- Eduardo (8/5): - Bem localizado, o apartamento é um quarto e sala de bom tamanho e bem equipado, a garagem do prédio é ótima e com manobrista, sem custo adicional. Tem um Mercado ao lado do prédio. Não é um apart hotel, não tem nenhum tipo de serviço de hotelaria. Tem um heliporto ao lado que pode fazer muito barulho e o isolamento acústico não é muito bom.
