• Ana Paula (3/5): Localização ótima, mas o restante não condiz com as avaliações. - A localização da hospedagem à beira mar. Estávamos com muitas expectativas para a hospedagem, porque haviam muitas avaliações boas e a localização era ótima, mas saímos frustrados/decepcionados. Ao chegarmos, foi muito difícil encontrar o local e chegar nele. A placa do estabelecimento não está mais visível e as ruas até ele são péssimas, de chão batido e cheias de buracos. A suite/quarto que ficamos era embaixo de outro. Acredito que não havia isolamento acústico entre eles, então era possível escutar tudo que se estava fazendo/falando no andar de cima. A TV disponibilizada com canais pagos e o secador de cabelo não estavam funcionando. A descarga do vaso sanitário também não funcionava direito. O café da manhã era muito simples, haviam pouquíssimas opções de alimentos, com aparência não convidativa, como a margarina disponibilizada, o que levantou um alerta. Ela estava com aspecto endurecido e muito amarelado, o que não condiz com a consistência esperada. Por isso resolvemos conferir a validade, que estava VENCIDA há mais de 4 meses. Acabamos consumindo somente o bolo que parecia ser uma mistura e o suco que também era comprado. O aspecto geral do hotel era de deterioração. A grande maioria dos móveis/objetos/acabamentos estavam enferrujados. O que salvou a hospedagem foi a localização, porque o lugar ficava a um passo da praia.

Aconchegante. - Eu gostei dos quartos serem de frente para o mar, do check-in, da reserva com o Anderson, que precisei mudar o quarto, pois havia pego para 3 pessoas e era pequeno. Do atendimento por Whats app, do atendimento do João e Angela. ( acho que era este o nome). Do café da manhã. Apenas senti falta de coisas sem glúten e sem lactose, A vista supera todos os imprevistos que ocorrem. A parte da sacada é muito fofa com redes , cadeiras e balanço. O cheiro do quarto não era bom, pois não há janelas externas, o banheiro precisa de uma clarabóia, a janela abre para dentro do quarto, que só tem a porta de vidro de entrada, parece que tem cheiro de mofo, e precisa de revisão nos ralos que estavam arrotando. Achei difícil encontrar a pousada pelo waze, as ruas são pequenas e de terra, quando me enviaram a localização foi mais fácil, a placa com o nome da pousada precisa ser renovada, quase não da para ver.Demos uma volta para chegar.

Great staff who helped with any issue immediately. Delicious breakfast. The air conditioner did not work well in my room, some nights were difficult to sleep, and they had to move me to another room.

Excellent communication and immediate attention from host. Efficient AC, the small fridge. Small room, old uncomfortable bed, loud sewage/water pipe that roars every few minutes like it’s going to burst.

• Abdiel (6/5): Great view, but the accommodation not as good as we expected. - The location was great. I did appreciate the beautiful view. The room smelled like pee, no staff cleaned the room while we were out.
• Fernando (7/5): Good - The view is amazing. The place has potential but feels neglected and needs work. The room is outdated with few amenities, the shower was poor and the drain constantly making gurgling noise even when not in use. WiFi and TV were down for a while with no communication. While the staff is friendly, they lack hospitality skills, visibility and support. Maintenance is also required, such as the decking area and exterior steps, communal tile floors broken, and no lights on the landing outside the rooms. The rate of 9.2 is way too high and we would only take it as a 7 . In the end, I'd not stay here again.

• Laura (8/5): Laid back, friendly, lovely people and views that blow your mind.😊 - This sweet guest house is right on the beach. A sunrise view from my bed. Only a few rooms. Breakfast included and finger foods, ice cream and wines/beer available at a very reasonable cost. The staff was wonderful and kind and accommodating. Quiet and very few people on its beachfront. Pristine beach. In knew what to expect in a beach guest house, so any slight disappointment was accepted and really no big deal. It is a little worn, but part of its charm.

Also, the rooms have fridge so you can bring your own stuff. They lend you parasol and chairs for use on the beach. The staff where really helpful on everything. Really a small jewel. Nothing. Everything was perfect ! We will go again to this place when we come back to Campeche.

• Steen (8/5): Nice Guesthouse with fantastic ocean view - The front row ocean view is the main attraction here. Friendly staff who gave us good advice on where to find nice restaurants in the area. The rooms on the 2nd floor are very small. Make sure you get the bigger rooms on the main floor.
• Sergei (8/5): Good stay - Location is great, views are breathtaking, Campeche beach is so healing! The ceiling in my bathroom was leaking. Also - the air-conditioners are so very noisy. I only stayed 1 night so it was bearable, but would struggle if stayed longer.

• Gwen (7/5): It's nice for a short stay and to have the beach right in the backyard. - We like that it right on the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. We didn't have the breakfast so we can't comment on that. Wifi was great and plenty of hot water. It's not walkable. Restaurants are far from the location, so you need a car. We stay in room #4 which is right next to the main house and it's very noisy. You can hear the conversations in the house.

• C (7/5): Solid 7,5 for the price! Great view and no moviment around - It seems the family lives in the guest house. The teenager cooks really good food but unfortunately there is no much option. Hubby basically eats eggs for breakfast and it was limited given no more were made once eggs were gone. Size of bathroom if good, but unfortunately there is no shelf to put shampoo or soap ??? Also, although there is a closet in the room, there is no space to open a big luggage in the room . Rooms are small. Felt safe, views are beautiful, but if you want more movimento go to barra da lagoa. There is only one mini grocery walking distance to the guest house. Some Ubers had a hard time to find the place, given street is very old fashion and careful, it did rained a bit and streets around got stuck with water and inner drivers didn’t want to drive around it. Some canceled our drive. Overall, 7,5 would be fair for the price. Owners are friendly, feels like a hostel !

• Usa (10/5): Good choice of staying at Florianópolis 🏝️ - The location is strategic as you could have the oceanfront view for every room. The sea could be rough as it’s famous beach for the surfing. A bit remote from restaurants & bars but the Uber is always available.

• Lukas (10/5): Lovely place on the beach - The place is great, right on the beach. The room is not that big but has a huge wardrobe, so you can store a lot of things inside. Bathroom was a decent size with a huge shower. The breakfast was amazing, pretty decent selection of cheese, bread, fruit, granola, yogurt. The people are very friendly and helpful. The access to the property can be flooded during rainy days, so drivers will need to find a way around it.
