- Peter (5/5): Had planned to recommend Villa Moris to others. Will not now. - Location. Host was very nice. Exterior property was poor - no yard maintenance at all for significant time. Breakfast was light and unvaried over our eleven day stay.
- Crisan (10/5): Exceptional - I highly recommend Villa Moris to anyone looking to experience the charm of Tuscany in an authentic and relaxing setting. Situated in the heart of Tuscany, this 18th-century house takes you back in time while providing the comfort you need for a relaxing vacation.
The rooms are wonderful – spacious, with authentic Tuscan design reflected in every detail, making you feel truly special. The cleanliness is excellent, and every corner of the house is meticulously maintained. Valentina welcomes you warmly, and it’s true that she makes the best cappuccino – a real treat you shouldn’t miss!
This is definitely a place you’ll want to return to!

- Blue (8/5): Great home with lots of history. - We had a nice stay. Our host was kind and made us cappuccinos every morning. It was very cold at night because they only ran the heater during the day. Breakfast was pretty good but would have loved a little variety.
- Δημήτρης (9/5): Superb -

- Magda (8/5): Very good -
- Mitica (7/5): unique, well preserved house on the hills of tuscany, nearby florence - The house has a lot of history and it's great that it's made available to tourists to enjoy thanks to the efforts of Valentina and her family. We super liked how well it's been conserved and enjoy details such as the tastefully painted ceilings. The bathroom is fully renovated and it feels quite luxurious given the age and location of the house as whole. Breakfast was a good addition, given the remoteness of the house. The owner was always there, courteous and non intrusive. We spent 2 nights there during a colder beginning of May and we really felt it. It was very cold because the central heating system was off and no AC alternative in the room was available. The windows have no insects net, therefore we had a mosquito as companion both nights, we flagged this to our host but she failed to provide any help. The breakfast was obviously low budget to such extent that the "orange juice" was a terrible, artificially sweetened bright orange alternative. We appreciated the non intrusive character of our host, but a bit of proactive advice about the area and warmer hospitality would have been even more appreciated.
- Gabriele (9/5): cozy rooms, Valentina very attentive host, quiet surroundings and beautiful panorama - cozy rooms, Valentina good host, quiet surroundings sound isolation and breakfast to be improved
- Rory (8/5): Very good -
- Darby (1/5): won’t ever go again and will advise all families I know to do same - location
the kids enjoyed playing with owners dog beds uncomfortable and cold floors. no slippers provided even though cold stone floors. didn’t make a lot of sense to us.
rude unwelcoming reception. when we arrived I messaged owner and when I saw her I said oh we couldn’t find where the reception was. response - that’s because we don’t have one. Not a great welcoming start.
got worse - this place is run like a drill camp. not relaxing at all.
bfast finishes at 10.30 and if you are there at 10.31 - forget it. it’s gone. no flexibility whatsoever. bfast range very average my wife said - not even an egg. very difficult when you are in middle of nowhere and can’t go elsewhere easily.
if you want your room cleaned you have to be out of your room by a certain time in the morning. if you aren’t it won’t get cleaned to the following day.
if you want a reading Tuscan family holiday with no pressure - this isn’t the place! avoid it all costs of your a family.
not sure what star rating this place is or claims to be but service wise - it’s 2 star at best.
- Sing (9/5): Superb -
- Christine (7/5): Good - rustic, authentic, big room no coffee machine/ tea maker in room

The place is very well mantained, The bedrooms are very comfortable. Valentina is a great host and we felt like at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend it 100%
