• Audrey (8/5): Un lieu atypique et plein de charme - Un logement très atypique et sympa. On a adoré l'ambiance et les hamacs. Par contre on y a logé pendant un pic de canicule et (comme indiqué dans l'annonce) il n'y avait pas la clim. Ça peut être sûr à supporter pour certains. Le propriétaire est facile à contacter via son numéro WhatsApp et nous avons réserver un tour en bateau grâce à lui. En plein été sous 37° l'absence de clim peut être sûr à supporter. Sinon tout était ok

• Rachel (7/5): Good for the price - Nice enough for a short stay, cool building and nice man who greeted us. Very hot in peak season in the fan room - not ventilated. We regretted choosing it, go for an air con room. Lots of bugs as the rooms are sat above water. Toilets weren’t great.

• Claudia (7/5): Not a real guesthouse - Nice and creative decoration, big common area, quiet, easy check-in (key on the door with my name to indicate the room), cheapest option we could find very old mattresses, stinky smell of the canal during the hot hours (you can't really take advantage of the chill out area and the hammocks because it's so stinky), overpriced for such a simple room), filthy fridge, the owner doesn't show up at any time but it's all under video surveillance

• Philémon (8/5): Très bon rapport qualité prix et super emplacement (mais chambre du sous-sol trop chaude) - l'hôtel est super bien situé, juste à côté du marché de nuit et proche des lieux d'intérêt. Il y a un espace commun avec frigo et douches. C'est très calme et c'est une maison thaï typique. L'hôte a été super arrangeant (il nous a autorisé à laisser nos sacs à l'hôtel et à revenir pour prendre une douche avant notre départ en train de nuit). Le prix est imbattable. Il faisait super chaud dans la chambre (chambre du sous-sol) car elle est petite et mal aérée malgré les ventilateurs (qui sont d'ailleurs très bruyants). Finalement l'hôtel ne propose plus de location de vélos car ceux-ci sont cassés (mais on a pu en trouver à l'hostel en face de la guesthouse pour 100THB pour 2 jours sur les conseils de l'hôte).

• Fabio (7/5): - Gute Lage in der Nähe eines Nightmarkets, Fahrradverleih gegenüber, Hängematten zum chillen -Sauberkeit der Thaistyle Toiletten-/Duschen mangelhaft -Sauberkeit im Zimmer, ich fand noch Bierflaschen unter dem Bett -Es hat kein permanenter Staff vor Ort deshalb keine schnelle Reinigung wenn jemand Durchfall hat und die WCs unbrauchbar werden -Ohne AC ist die Hitze schwer auszuhalten aber ich habe mit fan gebucht für das gibts kein Abzug

• Laurène (10/5): - L'établissement dans une ancienne bâtisse a beaucoup de charme, et de nombreux espaces communs pour se reposer, boire un café. Nous pouvons utiliser le frigo sans problème. La salle de bain commune est vraiment minuscule et leau était froide, je ne crois pas que ce soit indiqué. Il faut l'avoir en tête.

• Léna (7/5): Correct mais pas très confort - La proximité avec les lieux d’intérêts (temples, marché nocturne!) Les parties communes étaient agréables et ouvertes sur l’extérieur ce qui est super! Le prix qui était très correct Nous avons eu froid toutes les nuits (nous n’avions que 2 plaids en guise de couvertures), et nous n’avons pas bien dormi (oreillers très durs et épais) et mauvaise isolation entre les chambres. Les toilettes et la douche sont très rudimentaires, mais c’est une expérience ! Pour le prix c’est ok!

• Gisela (9/5): - Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Urige Atmosphäre, tolle Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Sogar Fliegengitter an den Fenstern! Jederzeit wieder. Die Betten waren ziemlich durchgelegen.

• Toby (8/5): Excellent value for money and a great authentic experience. - Very good value and in a great location. It is a really unique location. We were Lucky enough to see snakes and monitor lizards near the accommodation. Staff is non existent. Can hear and sometimes see the owner but never actually meeting them which is a shame as I’m sure they could give some advice about the area. I would recommend some mosquitoes nets in the room as the area is full of them.

• Jean-Louis (8/5): Good for a few days' stay - Guesthouse located 5 minutes walking distance east of the Archaeological Park, ideally situated for the evening food market. The entrance and common areas are very picturesque (wooden bridge over a ditch, not wheelchair friendly, and eclectic decoration). Not necessarily something I didn't like, as I was expecting it, but some might find the bathrooms uncomfortable (manual toilet flush, and no shower heating). The walls between rooms are thin, so being quiet to respect other guests is paramount.

