Guest Reviews
- Krys (10/5): - Very nice stay
Owners were most hospitable
Clean, and tidy
Quiet, and at a good price. There was nothing to complain about at all
A very friendly atmosphere
- Christopher (8/5): - The quite and friendly chats with hosts Being up early in the kitchen organising breakfast was a issue with one guest. Not my problem.
- Neil (8/5): Pleasant home stay - Breakfast was self serve from the kitchen. Tea/coffee, toast, cereal, fruit juice type fayre. Did the job.
- Bob (10/5): Great hosts and great facilities. - Everything was exactly what we wanted.
- Georgina (5/5): Not for us, felt uncomfortable. - The location was close to Australia Zoo where we had spent a long day. The property was extremely clean, modern and beds were comfy. Jen loaned us a discount card for our dinner venue, which was kind of her. The host didn’t make us feel particularly welcome. Jen runs the venue like a well oiled machine but we were not made to feel ‘at home’ we went out for dinner and came back to watch a film. all four of us snuggled in one of our 3 bedrooms as we were informed they go to bed early so we didn’t want to make a noise by sitting in the lounge area.
- edith (7/5): - La salle de bain, spacieuse , la propreté des lieux.
Bien pour une escale Raisonnance dans la maison.
Le fait de devoir se preparer le petit dejeuner soi même alors que notre hote reste à table.

The property itself was spotless—cleanliness was clearly a top priority, and it really made a difference in feeling relaxed and at home. The space was also very comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
One of the biggest highlights was the location. It’s extremely convenient, with supermarkets, cafes, and bowls club restaurant all within close distance. Getting around was simple, and it made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, this place exceeded my expectations. The combination of comfort, cleanliness, a great host, and a prime location makes it an easy 5-star stay for me. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others without hesitation!

Breakfast was provided with a wide range of options to help yourself to, eaten in the dining space. Great advice was offered re eating out and local attractions. Everything was great. Perhaps a rack for the luggage would be useful in the wardrobe or bathroom area.

- Kendra (9/5): Lovely stay at a great price - Jenn was lovely. Very helpful. Stay was good. The room was very comfortable. We misused the ceiling fan, and realised this after we got up in the morning. You can use it to warm up a bit or cool down. Be careful of that. :)

The room was impeccably clean, and all our requirements were met. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden and sit-out area, full of plants and birds — every corner of the house reflected thoughtful care and attention.
The property is very secure, with convenient parking and easy access. The location is excellent, especially if you are visiting the Australia Zoo or looking to explore nearby hikes. Overall, everything was just perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We strongly recommend this place and would be happy to stay again. Nothing

- Geoff (10/5): Very comfortable, we will stay there again next time we are in the area. - Jen made us feel like family, the bed was comfortable, the room was immaculate as was the rest of the house. Plenty to choose for breakfast and close to tourist sites like Australia Zoo. Highly recommended. Nothing to complain about.
- Katya (6/5): 3 nights stay. - Great location. Good price. Perfectly clean. I did not realise that the accommodation was just a room in a suburban house that you share with the owners and four other travellers. This might be on me for not realising this, but I found all this super awkward. The photos and the description appear to have been updated after i had booked, but I remember seeing a photo with a little open plan kitchenette, seating area including a sofa and a bed in the photos and this is what i thought i was getting. Some reviews said eggs for breakfast. There were none on offer when I was there. Just supermarket bread, margarine, spreads, and cereals, black Lipton tea, and instant coffee. Breakfast is self-serve. Can't use the kitchen after 8pm. Parking is tight.
- Olga (10/5): Comfortable - Lovely Lack of tables in bedroom to put things on otherwise good
- Sylvie (10/5): qualité prix parfait - nous avons été très bien reçu, logement très propre, super salle de bain, parfait pour une halte rien
