What really blew us away was their generosity—after a long day of travel with no food, a staff member personally drove my partner to the grocery store so we could grab essentials. That level of care is rare and unforgettable. On top of the incredible service, the place itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. This is hospitality done right. If you’re looking for a place that combines a clean, amazing space with truly exceptional service, this is it. We can’t recommend it enough.

LUIGI (9/5): Indimenticabile - Hotel stupendo nella bellissima isola di Prince Edward nel lago Ontario. Stanza nuova, molto pulita e ben organizzata. Nuovo e pulito anche il bagno, bella grande la doccia. Bel balcone dal quale potrete ammirare un meraviglioso tramonto. La casa è immersa in bel giardino all’italiana, con fontane e statue, tutto molto romantico. La colazione, che viene servita su un bancone nel corridoio in comune con le altre stanze, é semplice ma buona. Ottima esperienza, hotel super consigliato. Il tramonto vi resterà nel cuore. L’isola è bellissima. Non abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere i proprietari. Ci è stato fornito un solo asciugamano, ma nel corridoio in comune con le altre stanze c’erano a disposizione altri asciugamani, quindi problema risolto. Prezzo alto, comunque in linea con i prezzi dell’isola.

elizabeth (10/5): Fantastic from top to bottom - We had a wonderful stay at this charming little B&B. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcome. The room was spotless, really spacious, and tastefully decorated with a Juliette balcony. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the sheets and pillows were amazing. The small fridge was a great touch as we're in wine country. Our group managed to secure all 4 rooms so it felt like our own house! The outside of the property was beautifully maintained with a lovely fountain in the front and a wonderful hot tub and fire pit in the back. They had blankets to keep us warm as we were there on a cold evening. Continental breakfast was superb, coffee, fresh pastries, fruits, juice. They didn't miss a beat. Fresh and super tasty. If you're looking for a perfect location, comfort, character, and exceptional service this place is a true find. We'll absolutely be back and for longer this time. nothing, loved it all.
Denver_Carrington (7/5): Nettes Zimmer - karges Frühstück - - Ruhige Lage - Sauber - Sehr bequemes Kingsize Bett - Parkplatz vor der Tür - Das Frühstück ist ein Witz. Könnte man eher als süßen Snack bezeichnen, der in einem schmalen Flur geholt werden kann - siehe Foto. Das sollte dann auch so in der Beschreibung genannt werden. Auch für kanadische Verhältnisse ist das KEIN Frühstück. - Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt gar nicht. Wir haben gerade die Nächte davor an den Niagarafällen für das gleiche Geld in einer Prachtvilla gewohnt - inklusive opulentem Frühstück. Dagegen ist diese Unterkunft hier vollkommen überteuert. - Im Frühstücks-Flur wird man darauf hingewiesen, dass man hier ständig von zwei Kameras überwacht wird. Das ist eher fragwürdig. Während unseres ganzen Aufenthalts - angefangen vom Self-Check-In per Code bis zum check-out haben wir nicht ein einziges Mal die Gastgeber oder Personal angetroffen. Es funktioniert hier alles komplett anonym und man wird von Kameras überwacht. "Big Brother is watching you."

Shannon (10/5): - We stayed for 2 nights at the end of July. When we arrived the owner came out to greet us and gave us a map and lots of helpful suggestions of places to visit in the area. The room was very thoughtfully designed and constructed; it was beautiful with lots of unique and really cool touches. I loved the half barrel sink (hope to recreate that in my own home one day!). The room has a wine fridge as well. In the hallway with the suites, there is a Keurig machine for coffee and a water cooler. In the morning they put out breakfast pastries and fruit. There are also extra towels here if you need to replace yours. The grounds are well maintained and you have access to a fire pit and hot tub if you are so inclined. The fountain and statues are perfect for taking photos. My only complaint about the property is that there is no shade. A few umbrellas would definitely help and maybe start planting some trees to eventually provide extra shade. It was very hot when we were there and unfortunately couldn't really sit outside during the day because there were no shaded areas. All in all, a beautiful and unique place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone and could stay there again.