• Lisa (8/5): - Schon das Schild auf der Straße ist sehr einladend und kreativ, genauso der Weg zur Unterkunft. Die Terrasse für den allgemeinen Aufenthalt ist super chillig und das Zimmer war sehr cool eingerichtet. Ich war im Erdgeschoss (Zimmer 4) und vom Zimmer nebenan war der Ventilator laut zu hören.
• Aichamoo (7/5): - The location was so good cuz this hostel was located near a night market and the Wat Phra Mahathat. The owner contacted me about how to do self-check in. I chose the fans' room, and there were two strong fans and it was more than enough to sleep without feeling uncomfortable. There is no free rental bicycle, but the owner told me where to rent(not free), and the shop was nearby and reasonable. The toilet and shower room was small and there was no warm shower. If I had a bin in my room it was more comfortable.
• Jaime (7/5): Prima voor de prijs die je betaald - De locatie is goed, je hebt geen airco nodig we hadden het prima met de waaier. We hebben goed geslapen. Toen we aankwamen schrokken we wel een beetje aangezien de recensies zo goed waren op booking. Het is een hout huisje en het is wel even back to basics met toiletten en douchen, maar we hebben prima geslapen en er werd goed voor ons gezorgd. Er lag water en wc rollen en het bed was echt fijn.

• Isa (6/5): Okay for 1-2 nights - The common room was very cozy and a nice place to hang out. We did not see the gist but he was very accommodating trough what’s app. The room itself was very clean. And the location was nice since it was very close to the night market, 7/11 and bike rentals. We coundt get a good night of sleep. We got the room underneath the house which was very small and therefore extra hot. It was ventilated by two fans but that wasn’t quite enough at night. The rooms upstairs next to the common room were way more spacious (my partner is 2 meters tall and coundt not stand up right in the room. I’m 1,70 and if I were taller my head would also hit the ceiling) I don’t know if our room was maybe cheaper than the ones upstairs tho. The bathroom is a bit getting used to since you shower in the same room as you pee. And the bathroom/toilet were not as clean as the common room and the room itself. Overall for the price and only 2 nights there it was okay.
• Alexandra (7/5): Bon rapport qualité prix - L'espace commun avec les hamacs pour chiller. La proximité avec les commerces et le centre historique. Le rapport qualité prix est bon. La pression de la douche est très faible ce qui est un inconvénient lorsque l'on a de longs cheveux à laver... (à noter pas d'eau chaude pour ceux que cela dérangerait, ce qui n'était pas mon cas au vue de la chaleur). Le matelas n'est pas très confortable. L'absence d'un service petit déjeuner ou à minima la possibilité de prendre un café/ thé (d'autant plus qu'il n'y a pas de café à proximité).
• Eleonora (9/5): - Ray nu guest house è una casetta carinissima ed accogliente, ti fa sentire proprio a casa e gode di tutto quello che una persona ha bisogno, letto, un bagno, c'è anche un bollitore e amache e panche nella zona comune dove potersi riposare. Vicinissimo a piedi si trova il night market dove mangiare del buonissimo street food, e poco dopo uno già dei primi templi più importanti da visitare. Purtroppo la nostra camera non aveva l'aria condizionata e la notte nonostante i ventilatori faceva un pò caldo, i materassi erano un pò duri e scomodi, ma se ci si adatta per una notte si può fare

• Garance (9/5): - Super rapport qualité-prix ✨ Je recommande vivement 🫶 C'est Un cadre adorable digne d'un film de myasaki, nous avons adoré l'espace commun ainsi que la chambre avec leur style particulier, c'est un endroit où l'on se sent bien, qui est propre, accueillant et proche de tout. Le gérant est extrêmement réactif par message si pblm ou question! Il est très arrangeant (nous avons pu lui laisser nos sacs toute une journée après notre check out et manger notre repas du soir dans l'espace commun avant de prendre notre train de nuit) - Pas de clim - Nous aurions aimé croiser le gérant un peu plus souvent plutôt que uniquement lors du Check in mais il reste très réactif par messages si besoins, pblm ou questions

• Crazy cooky (7/5): Bon séjour pour découvrir Ayutthaya - L'espace partagé était agréable avec un bois laqué dans l'espace collectif. La situation environnante n'est pas exceptionnelle mais les temples sont à dix minutes à pieds et il y a des vélos à l'hôtel juste en face. Les chambres sont bien, une petite chaise et des matelas (attention ne pas regarder sous le lit l'état des matelas ... vous préférerez ne pas savoir). Très bon rapport qualité prix. Un rouleau de papier toilettes est disponible par chambre. Stand de tir à proximité mais pas de nuisance sonore le soir. L'hôte répond rapidement. La douche était un peu compliquée à prendre car elle est dans la même pièce que les toilettes. Les toilettes sont vétustes en comparaison du reste de l'hébergement. La lumière reste allumée toute la nuit de l'espace commun. Nous avons eu le plaisir d'entendre parfaitement la nuit agitée d'un loueur en train de vomir mais sinon ...

• Vojtech (9/5): Superb - Ray Nu provides a great base for exploring Ayutthaya. It's close to the historical site and you can also borrow a bicycle here. Notice I wrote "borrow" because the owners didn't charge me for it. Speaking of the owners, they seemed really cool and relaxed. The accommodation is basic but clean, and it definitely has its own charm. The Wi-Fi was surprisingly good. There is no water purifier. The owners provide you with water in disposable bottles but then you keep buying/getting more and more bottles, creating more waste.
