Preocupados de cada detalle, desde que llegas te reciben con mucho cariño te hacen sentir en casa...las habitaciones, baños y casa con una decoracion exquisita y de muy buen gusto..acogedora y calida La conversacion entorno a la mesa con el resto de huespedes es genial, todo esto propiciado por los anfitriones, en torno a un delicioso desayuno con toda la variedad que puedas imaginar preparado con mucho cariño por Pilar Esto es acompañado por una vista inigualable donde tienes el volcan en frente y una cantidad de colibries que toman agua..ahi mismo....una verdadera maravilla Mil gracias Pili y Chistian por tanto..esperamos volver pronto

Tão aconchegante que nós faz sentir em casa, certamente voltaremos. Pilar e Cristian são pessoas especiais, foi maravilhoso pode compartilhar alguns dias com eles. Nada! • Scott (10/5): The perfect spot in Puerta Varas - The hosts were incredibly gracious and helpful. Instantly made you feel like family. The location is perfect both for incredible views and driving distance to some of the most spectacular natural places around Puerto Varas. The beds were super comfortable, facilities very modern and breakfasts big enough to not need lunch. If you want a private, tranquol enjoyable spot with incredible views of both the lake and volcano Osorno this IS THE PLACE tp stay. That I had to leave to soon. Would have liked to stay at least one more day. There was nothing about this place I did not like. It was simply terrific.

• Rossimiriam (10/5): Dias de paz! - Quando reservamos a pousada era, obviamente, por causa da linda vista do Osorno, que todo mundo elogiava nos comentários. Entretanto, durante nossa estadia (2 noites, 3 dias) não vimos o Osorno! (sempre encoberto por nuvens). Ainda assim, achamos tudo lindo, a propriedade, os jardins, a vista do lago (mesmo com chuva), o quarto, a decoração. Camas, ducha e roupas de cama super confortáveis. Tudo feito com muito gosto e esmero. Uma música ambiente nas áreas em comum sempre tranquila, um cheiro bom no ar. E claro, como todos dizem, a amabilidade da Pillar e do Cristian, doces, atenciosos e acolhedores todo o tempo. Sempre preocupados se tudo está bem com os "convidados". Duas pessoas realmente do bem. Adoramos os bichos (Teo, Benjamin, Cooper, Sami e Lucy) e passamos dias muito felizes! Tudo é tão perfeito que é difícil achar alguma coisa. Eu particularmente não gosto de sabonete líquido para tomar banho. Tenho certeza que se tivesse pedido um sabonete em barra Pillar teria saído correndo na casa para me providenciar um, mas não tive coragem porque era tudo perfeito demais, ahahaha. Um frigobar no quarto também seria legal, embora a gente pudesse usar o da casa sem problemas!!
• Rafael (10/5): Excepcional - Fomos muito bem recebidos por Pilar e Christian! A casa deles é super completa e confortavel, com uma vista linda para o Osorno. O café da manhã tem muitas opções e sai fresquinho. A cama é super confortável e o quarto é bem limpo e cheiroso. Não tivemos nenhuma dificuldade para encontrar o local, e é estratégico pois pega o sentido oposto ao engarrafamento de quem vai fazer passeios pela região da ensenada e se hospeda em puerto varas. O casal é solícito e muito comunicativo, foi um prazer conhecer mais de sua cultura e vivências, bem como pegar dicas sobre passeios e restaurantes! Recomendamos muito.
• Guillermo (10/5): Everything was great!! - We spent 3 nights, liked everything, beyond expectations, the place is exactly as in the pictures, nice view, clean, quiet, the atmosphere is like being at home. The hosts Pilar and Cristian are super friendly, always there for you. Breakfast is amazing, they took care of my wife’s specific gluten free request. Location wise, right in the way to tourist attractions.
• Marie (10/5): - You really need a car to get to this location, but when we weren’t able to rent one, the owners kindly helped us out. It’s also possible to come by minibus. The breakfasts are excellent and the whole place feels very comfortable. A truly lovely stay!

