- Jonathan (5/5): Customers - The facilities were good. The kitchen was reasonably equipped. The apartment was very clean. The layout of the apartment was good. Much of customer interfaces have been automated. Perhaps as a consequence when you have to speak to staff they consider you a distraction. My husband left his pajamas in a room and when we asked about them senior staff treated us as if we were being difficult. They never got back to us. Junior staff were more helpful. The manner and tone in which you help a customer is as important as the resolution. I found the Managerial staff were impolite and abrupt. When you are paying for a service you expect to be spoken to with civility and respect. Or is that non-whites are treated differently?

- Anna (3/5): Out ‘deluxe apartment’ turned out to be a studio (bed, kitchen and dining area all in the same L-shape) and staff were n - It is conveniently close to the motorway for those who don’t have the time to explore Bern. The fact that they call ‘a deluxe apartment’ what is actually a studio (only the bathroom was a separate space). The fact that no one answered the emergency phone line although they claim that they can always be reached on it. The fact that there is no staff at reception after 8pm although this is a huge facility where bus loads of people arrive and leave at the same time. Also, the piping under the sink was disconnected and the water was pouring straight into the cupboard underneath and we had to fix it ourselves given that no staff were available in the evening (we called repeatedly the ‘emergency’ phone line between 9 and 10 pm).

- Angela (9/5): Excellent accommodation. Having a kitchenette made a real difference to our budget!!! - Breakfast not provided, but we were able to prepare our own in the kitchenette. Despite not being in the city centre, the location was great. Bus stop directly outside hotel. About 10 minute bus ride into the city, which was free with Bern Mobil pass! Aldi just round the corner. A lot of building work going on, but didn’t bother us, apart from the view out of our window … of scaffolding.

Nelle immediate vicinanze un comodo supermercato e molti altri servizi Comodissima autorimessa per lasciare in tutta sicurezza la moto Nelle stanze vi è anche la TV con canali di molte nazionalità

You could have advised that the exhaust should be turned on, the heat may still remain after cooking (H sign on the device), so be careful, etc.

- LUCA (10/5): - Il residence è molto comodo come posizione per parcheggiare la macchina e per andare in centro usando i mezzi pubblici per i quali la struttura fornisce il biglietto gratis. Il residence è nuovo e l'appartamento è pulito e arredato molto bene. Alle finestre ci sono le tapparelle così che la mattina non entra la luce del giorno all'alba come di solito succede. - SERGE (8/5): Agréable séjour dans une capitale - Pas de petit déjeuner puisqu'appart'hôtel et c'est ce que nous voulions, l'indépendance dans tous les domaines sans contrainte horaire Hôtel bien situé au calme et à proximité des transports en commun pour se rendre en centre ville La décor de la photo de la chambre sur notre réservation ne correspondait pas à celle qui nous a été attribuée beaucoup plus contemporaine avec des murs en béton peints mais cela nous convenait aussi car confortable et minimaliste

- José (7/5): À revoir - L’emplacement, le Personnel Ce n’est pas la Première fois que je paye pour une chambre sur cour et on me cantonne au bout du bâtiment (fond du couloir) où les chambres sont moins bien équipées et avec vue sur un chantier et voie ferrée
- kristinebeirens (9/5): - Heel ruime en propere hotelkamer, dagelijks onderhoud van de kamer. Goed gelegen, vlakbij bushalte naar centrum Bern. Geen personeel aanwezig om in en uit te checken, alles digitaal. Ook geen uitzicht, de omgeving is een bouwwerk.

- Clara-Victoria (8/5): Agréable séjour - Chambre propre, spacieuse, bâtiment moderne et très bien insonorisé malgré la présence de la route à proximité et des travaux en cours ! Un peu loin du centre ville, heureusement nous avions une voiture. La ville reste accessible avec les nombreuses options de transport à proximité (bus, tram, etc).

- novellino (9/5): - camera pulita e piena di comfort extra, struttura nuova e facile da raggiungere! durante il self check in la postazione inizialmente non ci faceva associare la key fisica alla nostra camera. dopo qualche tentativo è andato a buon fine, ma solo perchè ci ha aiutato un ospite che era già lì. l'altro difetto è che nel bagno cieco con c'era ricircolo d'aria e non è molto piacevole!

- Valentine Michelle (10/5): Rapport qualité prix parfait - Le check in autonome, la propreté et qualité de la chambre. Parking à disposition. Rapport qualité prix de la chaîne Los Lorentes juste incroyable ! L’emplacement est un peu loin du centre de Berne et dans un quartier très industriel.
- Petra (9/5): Great place to stay in Bern - The building is clean and well maintained and easily accessible from Bern centre. The facilities are super- you have everything you need in the apartment and the communal areas, including the roof terrace, are a welcome addition. A real bonus is the Bern ticket which gives you free travel around Bern and even on the Gürten funicular. The staff were helpful and readily available. There was a huge new build going up opposite our room, and although the builders were the quietest bunch, there was inevitably some noise.
