• ZHANNA (9/5): The best hostel which I ever visit - The place is really comfortable, cute, so stylish, kitchen is so nice, the breakfast it’s amazing( you can choose from evening your breakfast menu). The hostel gave everything you need, paper, shower gel, cooking place , chill place. Only one things ots smells damp in the rooms and it’s cold inside in the rooms.

• Camilla (10/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!! - Piccolo hotel molto carino e curato. La nostra camera era grande, con due letti matrimoniali e una terrazza. Il bagno era privato. La stanza era pulita e i letti molto comodi. La struttura dispone di parcheggio ed era inclusa la colazione. Il giorno prima va comunicato l’orario e cosa si desidera mangiare (Noi abbiamo scelto pancake e frutta ma era possibile avere anche l’opzione salata con uova e Bacon). La colazione era davvero buona. C’è anche una cucina in comune e un giardinetto con amaca e barbecue per rilassarsi. Il personale è gentile e danno consigli su cosa vedere e dove mangiare. Siamo rimasti davvero soddisfatti da questo hotel, il rapporto qualità prezzo è davvero ottimo.
• Marvin (9/5): - Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier auf jeden Fall. Aber es sollte einem bewusst sein, dass ein Hostel kein 5 Sterne Hotel ist. Das Zimmer war gut und sauber. Das Frühstück war lecker, der Kaffee ist kostenlos. Für den Preis würden wir noch mal dort übernachten. Die Matratze hatte leider ein paar Federn, die man beim drauf liegen sehr gemerkt hat und es ist hellhörig.

• Harald (9/5): Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. - Die Steckdose hatte anfangs keinen Strom, das wurde aber schnell repariert. Schön war die Nähe zum Nationalpark Monteverde und die Nachtwanderung, die uns durch die Rezeption vermittelt wurde.

• marta (4/5): - El desayuno es adecuado, las instalaciones cuidadas y agradables. Mi experiencia no fue buena por la gestión de una noche extra que solicité. Al llegar, pregunté si podía quedarme una noche más. Lo primero que me dijeron fue: “Las personas aquí suelen quedarse 2 días porque las actividades son caras y no te quedas más días”. Agradecí la sugerencia, pero como llegaba casi de noche, insistí en si era posible y aclaré que lo confirmaría al día siguiente. Me dijeron que sí. A la mañana siguiente, volví a comentarlo. Me dijeron que bloqueaban la habitación, lo agradecí y añadí que al 90% me quedaría, pero que lo confirmaría por la tarde. Mi sorpresa fue que, al regresar a las 18:30, me informaron de que no podía quedarme porque el hotel estaba completo, ya que habían aceptado otras reservas. No me pidieron disculpas; simplemente me dijeron: “Te ayudamos a encontrar otro hotel”. Viajo sola con mi hija, y esta situación supuso una gran complicación. Me pareció muy decepcionante. Además, desde que llegas al hotel, la prioridad parece ser venderte actividades, más que facilitar tu estancia.
• S&P Ribera (9/5): - Pequeño hostel muy encantador, con detalles cuidados. Nuestra habitación con preciosa terraza. Puedes usar la cocina compartida. Todo muy limpio y un precio increíble.

El hotel tiene una cocina compartida, que te permite hacer alguna comida allí. Servicio de lavandería, personal muy amable y servicial, hacen fácil la estancia. Buen desayuno. Alejado del centro. Colchones mejorables.
• Ingrid (10/5): Great! - This place was extremely clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is nice to cook in. Free coffee and tea. The breakfast was very good. Vale helped us organise some activities (even very last minute) which was super helpful. The only thing I can really write here is that it would be nice to have a bit more storage space, like even just some hooks on the wall.

• Christine (9/5): Heerlijk! - Leuke hostel in Monteverde. Onze kamer had een kleine patio. Ze hebben een keuken die je kunt gebruiken, in de ochtend wordt daar het ontbijt geserveerd.

La cama era bastante incómoda, al igual que las almohadas. La ducha, a pesar de tener agua caliente, salía con muy poca presión. La iluminación de la habitación era bastante escasa.
• Dries (7/5): - Prijs kwaliteit is het top. Vriendelijke gastheer die het ontbijt goed verzorgde. Ruime kamer met een super groot balkon. Door de extreme wind helaas geen gebruik van kunnen maken. Maar bij beter weer echt perfect. Het bed was aan vervanging toe en na 1 douche was er helaas geen warm water meer voor de anderen om te douchen.

• Hope (8/5): Great stay - would definitely return - Great Stay – Would Definitely Return I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, always happy to help and made the experience feel welcoming. Breakfast was included and was very tasty. The rooms and common areas were very clean and well-kept, which added to the overall comfort. On top of that, the views from the surrounding areas were beautifu—definitely a highlight of the stay. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I’d be happy to come back again. No private bathroom No air conditioning
• Doris (10/5): very cozy hostel that's good for relaxation - It is an exceptional hostel with nice staff and very good breakfast. The garden is very nice and the rooms are amazingly comfortable The bus station is a bit far to walk but the taxis from the tour operators stop there.

L'esmorzar era molt bo i podies fer-te cafè durant tot el dia. El personal va ser molt amable i ens va ajudar a reservar una activitat de tirolines.

We booked 2 x external family rooms and were given a double and a bunk room with the only window being an internal corridor.

Generell hat es uns gut gefallen, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wäre uns das Frühstück jedoch ein wenig einseitig, jeden Tag Pancakes. Am zweiten Tag haben wir schon Reis und Bohnen vermisst. Die Dusche war nicht so warm, da wäre schon eine Verbesserung gut.

• Pierre (9/5): Super hôtel - Charmant hôtel idéalement situé à 20 min de la réserve de Monteverde. Personnel accueillant et disponible. Chambre confortable et propre. La chambre et la salle de bain sont un peu étroites mais cela convient parfaitement pour une ou deux nuits.

De plus, il y avait énormément de bêtes dans la chambre ainsi que dans la salle de bain. Et pour couronner le tout, une vingtaine de scorpions dans un des lits, découverts à la fin en rangeant les draps.

• Johanna (8/5): Preiswertes Hostel - zu empfehlen - Ein gutes preiswertes Hostel mit netten Angestellten in etwas abgelegener Lage. Der starke Wind war nachts sehr laut durch die dünne Bauweise der Wände.

The kitchen is available for own cooking and has coffee available. The hostel is not so close to the city center. The twin double room has access to a nice closed patio that unfortunately does not have a view and has a shared bathroom with another room.

• Michalis (6/5): If you have sleep issue/body pains, do not book that hotel - Everything was fine except the beds. Change the mattresses and fix the beds ASAP, both beds were unacceptable, especially given the price we paid
• Michelle (7/5): Prima verblijf gehad ! - Het was een fijne uitvalsbasis voor de nevelwouden. Personeel was aardig. Er liepen wat dingen in de war, zoals wisseling van kamer, geen handdoeken en geen ontbijt. Maar dat werd goed en snel opgelost. De boutique heeft een fijne sfeer. Airco in de kamer zou wel fijn zijn.
• Ruth (10/5): - A mi me encantó todo. La comodidad..Amabilidad de todos allí es impresionante 🙌 El desayuno exquisito , sus jardines ..la hamaca.. A unos minutos del Down Town de Monteverde. Tanto por hacer ..como visitar el Gigante de Monteverde.. Parques Nacionales con hasta 5 cascadas. También la catarata del Murciélago. Muchos restaurantes , tiendas y supermercado. Y luego llegar a este hermoso lugar rodeado de tanta Naturaleza y Paz .. sin duda regreso . Gracias por tanto..
