O flat tem ar condicionado de excelente qualidade no quarto e sala, isso sem dúvidas é um diferencial pelo clima da cidade rs. Tem utensílios de cozinha básicos e suficientes, tem varal para secar roupas de banho. A anfitriã é online nas respostas, muito atenciosa, ficamos satisfeitas e certamente voltariamos. Tenho somente 3 sugestões para melhoria, mas que de nada atrapalhou a nossa estadia, seria colocar um espelho maior, o colchão está com um lado brm já fundo, e o chuveiro pode melhorar devido ao bom padrão do local.
