- Milène (7/5): Good location - Great location, in front of a big mall. 10 minutes walk to the Faria Lima station. Gym is nice. Washers are 8.50 BRL per use, you need to download an app to access them. The apartment I was in had lots of kitchen appliances: mixers, kettle, lots of pans, very useful. The building makes it look like it's super modern with the facial recognition everywhere... But it's not the case anymore, as I was told by the building management. Every time you want to enter the building or access any facilities (gym, pool, coworking, washers, etc), you have to "ring" the office for them to open the door every single time. It's kind of annoying. why not just change to a code? or use the facial recognition feature? The elevator system is one of a kind and a big issue: every time you call an elevator, all of them "activate", instead of optimizing the system. If many people call the elevators at the same time, all the elevators will stop at every floor they were called, even if a person went into another elevator already. I don't know, I never seen this with any elevator before, it's like it's missing the basic programming system of elevator optimisation. The water in the shower was not cold but it was never truly warm either. The windows in the living room have thin openings to the sides so it's not fully closed to the outside: noise and cold wind enter.
- Maria Esther (10/5): Excelente localização - Muito bem localizada, a cozinha com serviço de louça, grill, microondas, cafeteira. Deixaram café e açúcar de cortesia. Fogão elétrico. Cama excelente, com edredon e toalhas, e toilete com sabonetes, shampoos. Como um hotel, com mais a facilidade de fazer o café da manhã no quarto. Em frente ao shopping Eldorado, onde há um excelente Carrefour.
