Insulation between room is not good, you can hear neighbors talking so at night it’s a too noisy. The face recognition is great and the online checkin is good but the whole booking process outside of booking.com is cumbersome because everything is made for brazilians and not for foreigners (a cpf is always need and any foreigner does not have one)

Francisco (7/5): You need to solve the smell problem to have a must stay facility. - Good location, good facilities, quiet environment. Safety measures are above the average. Good restaurants (at least one Italian and one Argentine, that we tried) and coffee shops (a traditional Portuguese bakery and a cat lover coffee shop, among others) are nearby. The huge sewer smell in the bathroom was impossible to ignore, given the apartment's small size. This is unacceptable for public health reasons. We were forced to sleep with the windows open and to go to the bathroom, covering our noses.

Eric (1/5): One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had - Location. But there are better options in the same street. Walls are paper thin. Multiple rooms blasted sound well past midnight. Doors into the hotel proper don’t work (faulty facial recognition). I had to switch rooms because the oven on the assigned room was shattered. Faulty lighting. Since there is no front desk, even simple operations can take hours on the online chat. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. It might seem cheap, but there are better options for just 20 to 30 BRL a night.

Natália (8/5): Bem Localizado e Seguro - O local é ótimo, com padaria, bar, restaurante e supermercado perto. O studio bem mobiliado e decorado, a entrada sem problemas. Apenas 2 pontos foram ruins na estadia: o banheiro tem um cheirinho insistente de esgoto (ficamos o tempo todo com o exaustor ligado para não espalhar pelo quarto) e o alarme de incêndio disparou por erro do sistema na madrugada do domingo para a segunda, tivemos que descer 14 andares de escada e aguardar regularizar (demorou 2h).

The facial recognition to enter the building and all facilities is cool if it works (but otherwise can be quite painful especially if you don’t speak Portuguese). No reception, nor real contact with someone, only a lengthy automatic support that is not very useful. Basic level of cleaning (but quality bed linens). The shower clogged every time during use after 3 minutes with all water flooding in the entire bathroom. As there was not someone to talk to, the issue was not fixed. No luggage store, nor flexibility when check in or out (If the time works for you then it’s not a problem but otherwise a bit tricky).

Joely (9/5): Perfect for a visit to São Paulo - It was perfect for a short stay in São Paulo, had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean. In a great area as well with bars and restaurants, felt really safe and the staff kindly let us check in early at no extra charge. The pool and the gym were also great. The only bad part was that the shower flooded the bathroom quite easily and the drains did not smell great but we just left the extractor fan on and it would sort it out/it didn’t make the room smell which was nice but maybe something that needs to be addressed.

I saw both at the ground floor as on the 17th floor the cleaning staff relaxed scrolling on their phone while not delivering the rooms in time. That is just a shameful behaviour unfortunately. And the room really wasn’t clean unfortunately. It was cleaned super quick just “to deliver”.
Rick (6/5): - Property is great!! but their check in and communication is awful. Their system only works if you have WhatsApp and they respond really slow- then you get a message to go to website to check in, and when that works you can enter the building. The property is so great but their attempt to have no personal interface with you at the building wasted a lot of time and caused a lot of frustration.

It is safe comparing the rest of São Paulo and in the top of the building there is a gym and the pool, which is like a additional things to love it about thing it was clean generally I like it. the thing when you’re trying to contact with them, they sending you endless WhatsApp message, which is mostly in Portuguese then they ask you to switch in in English. It takes forever to really get in touch with someone in real if you have any concern any question to reach those people out really hard to reach them out

Juliette (5/5): Central, great location but just fine on the actual place. - The room was compact and had everything I could need. Very cute and well designed. It was nice having a kitchen and a place to cook. Perfect to just leave your stuff in the room and explore the area all day and night! There is no concierge which is fine, but when the buildings fire alarm went off at 1am and no one came to turn it off or check to see what happened for over an hour I did wish we just stayed in a hotel. No fire luckily, but when I talked to another guest he said it was the third time the fire alarms had gone off because some guest was smoking in the building. The sheets weren’t actually cleaned either. There were just two flat sheets around a comforter which was stained. Bed was very comfy though. There is no laundry at this location even though they said there was. It was still being built when we were there.

