David (10/5): Comfortable oasis after daylong visits to amazing sites around Puerto Madryn - The location was excellent. The accommodation itself offered everything we needed and the spotless bathroom was large with a nice shower. Lots of towels. Communication was very easy. Renzo was super helpful and made us feel very welcome right from the first day. He worked very hard to make sure that we felt at home and didn’t hesitate to respond to questions and even let us leave our luggage as we had a later flight back to Buenos Aires.

Chloe (3/5): Do not stay here if paying in Pesos - looked after our bags and comfortable room our main issue was that Sylvia charged us double the price advertised on booking.com with no warning. Silvia used the blue dollar rate to convert the USD price - she did not inform us in advance that she would do this and no other accommodation we have used in Argentina has done this, all use the official conversion rate. As a result our stay cost double what we thought it would and was far more expensive than similar hostels/b&bs we used on our trip. The house is not in a good location, it is a 25 walk along bad streets to any restaurant for example; the bathroom had a leek leading to a very bad smell. It was definitely not worth the price we ended up paying. we tried to discuss this with Silvia and explain that all hotels use the official conversion rate but she refused to accept this. We ended up paying the amount Silvia asked for as she would not discuss reasonably (she said she had warned us in advance which she had not). Do not stay here if planning to pay in Pesos.
