- Caroline (5/5): Good location, but the service is really bad. - Location The Tabas team is really bad at costumer service. They don’t reply you back on WhatsApp. You can try for 1-5 hours. And then you call them and they are rude. The internet and TV didn’t work.
- Dragan_fit (5/5): Great apartment. Poor customer service support and no internet in the apartment. - The apartment is great with easy access facil recognition to get in and out. There is a complete kitchen, comfortable bed, great shower and location was perfect. I'm a digital nomad so I work remotely from home. The internet was not working my entire stay. I asked the support on whatsapp to resolve the problem. I turned on and off the modem as instructed. I attempted to connect to the nearby apartments as advised by the customer service agent. Nothing worked. I tried to connect on all my devices. They did nothing to resolve to issue. Why was tech support not contacted? I paid for an apartment with internet. I should have had internet during my stay. They offered me a 10% discount on future stay after I already checked out which doesn't help . You can't even use the 10% discount on booking; only on their own reservation website which is higher rates. 2nd problem was the coffee machine did not work. I purchased coffee pods at the supermarket I could not use. So I wasted my money. They did send someone to change the coffee maker but it was a different type of machine so again I had to buy coffee pods for the new machine. You should test the equipment before guest arrives.

- Travis (2/5): Disappointing - Location Every person over a weeks stay couldn’t get into the building because the door codes wouldn’t work. The WiFi doesn’t work in any apartment and hasn’t worked for months according to people that work at the property. They don’t have any cleaning tops like a broom and the set up don’t clean your apartment ever. I was locked out of my apartment several times and once for hours as they had to call a locksmith. There is no one attending this property so an emergency number means someone may come in a few hours unless it’s after 18:00 hours where no one will help until morning.

- Yan (4/5): Disappointing - There were two cockroaches when I entered my room. I had no internet access as it wasn't working throughout all my stay. Property uses a fully automatic system for handling keys. The system is suppose to send you a link for face ID registration before arrival. However, in my case, I had a bug in which I couldn't register mine. I only had a QR code that was not working and I was locked outside multiple times. Staff was not very helpful in any of the cases.

Ingen tvål i duschen eller vid handfatet. Bad om refill men fick aldrig. Gymmet var sådär, mesta var trasigt. Pool på taket var riktigt trevligt.
- Clovis (6/5): It'simportant to mention on the drescription of the flat which floor it's located,it'svery deceptive - Positve about the flat: Jardins it's an amazing place with it's lovely alamedas with it's trees, greeneries front gardens of the buildings and charming shops, supermarkets, green grocers coffes shops "padarias" an a Brazilian patesserie-bistro instituition. The flat is well located with a shopping mall Plamplona Jardins, with it's amenities, restaurants, hairdressers, coffes shops, pharmacies, stationaries a big supermarket-Carrefour. And a nice bistrou-restaurant bar Zurich at Alameda Lorena with a good caipirinha reccommended by Júnior the waiter. The flat space wise was enough for couple, air conditioning was working well, the pressure of shower is excellent, the "little service room" whith good size sink for higyienic purposes, and laudering is separated from the toillet which is very well positioned. Lift worked very well, access to main building and flat was straight forward. The terrace was very spacious, Bed comfort was good, curtains worked well to allow and block light coming in, freedge is big enough, kitchen wardrobe was good size for a couple, and kitchen area is okay with cupboard and drawers. When you mention to review staff service, bear in mind that you don't see any of staff of the company that run de building. The good service reviw. goes to the cleaner Adriana who welcomed us and helped us with any information. The only time we saw the staff of the adminstration of the building was when she came for the check out. What a poor service. Well, the flat size was fine with the large terrace despite the noise of constant flow of vehicles at Av. 9 de Julho specially buses and motocycles honkings. The table was outside is dirt with fume, and a pot container of the plant Griselinea littoraris has no wholes, which retains the water on the pot and can kill the plant during a long period of rain or can be a refuge for mosquitos. The flat has offered a minimum of kitchen utensils, we have to buy filter holder, filter paper to make our coffee, no chopping boards, no enough glasses (we bought one), no proper knives, specially for slicing bread, no proper pan for boiling water for coffee or tea, internet didn't work properly, we had to use from others flats internet conection, no enough pillow just a couple, no enough bath towls, no enough kitchen towls, no enough bin bags. In fact a minimum of amenities, facilities were offered. The photos showned on the website doesn't really match with the reality of the flat. On the website does not mention in which floor it's located. We had to look at the photos and guess looking on the sorrounding trying to find treesto work out the height of the flat. *When you mention to review staff service, bear in mind that you don't see any of staff of the company that run de building. The good service review goes to the cleaner Adriana who welcomed us and helped us with any information. The only time we saw the staff of the administration of the building was when she came for the check out. What a poor service.

