Melanie (10/5): We would love to come back and stay again. - The apartment was great. It was a good size and had an excellently stocked kitchen. The staff were lovely and the location was good - just a short walk to the ski bus. The property is on a hill which might be hard for some guests but we don’t mind as the walk up and down warmed our legs up. Our beds and sofa bed were all very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and modern. We loved everything about the apartment so it is hard to find something we didn’t like. The wardrobe door was a bit of a pain as it was a sliding door so would bang a lot. We were concerned this might annoy another guests.

Jpm (8/5): Very good - Great apartment, very friendly staff, a lot of facilities (sauna, ski basement, hotel restaurant), possibility to buy the skipas at the reception, plenty of apres ski-bars in the neighborhood. The accommodation is on a hill and the busstop beneath it, so you get your warming-up and cooling-down anyway.

Lucy (9/5): This was our third visit to this hotel, we really like the quiet scenic location, atmosphere and the rooms /apartmen - Cosy, warm and comfortable wood-lined apartment with two balconies, one just perfect for watching the sun go down! Solid traditional wooden furniture, wood-fired oven, new shower, kitchenette with microwave/oven combo. Friendly family-run property with great busy restaurant specialising in game. Away from the very busy main road and just up the hill on a quieter road, overlooking the church. Morning ski bus leaves from around the corner

Helen (9/5): Great apartment . Superb location. Helpful and friendly host . 2 minutes walk to centre of Kirchberg - Location is excellent . Elizabeth was very helpful and welcoming. Large (4 bedroom apartment ) living space, immaculate and warm with plentiful hot water . Kitchen had everything we needed, it has a full oven and hob. All great , nothing negative at all . Loved it ! Not an issue but the 4 bedrooms don’t have separate access. The bedrooms are in pairs , and share the ‘ en-suite ‘ in each double bedroom. Worked great for us but just for info .

Tavish (8/5): Great location, nice facilities. - Apartment itself was gorgeous. Beautiful and clean facilities. Location is perfect with a ski bus basically next door. Easy walk into town and to the train. Near some restaurants and bars and rental shops. Check in was difficult with no one attending the desk. Was told I didn't have a reservation when I had to point to their paper to show them that my name was on there and me arriving at the stated time on the reservation. They did not provide any cleaning supplies/door mat to prevent tracking dirt/information on the town or whether we could use a local's pass which is advertised as part of the package/any information on where to leave refuse/recyclables. Room was listed as having two bathrooms and it only had one.