Michael (1/5): Worst experience staying at a hotel/ apartment in 5 LatAm countries over 4 years. - It’s cost and that it’s new. The organization at this place is the worst that I have encountered in at least 4 years of traveling through LatAm. In an attempt to automate everything they insist that you use a WhatsApp contact to schedule cleaning. However, the process becomes interrupted when they send someone to your room to speak in person about scheduling cleaning and then they simply fail to arrange it. The promises made in Brazil are often of little value but at this place they are completely worthless. I have paid 4 cleaning fees so far and had my room cleaned twice in 3 weeks. They’re full of excuses and reasons why they are unable to organize and arrange someone to clean your room. To date they have billed me for 2 cleaning fees without providing the service and have essentially stolen that money. Towels pile up, toilet paper becomes scarce and even the treat of taking legal action to be reimbursed for funds taken is incomprehensible to the staff here. Also the fire alarm frequently goes off because the sensors in the rooms are located next to the shower. Poor design. So the building has been evacuated 3 times in as many weeks.

Fabiana (8/5): A good stay - It is a new building with comfortable mattress, gym, fast lift and great location! The bathroom is a bit small, the sink is outside of bathroom!!! I arrived at 08:30 pm and check in was resolved exclusively online, but I took a lot of selfies sometimes seriously other smile, because of system asked me, it wasn't adequately working. The room acoustics is terrible, i listened people talking in others rooms.

Helen (10/5): Exceptional - This was a real find. Modern, clean and well appointed rooms with a small kitchenette. Great value for money in the heart of trendy pinheiros. There are plenty of lovely bars and cafes to choose from. Great gym and small but lovely pool on a rooftop with a great view of the city. Auto check in at the venue worked well. The bathroom was very small.Fine but a bit of a jiggle with the door to get into the shower. You have to send your docs and photo in advance via the app so you can get registered for the auto door entry. This is fine but the app didn't work properly and then I only received the log in details for one of the two rooms booked. (You recieve this info at 3pm on the day of check in). The whatsapp help chat sorted it but it took an hour. Fortunately, we were on long bus ride and so had the time to spare.

The walls are paper thin and well you hear everything from other rooms. Don't know for sure but the oldest profession in the world most likely takes place.

The place os totally digital service, so sometimes the code work, soemtimes dont work, and you stay on the street, trying to talk whith someone from charlie, what is impossible! Don’t recomend, will never stay again!
Garcia (7/5): Good place but they need to do something with the smell - The apartment was nice and just like the pictures which was the perfect size for what I needed. The facilities in the building are really good as well. There is an awful constant sewage smell coming from the bathroom that wouldn't go away. They sent the housekeepers twice but it remained I couldn't even properly sleep at night. I asked to be moved to another room but they said they had no availability even if I could clearly see they did on Booking.com.

Muriel (8/5): Very good - Very new apartments. Full automated entry system with face recognition. Clean spacious room. Smart TV. Beautiful pool on the roof floor. Bakery just down the streets where we had breakfast. Nice location in a safe neighbourhood. The explanation for the registration of the face recognition could be more clear. We did something wrong, but they were very helpful to find a solution. Pool is beautiful but water very cold!
Rupert (7/5): Good - Simply put it's a cool apartment although there's a few things that bothered me. Immaculate, nice and very cosy WiFi very fast.... Shower SMALL but very powerful and HOT! Netflix you have to pay for (19 real) Youtube was for free........ Swimming pool a really nice touch Access to a superb gym on the roof. You don't even get 24 hours in the apartment which is somewhat a pain especially when you're wanting to use the pool, gymnasium or entertain a friend. * Check in at 15:00 and checkout at 11am * Important information: Before they issue you the apartment details you MUST upload your passport including ID number in addition you MUST upload your photograph this is assigned to the entry procedure through the main door. Disclaimer: I don't know whether they keep all this personal information when you leave and remember they could in theory sell this to a criminal organization so I wasn't happy.. Recap: They have your payment details complete with your photo ID and ALL your passport details. This much information is potentially a breach of your "Data protection rights " Sadly I wouldn't stay here again although the apartment is very Nice!....
