- Nathalia (5/5): Gostamos muito do local, mas precisa de alguns reparos e mais atenção aos detalhes de limpeza. - Casa grande, ar condicionado em todos os comomodos, ótima localização bairro tranquilo. A casa não estava limpa, os banheiros tem um forte cheiro de esgoto, havia cabelos no box e pia. Varios pontos da casa tinham mofo, também sentimos falta de produtos de limpeza, pelo menos um alvejante para poder fazer uma limpeza superficial, não tinha panos de chão também. Sentimos falta de cabides e lugares para pendurar as roupas.

- Rafaella (7/5): spacious house but missing the kitchen items to make the stay more comfortable. - I liked the safety and quietness of the place. The beds were comfortable, and it had a good size yard. The host doesn't leave too many kitchen's item such as cups and plates. That was very annoying. We had to constantly wash everything and it wasn't enough since there was only 6 plates and cups and we were in 7 people. Moreover, the bathroom smell was horrendous.

- Stefano (5/5): Passable - Very beautiful entrance, garden and living room. We went in their Winter, July, the apartment was very cold and humid and there was not anything for heating the house. Also you could smell the humidity everywhere. We discovered that in Joinville is raining 300 days per year 🥺. One room is big, the other two not, especially the one for three persons. The forniture in general is not new. The washmachine was dirty.