- Fabiano (1/5): The worst guest experience I’ve ever had in my life. - The location is good, but it is very close to Av. 9 de Julho, so it’s very noisy. It was, without a doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had renting an apartment. And it seems like the staff genuinely doesn’t care about complaints. Out of all the issues I reported, the only one they addressed took a week: a drain stopper for the kitchen sink, because it smelled bad without one. Here are all the problems I faced. Those that could have been resolved during my stay were ignored by Tabas customer service: • They gave me an occupied unit, and I spent 1.5 hours talking to customer service before they provided the code for another unit. • The cutlery, plates, and glasses were greasy and dirty. • There was only one glass. • A sewage smell was coming from the shower drain. • The face towel was dirty and stained. • The duvet cover doesn’t properly protect the duvet; it’s open and torn. • Everything is of very poor quality: towels, bedding (there was no top sheet), and basic kitchen utensils. • The fitted sheet has no elastic, so it keeps coming off the bed. • There was a small amount of dish soap but no sponge. • No dish towel.

- Ana (6/5): Okay - Location ist perfect, apartment has all amenities one needs There is virtually no one-site support. Means for any issues you encounter it takes 2-3 days until resolution (i.e., internet connection, fresh towels, etc) which was very unsatisfactory

- Cherise (10/5): Great location - The location was excellent, we felt very safe and walked around easily. Gym facilities were good with decent machines and dumbbells. The laundry, on Level 1, was easy to use. The apartment and area was very clean with good facilities in the bedroom. Bed was spacious and comfortable. Would happily stay here again. There was some soap scum in the shower and the hot tub upstairs wasn't heating, on trying to use the knob it kept faulting out. The team via whatsapp can be hard to reach and there was no one in the lobby we could speak to, given it was an apartment that wasn't a huge surprise.

I had to log on to neighbouring flat’s WiFi, and changing which neighbour I looked into several times. Virtual “service” - all online. It took me 30 minutes to get my “door key code” to work. The facial recognition to enter the building was patchy.

- Afonso (1/5): Remote staff rude, sinical and not helpful- - the people working in the cleaning. very nice and helpful. the academia was ok although with some machines not working properly. the staff dealing with me by WhatsApp (they use a remote reception). they were extremely rude and not helpful; when you need help, when you experience a problem, such as in the WC which suddenly got blocked, they say it is your problem and don't provide any help whatsoever. if you insist they mock you and say goodbye in the chat and sinically send 'hugs'. it seems they até having fun at your expense. Felt humiliated by a,lady called Paula. Worse experience ever.

Staff was very unfriendly and not helpfull. After the 2h outside we had to wait another our for the code of the apartement. The face ID at the entrance sometimes doesn’t work. There is no porteria that could let you in. Wifi didn’t work and here again, the staff had no intention to fix it.

No parking, no room cleaning service (I stayed over 2 weeks, never available), very bad smell coming from the bathroom, I complained over 4 times, nothing was done. No security at the door, you have to be VERY careful. There is also a lot of construction noises in the building. Overall an awful experience.

- Bluesky10 (8/5): Good place, very clean and comfortable in a good location. Safe. A bit noisy. - Fast system to access the room. No hassle, once you get the correct codes. Very comfortable place. Excellent location net to Carefur and walking distance to good restaurants. The company sent us the incorrect information. The room was on another floor than the one written down to us. The room key code did not work. We had to call them and wait for them to figure out the correct door code. Weird, the building code sent to us was correct. Very noisy apartment due to the windows not being insulated properly.
- Darcie (8/5): Comfortable & great stay - A home away from home! Great facilities, comfy big bed, balcony, gym and great location. The hosts were very available over WhatsApp to help us with anything Nothing, could have had bigger bins but that’s not really an issue.
- Chris (9/5): Great for Short Stay - Beds are very comfortable, great hot water shower, OK gym. Coworking is nice. Location is great, easy to walk to Pamplona Jardim mall. Kitchen has most things you need for cooking and eating. Room is small. App to set up facial recognition is bad. They allow people to play their own music in the gym speakers, so some people abuse this and play really bad music very loud.

