- JAVIER (8/5): Estancia regular - La ubicacion es excelente. No habia blower en mi cuarto en todos los hoteles hay para secarse el cabello. Adicional el segundo dia se acabaron los cuchillos en el desayuno y cuando pedi un cuchillo la respuesa fue no han traido use una cuchara para untar el queso. No pude llegar a las 11:00 p.m. del 29 de abril, llegue el 30 de abril a las 11:00 a.m. llame para decir que el vuelo lo retrasaron 8 horas y me hicieron el cargo por No-show cosa que no me parece si yo avise tenia mi noche paga solo que llegue a la mañana siguiente.

Llame para decir que en lugar de llega a las 11:00 pm llegaría 11:00 am del día siguiente y me hicieron un cargo adicional que nunca entendí por que?

- Aurea (4/5): The cleaning was very disappointing. - The location is great, and the room is comfortable. Our room was not cleaned for our arrival. The bed was made, but the sheets had been used. There was hair on the sheets and on the bath towels. The shower had stains, and the carpet was dirty, I’m not sure if it was even vacuumed. We have a baby who crawls, and this was very disappointing. They didn’t have another room like ours available, so we had to ask for clean sheets and make our own bed. The manager told us he would give us 10 points on our membership, but I haven’t seen them.

The bed is very good and I liked the cleanliness and the bathroom didn’t have a bathtub that was perfect, very good shower! And I also really liked having a refrigerator and microwave in the room, because I always take my lunch boxes and that helped me a lot!

- Inez (7/5): Clean and Top notch customer service . - The location and the staff The television in my room didn’t work and was reported to staff within one hour of after we checked in. The staff advised he would get someone to come and look at it. We returned to our room 12 midnight to the television not working. I called the front desk a second time a young lady answered she did everything to correct the situation excellent customer service. She called the cable provider several times to reset that failed she offered to change our room but I was tired and changed it the next morning. A different member of staff was assisting us but she knew everything that was going on and completed the room change and upgrade with excellent customer service. The breakfast was 6/10 it was clean with a nice presentation but very limited. Top notch customer service and cleanliness

- Georgi (7/5): Ok - It was clean and well maintained. I booked a room different to what I got only to not receive it so it was disappointing. So would not choose them again likely. Also they did not release my deposit after I left they only did when I chased them early March without getting back to me and then a week or two later I was refunded the money bear in mind that this was 1 month after where I should have revived my deposit the next week I left.

For the price of this hotel is unacceptable. The infused water was great and coffee and tea were great. Hotel was clean and in great location near to mall and interstate. Room was nice, comfortable and clean. Walls were thin and could hear cell phones ringing in other rooms and toilet flushes. Not running out of waffle batter 1.5 hours before breakfast is over.

- nordberg23 (9/5): Empfehlenswertes Hotel zur Durchreise bzw. um die Parks zu besuchen - Die Nähe zu den Parks war gut. Personal sehr freundlich. Plastikbesteck sowie Pappteller und -becher beim Frühstück (das scheint aber in den USA bei Hotels dieser Kategorie normal zu sein).
