekend of the St. Wenceslas Celebrations in Český Krumlov. The room was bright, spacious, and very clean. The location was excellent. Within 5 minutes walk you can be at the main square, many restaurants, and more - and within 15 minutes walk you can be at most of the main sights in the small city. Our room had a great view overlooking the street, but what really impressed me was how well the windows blocked out all of the noise from the street. Our host, Miroslav, was great as well. He helped to carry my mom's heavy luggage to and from our room, and on the morning that we departed, he made breakfast according to our schedule, so we had time to eat. Oh, and the beds, pillows, and the couch were all very comfortable! We were sad to leave! You will need to go up a few flights of stairs to reach the rooms. (It wasn't a problem for me, but it might be for others.) The key situation can also make it tricky to easily come-and-go. There are three doors which you have to unlock and then lock behind you using the key.

The owner was very nice and welcoming and everything we asked or needed, he helped immediately. The view from the room was cool. We will definitely come back in the future! nothing. Everything was great.