We called & he answered , and provided us with a brief overview of places to see, restaurants, and other attractions. Although it was deemed a self checkin.. that was all the service you received. No mention that they would bring you fresh clean towels ( 2 night stay), nor that your bed would be made! Although we were spending over $340 a night! If you didn’t ask, they didn’t offer! The breakfast was what you would receive at a 2 star hotel . Although the croissants, and danishes from Costco were delicious! You were wondering for the $340 per night in a corn field maybe an Italian version of a. Breakfast would be desirable. Keurig cups for coffee, and tea. (Costco). We were there from July 7/25 for 2 nights! The real excitement was the fire alarm going off 2x . The Owner said he doesn’t know why it went off, but I couldn’t get back to sleep the whole night. Yet they gladly took your money in advance! The room was clean, the shower drain clogged! As I said if I wasn’t paying $340 to stay in a corn field. I left as soon as there was daylight! No return of any keys, the guest doors are opened by number sequence! It’s called self-checkout ! Zero Service!

Shawn and Julie are very thoughtful, the room was lovely and the breakfast was delicious, with warm pastries and fresh fruits. The location is ideal for exploring wineries and biking. Everything at Villa di Casa was built and planned to bring a little piece of Italy to PEC. The outdoor of Villa di Casa is so relaxing, with a hot tub to enjoy at the end of day while watching the stars. At arrival we received a warm welcoming with some tips on places to visit. This has to be one of the best places we stayed in.

Le petit déjeuner était un pur délice composé de café, jus, fruits frais et pâtisseries. Le propriétaire Sean, nous à gentiment donné de bonnes informations et suggéré les meilleurs endroits à visiter lors de notre court séjour. On ne pouvait demander mieux.

Diane (10/5): - The place was interesting with the italian touch everywhere; it was impeccable, very quiet, and the bed was comfy. We had a small balcony with the view on the hot tub and the place for the bon fire: two fun things for guests to use if desired. For breakfast we had fruits, juices, coffee and fresh hot pastries waiting for us outside our room. We were able to eat outside since the weather was nice but I would suggest to add a small table in the Bellissima bedroom for when the weather is not cooperating.

Rae (9/5): A very quiet and restful stay after driving from PEI. - Breakfast was very good - lots of variety. A very quiet and peaceful location - terrific for reading or just snoozing in the sun. The location is a bit out of the way but still only three or four K’s to several excellent restaurants. Be careful if driving at night as some of the roads have rather large pot holes.

Agnieszka (9/5): Fantastic stay with beautiful wine experience! - Great location, in close proximity to the top wineries. The villa offered great privacy, with the self-checkin service, limited noise and a peaceful scenery. The room was perfect in size, same for the bathroom. The bed and cushions were perfectly comfortable and even better than at the hotels where we stayed! The breakfast with delicious pastries was a cherry on the top! We liked the breakfast concept and didn’t even mind grabbing our food on the corridor in pijamas. Everyone was respecting the privacy! We truly enjoyed our stay and loved the story about the villa!

Valerie (10/5): Beautiful boutique hotel within easy distance to Wellington - Lovely appointed room with a comfy bed and a wonderful selection of pastries to go with our morning coffee. Shawn came out to greet us, offered to help with our luggage, and provided a number of options for dinner in the area. It was a little awkward going out in the hall in our pajamas to get our morning coffee. Having a coffeemaker in the room would have been ideal.

Yule (9/5): We would come back to this hotel since it did check off all our must haves for exploring PEC - It was well maintained and very clean, the bed very comfortable and the fresh bake goods in the morning were delicious. The location was convenient to the wineries and restaurants. The only thing I was woken a couple times when other guests came down the hall when the light goes on and the wind draft shifted out door..

Sandra (8/5): A great night’s sleep in a quiet, clean, comfortable and well-appointed room. - The room and common hallway were very clean, with coffee, tea and Italian biscuits available in the hallway all the time. The room was lovely, and bed was really very comfortable. It was a little out of the way. We had no contact at all with the owners except for emails before we arrived, and we felt that breakfast was a bit minimal for the price of the room.
Maritza (8/5): - This place is a taste of Italy in miniature! The fountain of Trevi, the Vespa, the many statues, etc all evoke memories of being there. Loved all the Italian touches in the clean, comfortable room. Plenty of things to see and do for a short stay: wineries, dinning and outdoor activities. Thanks Shawn, for the visitor tips! We fulfilled most of them. We were sorry we left without sampling their homemade fudge. Maybe next time!