• Pascale (10/5): 2 nights in front of the Osorno with the hummingbirds - Everything. It was just perfect. Pilar and her husband are so kind. You feel like being at friends' place and they have very good recommendations. The view on the volcano is just magic. The breakfast is homemade and delicious and accompanied by the little hummingbirds. Restaurants in the neighbourhood for the diner (accessible by car within a few minutes). I would highly recommend to consider this calm and peaceful place iso Puerto Varas if you have a car. -
• Lori (10/5): Best part of our trip to Chile! - In our six week adventure trip in Chile, the two nights we spent with Christo and Pili were the #1 highlight. When we arrived and Pili showed us around, I gasped at the views from the giant windows and private decks out into their garden with the lake and volcano visible. The garden was spectacular and attracted hummingbirds to the kitchen window, which we watched while eating a delicious breakfast. Pili and Christo were incredible hosts. When I mentioned that we were on our way to the Carretera Austral, Pili created a full itinerary for me, including travel times and recommended hotels - amazing!! We would love to come back to Chile soon and spend more time at this place of paradise. I didn’t like leaving…
• Dan (10/5): Wonderful and amazing place - It was a wonderful experience staying in Quetrihue, feeling at home with a really beautiful view and amazing hosts. Pilar and Cristian are not only kind persons but also like you to enjoy every detail of your vacations, giving you great insight of where to go and how to get the most of Ensenada, Puerto Varas and around. Rooms and the entire house is clean, beautiful, with a lot of space and shining deco. The breakfast was amazing, nothing missing on that table in the morning for you to start your day. No doubt it is the best place to stay in the entire Puerto Varas. We like it so much that we are already planning to go back.
• Jennifer (10/5): Beautiful and restful place with gorgeous views and wonderful hosts! - This is a beautiful property away from the busy-ness of Puerto Verde and near Ensenada. The couple that owns the property are very kind and generous with their time. They have a beautiful home and this is a room in their home. This is a bed-and-breakfast. The views from the property are gorgeous and it is very clean and comfortable. When I booked this, I did not realize that I would be in some people’s home and sharing a kitchen. The room is in a separate wing, so it is pretty private. Just be aware that you are in someone’s home.

• Maya (10/5): A little slice of heaven - Without a doubt one of, if not the, best places we have ever stayed at. The home is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, like something out of a magazine, with amazing views out to the volcano. Everything has been thought of to make you really feel like you’re at home (and the whole house smells AMAZING, don’t know how they do it!!). Breakfast is fantastic, and we were a bit worried about not having a car, but you can hail the bus from right outside the house and easily get to lots of places. But the absolute best thing about this place is Cristian and Pilar. They don’t feel like hosts but friends, and nothing is too much trouble to ensure you have a great stay. Come here, you will not regret it- we didn’t want to leave!
• Stav (10/5): Amazing - We stayed in Quetrihue for out first night in Chile and it was the perfect stay. The place is beautiful, clean and cozy. In addition, the hosts are super nice and welcoming! They offered exceptional hosting and even helped us organize the rest of our trip in the Carretera Austral. If we will ever be back in the area we would definitely stay in Quetrihue again. • Eileen (10/5): Wonderful place and hosts - We loved this place! Beautiful comfortable room, fantastic view, incredible breakfast. And the hosts are just incredible people! It was just delightful to visit with them over breakfast. They gave us great recommendations. We have been in Chile for over a month and this is my favorite stay! Nothing. Everything was great.

• Tim (9/5): Superb - Pili and Christian shared their wonderful home with us and let us felt very welcome. The room was very comfortable with a cozy bed and a nice terrace. The breakfast was amazing, Pili did everything for us to have a delicious morning. At one morning we had to get up at 4am because of the volcano-trekking and we got a lovely Lunchpaket - awesome! But at the room and the terrace we had absolutely privacy - so it’s not to much familiar- very good dose. The place is very close to good restaurant and other activities like rafting. But of course you need a car. And from some parts of the garden and from the kitchen we had an amazing view of the Osorno - loved that view The property is close to a big road, not to close, but of course if you sit on the terrace or garden we heard the noise from the road very clear. But the windows are very good soundproof- so no problem with noise in the room and during night with close window - but we are very sensitive to noise.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Don't miss out on this place - it's heaven - One review read, "Stop stalling and just book this" and I'm really happy I took that advice. I urge you to do the same - this place is a slice of heaven. The home Pilar and Cristian have created is perfection - so many details! Every time I thought, I wonder if they have... XYZ and it would be there (cup for toothbrush, luggage rack, individual seating on porch, plugs near bed, shampoo and conditioner). The beds are magical, the views are amazing, the conversation with Pilar and Cristian over breakfast is interesting, and there are dogs and cats on property! The location is perfectly placed between all the volcanic tourist attractions/hiking and Puerto Varas. Pilar and Cristian make you feel so at home and taken care of - I wish I could have stayed for another week. I've already sent another friend to stay there this week! NA! A perfect stay!

• Deepti (9/5): Very relaxed stay, and a lovely couple who own the property and look after you really well. - It is a beautiful property set over acres of lush green land, overlooking the lake and the Osorno volcano. The breakfast is delicious and beds are comfortable. The distance to any where to maybe walk for a coffee or dinner or anytime you are peckish. Closest is a 10-15 minute drive. Even though I knew that and I did have a rented car I like to still have that option.

The owners Christian and Pyla made me feel so comfortable in their beautiful home which was constructed with every detail in mind and filled with special energy and love. My room and bathroom were gorgeous with views of the lake. The bedding and towels rivaled any 5-star hotel! The furnishings are carefully curated and extraordinary. The breakfast was lovingly prepared and presented. Amazing! Nothing!

They treated you like their own child, preparing everything for you. Everything is hand-made! The view is incredible in the garden as you can see the sunset of the volcano! The bed is comfortable and the shower is super super great! Highly recommend!!

It's highly recommended to rent a car (e.g. at Puerto Montt airport) to visit the surroundings (e.g. lakes, Osorno volcano, green lagoon). Nothing!
