Angie (7/5): Nice stay at a nice place in a very good location. - the location was great. the house is very beautiful as well. I wasn´t expecting it to be more like an adult-hostel rather than a hotel. It is ok though, but I would have liked that to be more clear in the place's description.

Jiří (7/5): - It seems on the pictures it was renovated, but don't know how long ago as bathroom was quite worn. The room was very basic, ok for two nights but for longer stay would suggest something more comfortable. Location was good, close to the center.

Alejandra (10/5): Superó mis expectativas - Muy limpio, impecable! La infraestructura hermosa (es más lindo que las fotos publicadas). Los detalles como comodidades paral baño y lo bien equipada de la cocina.. La habitación donde nos hospedamos tenía segundo piso y ahí no había aire acondocionado. Estuvimos en febrero y el calor era fuerte. También sugiero cambiar las persianas de las buardillas para así oscurecer mejor el segundo piso.

Do facto do quarto ser muito pouco acolhedor e a casa de banho também o edifício é extraordinário.

V (10/5): Excellent place to stay in Puerto Varas - This was a great stay! The location was super close to everything. The room was very clean and the bathroom was great, with constant hot water. It was nice having a kitchen to prep food if we wanted to. The internet worked well & streaming services on the TV were a nice plus! Highly recommended! Nothing comes to mind.

Alexey (10/5): Very stylish and comfortable boutique hotel - One of the best options to stay during our trip in Los Lagos: a carefully restored mansion with spacious and tastefully decorated rooms. Very smooth check-in through instructions provided via WhatsApp. Ample communal space on the first floor and a common-use kitchen. There is no elevator, so luggage should be lifted to the second floor through a staircase. The private parking lot has very limited capacity and the parking outside on the street is not guaranteed. The location is a little bit out of the town center (but this also provides certain privacy to the location) and the walk back is uphill. But all of this are really minor points.

Loved the honour bar system and code-lock entry, which made our stay virtually contactless, but we still felt very welcomed by Carla who was in communication thru WhatsApp and available to take a photo of us as we loaded up our touring bikes to depart. Sophie (10/5): Amazing amazing amazing, stay here for your trip to Puerto Varas - Location was great, walk into town within 5/10 minutes and it is on a quiet street so got a really good nights rest. The house is absolutely beautiful, spacious, and well decorated, A/C / heating throughout the whole place which is effective. The kitchen is nice and clean with all essential utensils. Nescafé coffee machine with the pods available for purchase which was a great touch. Rooms are nice and bright, beds comfortable and bathroom facilities are fantastic. Owners reply to messages quick if you need help. Self check in system was a brilliant touch too!

Carla was super responsive as well and provided details for self check-in before our stay. Ideal for couples traveling. Definitely recommend!

Carolina (10/5): Excellent choice close to the center of the city. Nice, clean, quiet, comfy - Close to many restaurants but in a quiet place. Central location and easy access. Rooms are simple but super comfortable and the owner is very easy to reach and answers almost inmediately. The price is super convenient for what you get. Yo can also use the kitchen and keep things in the refrigerator. There are common areas for relaxing but also to work. I missed swetener for my coffee and maybe some salty snacks to buy, there were only sweet ones. Maybe some nuts would do. The rest is super good.

The location is fantastic ans eventhough it is close to everything, it is a quiet spot. There are common areas, which I haven't used, but look cozy and equipped for resting or working nothing

Staff was very kind and helpful, needed to communicate by google translated,,very easy with good will of the staff. Freedom to go in and out, to use the kitchen. They let us check-in before 15. They need to fix the shower cabin,the floor is tilted so some water stays in the bottom. Minor thing.

The house is so beautiful, with the option to make your own coffee for breakfast. Clean and neat , beautiful furniture and so delightful to stay. Carla was a great host and super helpful! She was there whenever we needed her. Nothing at all.

You can use the kitchen and store food in the refrigerator if you want to. Very easy to acces to the hotel and the room with the code they send you before arrival. Acforeroj (10/5): Exceptional - The self check-in is easy. Carla provides you support by giving you an access code to the house and the room. Bruno, the owner is very kind and helpful. Room is large and clean. Although breakfast is not available, there is coffee and snack available for a fair price.
Amelia (10/5): Charming, lovely, quiet place to stay close to amazing restaurants and waterfront views - This is SUCH a lovely place to stay! Large rooms are located in a gorgeous historic house--think creaking wood floors and large windows overlooking a charming neighborhood bursting with flowers. Easy walking distance to some of the best restaurants and bars we enjoyed in Patagonia, as well as an easy walk to a scenic waterfront with views of nearby volcanoes. The large room was so clean, very nicely decorated, with an extremely comfortable bed, had fast Wifi, and a large modern bathroom, along with new AC units in the room. We booked it last minute so the owner's son (Constantine?) helped us check in since she was out. He was the absolute sweetest and nicest to us, and was proud to practice his English with us. The house is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, and we wish we could have stayed longer! You will LOVE it. Nothing! Just be aware that you are staying in rooms inside of a house, so you'll want to be mindful not to be too loud for nearby room neighbors. We didn't hear anyone else though, and it felt very private. When we left and came back to the house multiple times, it was easy to use the code to enter and we didn't run into anyone else, which gave it a very private feel.

David (8/5): Very good - The place is comfortable, with a large room and bathroom. There is a spacious sitting room. We relaxed there while waiting to catch our bus to Santiago after checking out. There is a spacious dining room. There is a sensible system of marking containers with room number in the fridge. The kitchen has one of those cartridge-type coffee makers and there's a selection of coffee cartridges and money box for the 1000 pesos per. It's in a quiet street, only a short walk from the centre of town: eateries, bakery, supermarket, lake front, excursion buses etc. The WiFi worked fine.

Common space in the building for sitting around as well as access to shared kitchen. Very nice building with helpful staff and owner. Really appreciated the owner finding out some airport information for us when we left. Easy access with keypad entry. Short walk to the centre of Puerto Varas in a quiet area. No complaints!

Marcel (10/5): Comfortable rooms for a fair price - Nice room with a super comfy bed. Everything was clean. The TV included Netflix, which can be a plus on rainy days. Although we hardly know any Spanish, the staff was super patient and helpful. They also ordered a taxi to the airport for us, as we had to leave pretty early in the morning. Unfortunately they don't serve breakfast, but there is a big fridge and the kitchen is well-equipped.
