Maybe we should have booked an extra night

• stav (10/5): lovely host, very comfortable although it was a short but sweet stay - plenty of condiments available by the owner which was lovely, she even left a cake and a loaf of bread which was a nice touch. the location was perfect for what i needed, the place was spotless and had basically everything you would need.

All of the facilities and comfort were available to us and we felt very spoilt and looked after. The space was more than enough with modern and clean features and the homely touch was excellent. There was nothing that I could fault about our stay. we were greeted on arrival and made to feel welcome and at home .

• Lesley (10/5): Highly recommended, excellent ! - Was the perfect location for our visit with family in the area. Sue was amazing, having a beautiful cake and loaf of bread ready for us to enjoy. There wasn't anything i didn't like, however i would recommend putting a sink in the kitchenette, and replacing the bedding to a king size doona cover.

The apartment was beautifully decorated with plenty of room and was exceptionally clean. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazing. It had everything you needed for a great stay. There was lots of breakfast stuff to choose from and a delicious homemade cake and bread that Sue had made. It had a lovely backyard with a fire pit for cooler nights. It was in a great location and close to everything. We would definitely say there again Loved everything about the property

• Tim (10/5): Such a nice B&B - There was so much to like about this B&B.... The B&B was very private, larger than I expected, with large windows looking out to the lovely garden. It's so comfortable, two nice big couches to relax on, and a comfy bed with nice linen. I loved the homemade bread and cake and all the breakfast provisions provided. It was a real treat staying here and meeting Sue. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Nothing.

• Steve (10/5): Ideally base to explore the Bellarine Peninsula - We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Parkway Place, the B&B is very well setup and ideally located for exploring the many attractions on the Bellarine Peninsula, such as the Q Train - highly recommended! Nothing!
• Michael (10/5): Fabulously appointed. Beautiful host - Fabulously appointed, every little detail covered. Huge amount of space, large living room and bedroom plus a spacious bathroom. The welcoming freshly baked loaf of bread and chocolate cake were just another indication of Sue's attention to detail. Host Sue was attentive and unobtrusive - an incredibly lovely person. Highly recommended Cannot fault the place in any aspect

The hairdryer was excellent. Perhaps a larger kettle.

They were very friendly and hospitable. They respected our privacy, and were available for any questions or concerns we had. The accommodation was excellent, spacious, and everything we required was available to us.

The bed was extremely comfortable, towels fluffy, superb chocolate cake and home made bread which we were encouraged to take with us. Perfect. We will return.

• Henry (10/5): This is a perfect B&B with lovely owners and your stay will be a treat. - This is a model B&B. Everything about it was superb, from the welcoming helpful owners, Sue and John, to the beautifully decorated and spacious accommodation and the delicious food. Walls of windows look onto a lovely garden and there are BBQ facilities if needed. The indoor kitchen area is well equipped. Everything you could need for a comfortable and delightful stay is provided - soft couches, a super-comfy large bed and pillows with quality bedlinen, several perfectly placed bedlights (how often is that neglected), games and books. The tasteful blue and white beachy decor includes an array of wonderful quirky lighthouses gathered by the hosts over the years. And the food! When we arrived, at the centre of the table was a scrumptious home-made chocolate and banana cake, and the cooked brekky we opted for was a wonderful hearty send-off, complete with homemade bread (remaining cake and bread went home with us - yum). The whole experience was a treat.
