- Manuella (8/5): Correu tudo bem. - Tudo bem limpinho e organizado quando chegamos. Roupa de cama e toalhas limpas. Cama confortável. Ar condicionado gela bem. Wi-fi funcionou perfeitamente também. O único ponto a desejar foi em relação ao banheiro. Cheiro de retorno muito forte, causando um odor muito desagradável no ambiente. Poderiam colocar um ralo com tampa abre/fecha para evitar que o cheiro saísse. O box também vazava água do banho, então o banheiro ficou ensopado e não tinha pano para secar. O vaso sanitário também estava vazando água por baixo sempre que usávamos.

Ventilador estava muito sujo, pedi para trocar e enviaram um pior, pedi o outro de volta que chegou um pouco mais limpo. Só disponibilizaram um copo, quebrei sem querer e pedi para trocar, terminou minha hospedagem e não recebi um outro copo.

- Barbosa da Silva (10/5): - O lugar é confortável e calmo, silencioso, ótimo pra relaxar tranquilamente, o check-in automático é maravilhoso. Não é que não gostei, é mais uma sujestão. Acho que poderia deixar os equipamentos para limpeza por exemplo vassoura rodo e pá dentro do estúdio para facilitar na hora de limpar e para que nós hóspedes possamos desocupar tranquilamente e seria mais fácil

- Marcella (8/5): - Tranquilo sem barulho, a rua é tranquila também e de fácil acesso para qualquer lugar. O quarto que fiquei é compacto mas me atendeu muito bem. Nao tinha ninguém que trabalhasse no local, precisei de ferro e não sabia nem onde ficava. E o portão fecha automático e demora fechar então isso dá uma certa insegurança pra quem irá se hospedar sozinho pq não tem absolutamente ninguém na localidade.

- LUIZ GUILHERME (10/5): Recomendo.. Ótima - Ótima localização, ao lado da LATAM, então a rua tem segurança 24hrs, sem problemas pra quem escolhe deixar seu veículo estacionado na rua. Ficando a 1,9km do metrô, o que possibilita acessar outras regiões facilmente. Também existe um ponto de táxi ao lado do Studio, e pra quem vai a Interlagos ver a F1 tem uma van que sai direto dali. Acomodação simples, porém confortável, limpa e completa, local silencioso, somente barulho dos aeroporto que tem próximo, porém não incomoda. Voltaria outras vezes com certeza.. Como o studio não tem uma recepção ou cozinha, não oferecem café da manhã, mas não é um grande problema, visto que tem geladeira e fogão no quarto. E pra quem fica muitos dias tem que solicitar as trocas das roupas de cama e banho.
- dias macedo (3/5): Péssima experiência - Banheiro apertado, piso escorregadio, sem vassoura, rodo, tapete ou utensílios de conzinha necessários. Sinceramente, uma péssima hospedagem,não indico p ninguém, haja visto que chegamos às 08 hs e não poderíamos deixar as bagagens em lugar adequado para resolver qualquer situação. Não recomendo!

Cama poderia ser melhor do quarto 14, colchão está velho....e falta no quarto ventilador de teto.... impossível de ficar hospedado no verão nesse lugar.
- Ana Carolina (1/5): Péssimo gerenciamento - O quarto acomoda bem, ótimo para funcionar em poucos dias. Já iniciou com uma propaganda enganosa que no anúncio fala que possui vaga e estacionamento, ao realizar check in já fala o inverso. E ao tirar dúvida eles falam que são só alguns quartos, não adianta mostrar que estava aí no anúncio. Para ir piorando chegamos e o quarto estava TODO SUJO! Tivemos que esperar mais de 1 hora e meia para ter um parecer! E o maior problema é realmente o gerenciamento do lugar, “meu anfitrião” demora para responder e responde o que convém! É um péssimo atendimento.
- Erika (4/5): Provavelmente não voltaremos - A localização Fizemos a busca no booking selecionando os filtros e um dos mais importantes foi o estacionamento, porque estávamos com equipamentos. Só soubemos que não tinha quando chegamos, e realmente quando fomos olhar, apesar de estar marcado, não tinha.

- Vinícius (8/5): Ótimo! Recomendo e vou locar sempre que precisar. - Literalmente do lado de onde precisava ficar. Excelentíssima localização. Quarto muito limpo e arrumado, quem o preparou o fez com muito carinho. O responsável foi muito atencioso e nos auxiliou com alguns pormenores. Não tive nenhuma dificuldade em acessar o imóvel. Ambiente tranquilo. Ar-condicionado top, cama muito confortável. Tive um pouco de dificuldade em usar a ducha, mas é falta de habito com chuveiros à gás. Banho de rei. Não tivemos problemas em usar a garagem. Infelizmente contava com quantidade limitada de pratos. O wifi é muito bom, mas me incomodava ter que fazer checkin toda vez que fechava meu computador. Menos importante, poderia ter secador de cabelo. Não tem comércio muito perto. Fora isso, perfeito.

