Jean (5/5): Déception ! - Belle ancienne ferme réaménagée, à l'extérieur de La Chaux-de-Fonds, à proximité de la ligne de bus et même de la gare de La Chaux-de-Fonds Est. L'endroit, en pleine nature est très calme. A notre arrivée, on nous a informés que les précédents occupants de notre chambre étaient partis avec les clés. On nous a attribué une autre chambre, voisine de la première et une clé pour entrer dans le bâtiment. Il s'est avéré que la clé en question ne permettait pas d'entrer dans le bâtiment mais que les deux clés qu'on nous a données permettaient d'ouvrir les deux chambres de notre étage. Impossible de trouver quelqu'un pour régler ce problème, propriétaire et/ou gérant ne logent pas sur place. Nous avons essayé deux fois de téléphoner au patron, qui n'a pas pris la peine de rappeler. Nous avons finalement décidé de laisser la fenêtre de notre chambre entrouverte avant d'aller en ville !! Et en rentrant à minuit, nous avons dû escalader le mur pour entrer par la fenêtre !! Nous n'avions encore jamais expérimenté ce genre de sport auparavant !! La gérante, sur place au matin, nous a présenté ses excuses et offert deux croissants. Nous attendons toujours des nouvelles et des excuses du propriétaire... Il est clair que nous ne recommanderons pas cet endroit !!
