• Luis (4/5): HORRÍVEL - A localização é o único bom desse lugar, sinceramente não indicaria para ninguém ficar aí. Ao vc chegar não tem ninguém na recepção para te orientar de NADA, você precisa descobrir sozinho como funciona TUDO pq quando pergunta para os responsáveis te respondem que veja com a recepção, qual recepção?? Quando vc consegue entrar o cheiro é de quarto velho que ficou trancado a anos, nada parece bem limpo, tudo velho, sujo, e com grude de gordura, não dá vontade de tocar em nada, mas essa não é a pior parte.. A CAMA NÃO SERVE PARA NADA, você pode sentir cada uma das molas do colchão, não é confortável, eu acordei cada dia com dor nas costas, simplesmente preferia dormir no chão. O quarto tem ambiente como de motel, as máquinas de lavar do prédio até estavam sujas (pretas literalmente por dentro) para lavar as roupas, condôminos questionando sobre o prédio e sem ninguém para apoiar em nada. Área pet nem luz tinha. Sinceramente das piores acomodações que já fiquei e, com certeza nunca mais voltarei.
• Morais (1/5): Pior experiência com estadia da minha vida. - De nada. Como entre em contato com vocês previamente sobre a localização da acomodação, conversei com a Booking e a mesma me retornou que não chegou a um acordo com vocês. Mesmo assim, tentei ficar na acomodação, mesmo com todas as adversidades, no entanto quando cheguei no apartamento, só consegui ficar por uma noite, pois o mesmo é inabitável. Muito sujo (inúmeros pêlos na esponja da pia), as cortinas com muitos fungos, mobília empoeirada e mal cuidada, travesseiro amarelado e sujo, armário do banheiro sujo e com restos de sabonete, odor ruim, cama desconfortável, não possuía secador (como anunciado no app), ventilador quebrado (impossível dormir no calor e com muitos mosquitos), além da mobília ser velha e necessitar de reparos. Infelizmente, minha curta experiência foi péssima. E ainda na devolveram meu dinheiro.

• Juan (1/5): Bad communication - I tried to contact the company because I wanted to get in the building and it was not possible with my luggage inside. I had to pay other stay for hours while waiting a response The property was not clean enough and most importantly I could not enter and get my stuff
• Moses (7/5): Good - Modern apartment with a good location. Staff was unresponsive after booking. The internet was inconsistent.
• Degtyaryova (9/5): Superb - Comfortable apartment at perfect location: green line is in 5 minutes walk, Batman wall in 15 minutes walk. The area is super quiet at night and safe in general with many hipster restaurants and art shops. The only problem was poor communication with management: they didn't reply to me, and my question about luggage was answered when I already checked out 😁 So there's no space to leave your luggage after the checkout process.

• Daley (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE . - I would not recommend. The apartment was dirty upon arrival, the owners clothes and belongings were all over, the bathroom was dirty, the bed was broken. I checked out of the apartment after spending 2 hours inside same day. I didn’t feel comfortable, didn’t feel clean. There’s no AC. Looks like the pictures tho, but just a little more dirty. I messaged the property owner letting them know my situation and that I’ve checked out early. I’ve also taken photos and reported it to booking.com, I would stay away from this property and pay that extra $10 or $20 and stay somewhere else. As far as the neighborhood, Pinheiros I love. I always stay in this neighborhood every time I come to SP, it’s safe, with a lot great restaurants. Save yourself, no do not stay at this property.