- Henriquebueno87 (8/5): Bom, porém leve sua mantinha de casa. - A localização ótima.. o apartamento em si tem um espaço bacana, com pia, fogão duas bocas, itens de cozinha básicos, geladeira, tv, cama, uma mesinha pra trabalhar.. fechadura eletrônica, banheiro privativo.. espaço tranquilo.. Duas coisas me decepcionaram e que deixou a sensação do barato que sai caro.. as roupas de cama eram somente lençol e travesseiro e quando solicitei uma manta foi me informado que haveria um custo extra por essa manta.. se a acomodação é de baixo custo deixe claro no anúncio que não tem roupa de cama, assim o hóspede pode levar.. outra coisa foi a limpeza, em nenhum dos dias foi feito limpeza no quarto.. se acomodação é de baixo custo coloca limpeza a cada dois dias, pelo menos pra tirar o lixo e lavar o banheiro.. enfim.. tem suas vantagens pelo custo razoávelmente baixo.. porém é bom ir preparado com itens de casa para não ser pego de surpresa...
- Regio (3/5): - Bom local não estava tão limpo, com poeira e não tinha pano de prato e nem pano de chão. Após o banho molhava ele todinho e sujava o quarto todo. Além do mais pedi mais travesseiros pq eram baixos os que tinham e a cama não era tão boa. Fiquei com as costas doendo.

- Marcelo (3/5): Fique neste lugar apenas se o seu compromisso for perto do local. Custo/benefício péssimo. - Apenas da localização que era próxima do meu compromisso. O studio estava com o chão sujo, lençóis e fronhas com manchas que aparentavam serem recentes. O colchão estava com buracos e espuma saindo para fora. Muito mofo ao redor da janela, cujo cheiro estava presente na chegada e que me deu bastante alergia. O freezer da geladeira estava tão cheio de gelo que mal dava pra colocar as coisas que comprei. A água que saía do chuveiro tinha um cheiro estranho, acho que era do boiler. O aplicativo para fazer o check-in, indicava padarias e mercados muito longe da hospedagem, mas com uma simples consulta no Google Maps, achei lugares muito mais pertos. Na primeira noite, estava acontecendo alguma festa que não consegui identificar se era do local e que não me deixou dormir. Na segunda noite, novamente tinha um barulho intermitente proveniente de uma máquina. Talheres sujos na cozinha, mostrando uma total falta de zelo de quem é proprietário ou limpou o apartamento. Infelizmente esqueci de tirar fotos. Todas as reclamações eles falam que irão avaliar e melhorar, mas pelo jeito não estão nem aí, porque em nada melhorou. Se for reservar, leve chinelo, pq dá nojo andar naquele chão.

- Arthur (1/5): Péssima experiência - Apartamento extremamente imundo! Sujeira por todo chão, como se uma pessoa tivesse ficado mais de semana alí sem ninguém ter limpado. Como se isso não bastasse a torneira do chuveiro estava quebrada, impossibilitando a utilização do mesmo! Inclusive estaria até agora esperando uma resposta da governança, péssimo atendimento ao cliente, não recomendo a ninguém ficar neste lugar! Ninguém responde e você não tem contato com nenhum suporte.

- Anderson (1/5): A decepção - Não tenho nada para dizer sobre este respeito. Não gostei da desonestidade referente as informações disponíveis e o atendimento pós pagamento das reservas. Informações falças e os atendentes que não tinham nenhuma autonomia para resolver o problema gerado pela impresa de locação e reservas dos imóveis. O site onde fazemos as reservas são infiéis e limitadas as informações deixando o hóspede sem condição de avaliar o custo benefício, a localidade e tantos outros ítens.

- Humberto (8/5): Recomendo - Atendeu plenamente minha necessidade para o período. Bairro nobre, com poucas opções de alimentação com distância a pé, mas o apartamento é bem equipado e fiz as refeições no local.
- Rafaell (8/5): Bom, mas pode melhorar - O quarto estava bem limpo, a funcionária Maria muito atenciosa, a comunicação pelo WhatsApp perfeita, nosso problema foi que o chuveiro nao estava aquecendo, e como chegamos após 23h tivemos q tomar banho frio, tanto a noite quanto pela manhã, pq nao havia a quem recorrer. Ressalto que a comunicação para resolução foi ótima e na segunda noite conseguimos tomar banho morno. Outra coisa importante é que o quarto cheira mofado, inclusive com pontos de mofo no teto e nas janelas. Embora bem pequeno, é orfanuzado e atende o ir só pra tomar banho e dormir.
