• Brigitte Gruson (8/5): Très beau gîte mais un peu éloigné de certaines facilités. - La très belle déco et la proximité du fleuve. Le bon petit déjeuner. L'éloignement de toutes facilités (1er resto à 12 km) et le côté un peu austère de la propriétaire.

• Suzanne (8/5): Toujours très agréable! - C'est la troisième fois que j'y vais sur plusieurs année, les dames sont gentilles, accueillantes et simples. Le Gîte est situé devant les attires de Portneuf-sur-mer, et pour moi c'est très pratique pour y faire de la photographie et de la randonnée. J'aurais aimé une couverture en plus, quite à la repousser pendant la nuit, j'ai eu un peu froid
• Eric (8/5): Très bel endroit pur se ressourcer loin de tout, peu de commerces et restaurants dans ce petit villa - Très bon accueil de notre hôte Sylviane, maison charmante très bien placée au bord du fleuve. Nous n'avons malheureusement pas passé beaucoup de temps à cet emplacement, arrivés en fin d'après-midi et repartis très tôt le matin. Cependant, nous avons pu dîner avec nos victuailles dans la salle à manger malgré l'heure tardive. Et le lendemain Sylviane a fait l'effort de se lever (5h30) pour nous préparer le café et échanger avec nous... Merci encore pour cet accueil.

• Cendrine (8/5): Une bonne adresse à Portneuf sur Mer - Un gîte paisible et un accueil chaleureux Peut-être qu’une diversité dans le petit-déjeuner du matin serait bien quand on reste plusieurs nuits.

• diego (6/5): - Chambres propres, gite bien situé, tranquille, le déjeuner était bien. Aucune instruction à l'arrivée, accueil un peu froid, on ne se sentait pas les bienvenus... Les chambres étaient un peu petites pour notre groupe.

• Nathalie (10/5): - Le gîte est très accueillant, la décoration évoque le bord de la mer, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et nous préparent des petits-déjeuners maison. Le coût est très raisonnable. Il y avait une borne de recharge à 5 minutes de marche. J’ai tout apprécié!
• Clémence (4/5): La beauté de la pointe à Fortin avec sa plage sur le bord de la mer nous a reconcilier avec l’endroit. On veut d’autres - La propreté. Les tables bistro à l’extérieur pour apprécier le paysage. La jovialité de sa soeur et les confitures de p’tites fraises et bleuets. L’absence de la dame à l’arrivée, c’est après avoir crié « Y’a -t-il quelqu’un à plusieurs reprises qu’une chambreuse est venue nous dire quelle chambre nous était assignée. Au retour de notre marche la dame soupait avec son verre de vin et nous a dit bonjour tout en continuant à parler avec ses deux autres chambreurs. On voulait un lit queen, on avait un 54 po. et les oreillers avaient 1 pied de haut,,,😳 La pub dit avoir cafetière et TV dans la chambre,,,ce qui est faux. Au déjeûner sans jus et assez limité. On avait payé pour 2 nuits et,,la météo aidant on a décidé de partir après une nuit……Nous étions pourtant discret et poli!!, c’est là qu’on a vu son premier sourire. 😕

• Rod (8/5): A repeat - Bfast OK, not fancy 5 course meal. but very good anyway and I did not want a fancy deal. A more prominent exterior sign would be be nice as the house # was not evident behind some trees as I remmember it. I had trouble finding the place due to a problem with my Garmen GPS. I entered the correct house number, 199, and the postal code and it returned another #, 98, and a non-existant street. I had to use my flip phone to get the right instructions to find the Gite. All worked out well after a considerable waste of time and gas.

• Shirley (10/5): Was an enjoyable experience. - A home cooked breakfast was served every morning. It consisted of a variety of fruit, juice, toast and jam plus bacon and eggs. The bed and breakfast was very clean and the staff were very friendly.
• Yichen (10/5): Exceptional - We loved Sylviane and all the others at the B&B. Everyone was so friendly and even though we don't speak French, we had the best time and felt their hospitality. The breakfast was huge and delicious! The surrounding nature is absolutely stunning. We will stay again!

The check-in process was a little challenging at first as we don’t have any French and the hostess had no English. However we solved this through miming and through Google translate - so all good.

• David (10/5): A must stop for your trip along the North Shore - Location was perfect for a relaxing time along the beaches. Scenery right off the property was spectacular and somewhat unique (massive estuary). Welcoming hosts, comfortable, clean, bright. A great place for a couple days of wandering the shore and relaxing. Breakfast was perfect, fresh blueberries picked yesterday, home made jams, fresh eggs, pleasant chatter....with some excellent restaurant advice we used later in our travels. You could not walk long enough to get to the end of the beach. Dinner options are limited in town, but available in Forestville about 15 mins drive...or bring food for a fabulous beach picnic.