- Cem (10/5): Exceptional - Situated in a very good neighborhood, the furniture was pretty new and modern, I had a big balcony on a high floor which I loved, quiet environment. Check in process can be explained better. If facial recognition is not enabled, it is almost not possible to communicate with the door security company in English.
- Alessandra (10/5): Great accomodation in a great location in São Paulo! - Location, comfy bed, the accommodation is like in the photos, facilities, coworking, gym, laundry, friendly staff. I think I found my favourite place to stay when in São Paulo. Lack of wall plugs close to the bed, I had to leave my cell phone charging in the kitchen’s wall plug, the usb didn't work, also had to charge the laptop.

The apartment was not maintained, the kitchen is poorly equipped, without bottle opener and several other basic things missing. most of the window blinds did not work properly and the cleanliness was so so. Communication with the Tabas team was mediocre and they scheduled 2 times maintenance with me when nobody appeared the whole day. Service and cleanliness was not OK for the price they charge. Additionally the building had a problem with the doors so there was a whole weekend where the doors to the building did not lock and could be opened by hand. Anyone could have gotten inside.
- Jack (1/5): A most unfortunate experience and a warning to others - Sadly there is very little to commend this facility. I was delighted to receive the code to enter the apartment on the second night. Sadly the first night did not materialise. I was unable to get into the property on the first night as the porter was not on the premises but works remotely serving other outlets. I have a great video of me talking into a machine requesting access and It took the host too long to answer my urgent requests. Then I was not given an upgraded apartment for which I paid for. The owners explained they were having issues but I was not reimbursed. Altogether a disaster from start to finish.

- Katriin (9/5): Nice stay but expect issues with entering the building/room - The location was great - in a very nice neighbourhood and there was a big shopping mall just 5 min walk from the apartment. The room was nice and well equipped (even had water filtering machine). The gym was amazing too! I read the reviews about the difficulties with entering the building that other people previously had, so tried to set up everything proactively. However, when I arrived late in the evening, the door code still didn’t work and there’s no reception in the building. Luckily, they respond in Whatsapp quickly. Make sure you have two devices to scan the QR code for facial recognition and download the apps beforehand!
- Pereira (5/5): Prepare yourself to buy a tissue paper. - The location. The place looked like new. The water shower was very strong. They had water filter inside the facility. It doesn't matter if you have a good place and still offer a terrible service. When a person travels for business alone, to a place that one has never been before, we shouldn't have to care to buy tissue paper. The managers made available only one roll, even if you stayed for nine days like I did.

- Natalia (5/5): Great Facilities, but Cheap & Inconsiderate Details Made it a Poor Experience - - Advanced technology (face recognition entry to building, voice activated Alexa in each room) - Fitness center was nice to have (but nothing to clean mats/equipment with…) - Nice to have a kitchen - Cheap/stingy with the amenities made it frustrating!! Provide shampoo/conditioner, NO SOAP Provide closet/steamer, NO HANGERS Provide dish soap, NO SPONGE Provide coffee machine, NO COFFEE Worse…only ONE roll of toilet paper (we asked for another and they said only one was provided…and that guest is responsible if they want more toilet paper or any soap…very annoying having to go buy basic hotel amenities when you’re only there for a few days) - Also frustrating, our toilet stopped flushing our first night..when we asked for maintenance, they said if we flushed toilet paper down the toilet, they will not fix it and if we want a plunger, we have to pay for it!! Being a modern building, we thought it was ok to flush (also NO signs with these rules) - we read reviews about check-in process being frustrating, so we weren’t surprised. But having to download 3+ apps just to check-in is a hassle - to use the building’s washer/dryer, each cycle costs $13 Reais..but you can only upload a minimum of $20 Reais…and dry cycle is only 45min which wasn’t enough..so we had to pay $40 Reais just to dry some clothes. Very annoying!! Overall, although the building was great, these details matter when you’re traveling and led to a poor customer experience.
