Keith (10/5): - We loved Stella Nova. The staff were amazing. The room was clean and fresh. The food options were great. We especially liked the pool area and the outside bar. The proximity to Epic Universe was fantastic, being only a 10 minute walk - there are buses all the time too. Meaning we were able to take a break from the park in the hottest part of the day, have a nice swim at the hotel, then head back over in the evening again. I would thoroughly recommend.
Jamal (10/5): - This a great property but I would not stay here if I wasn't going to visit Epic universe. This is close enough that you could walk but a quick shuttle ride. I would place this hotel in the same category as Dockside and Surfside hotels. Its currently priced a little hirer then the low end hotel because its new but its nothing super crazy. If this hotel fits your price range I would book it.

It was a fast food only if you’re starving situation. Nothing for Vegan and GF patrons but then nothing worth noting for anyone. When you get hungry make plans. The busses are very convenient.

Terri (8/5): - It was absolutely beautiful. We will be back! The only downside, for me, was no microwave in the room. I bring my own tea to wake up to and had go keep going down to get hot water. Staff was lovely, the place was lovely and oh so convenient in getting over to Epic World.

Alexander (8/5): - The hotel is new, but the cleaning is very poor. The carpets in the common areas and hallways are very dirty, as if they have never been cleaned at all. The room cleaning is also not great, especially in the bathroom.
Joseph (4/5): - Took the kids to the Stella Nova Arcade because the wife caught something viral here or at Universal. Spent $107 there to entertain the kids for more than an hour. Besides the swimming pool, there isn’t much at the hotel to do with kids. Anyway, while at the arcade my oldest won a grand prize of a stuffed dragon “Toothless” that is probably worth about $60+. The door to grab the prize never opened, so we could not get the prize. Told the front desk, they said it was run by a third party but took my info. I took some pics of the prize and my kid by the prizea and sent them to the customer service after a couple weeks. Crickets. My kid is really disappointed and they ripped us off out of a nice and epensive prize. But there were some positives: The entryway looks very nice and the rooms appear clean. Food options are pretty limited for people staying upwards of a week. It was nice to have a cafe there to sell coffee, even if it is about $10 for a latte after tax and tip. The food quality and choice are only okay values. There isn’t anywhere to walk to for other food options, so you are pretty much stuck there unless you want to Uber somewhere. Front desk people were very nice. My beef is with the management.

Denise (6/5): Clean but average hotel - Friendly hotel staff, but they were unhelpful in receiving a delivery order I had that went missing, so the staff are not trustworthy with personal belongings or food deliveries. The bathroom is small but clean. The big window is cool but fogs up half the day, so you cant even see out of it. Overall I think its worth the convenience if you plan on visiting Epic Universe, but otherwise there are a lot of other hotels in the area that are more worth the price paid.

Kids claimed it’s the best hotel they have ever stayed in (and they have stayed at much more expensive hotels!!). Excellent value for what we paid. Epic is just a few minutes walk.

The only day that they did clean wasnt a detailed cleaning, very superficial not even mopped and took care of stains. Decent pool its walking dostance from epic and has free shuttles to the other parks. I dont think i would stay there again because for the price it wasnt worth it

Leslie (10/5): The Epic Universe Hotel - This is the budget friendly epic universe hotel. Early entry. The hotel feels like you are undersea or on a submarine. The AC was amazing. The food service in the lobby was good. The staff was friendly, and you can walk to the park in 5 to 10 mins depending on when you catch the traffic light for crossing the street.

The only negative thing is that the room is small and doesn't have a lot of storage space or a microwave, but if you plan on spending most of your time at the parks, it's not a big deal.

Yarisbeth (10/5): - 5/5 Amazing Stay at Stella Nova Resort! Our stay at Stella Nova Resort in Universal Orlando was absolutely fantastic! The hotel was super clean, modern, and beautiful maintained. From the moment we arrived, the Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed!! One of the best parts was the location: just across the street from Epic Universe, which made getting to the park a breeze, even though they have shuttle buses to all Universal Park including Epic. Highly recommend this resort.
Brett (4/5): - Very disappointing stay — misleading amenities and broken promises I had a frustrating and disappointing experience at the Stella Nova Hotel. The room was missing several amenities that were clearly advertised on their website. Despite multiple requests and being assured repeatedly that the issues were being addressed, nothing was ever delivered or resolved. As a gesture of apology, the staff promised to waive our parking fees—yet those charges still appeared on the final bill. To make matters worse, the hotel charges $30 per day for parking, even for guests. Sadly, the experience did not live up to expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless major improvements are made.

donaira (4/5): - Staff mixed my reservation with other guest, and when we showed up at 3am from the airport they made me go get my dad (the other guest) for him to show hi id and let us in. They wouldn't fix it if my dad didn't show up... also, so expensive and they only do room service maybe onces while you're there. Note the $30 for parking per night. Not coming back.

Jeffrey (8/5): - Keeping in mind at this time the place was open for about a month as a new hotel: Its a great and convenient choice to use for Universal (especially for Epic universe across the street 5-10min walk) if you are going to utilize early access. Shuttles to other Universal parks are roughly 20 mins. The merch delivery to your room (takes 24-48hr) and charge to your room perk which takes out of your security deposit (starts at $50) unless you put more is basically useless. I will say it only helps if you don't want carry a giant plushie or take a wallet into the park. Also, if you have one of those sealed plastic case holders that attaches to a lanyard or ID tag, then that will be another plus. The late night pizza delivery was a long wait (waited almost an hour) for subpar quality which if you can muster after the park closes, eat at city walk. If you like universal merch, you wont be shortchanged much as you hunt around for park and exclusive merch prior to the park. I believe the perks are definitely convenient and there if its strictly Universal, but will need a lot of work as its fairly expensive for what they are asking to stay here. The airport super star shuttles they offer are nice for an extra $50. Overall I will give it a 4 star experience.

After a chaotic check-in experience at Loews Royal Pacific earlier in the week, this smooth and welcoming start was a huge relief. We chose Stella Nova because we were visiting Epic Universe and wanted to be closer to the park—and it absolutely delivered. It was just a short, easy walk to the front gates, making our park day stress-free and convenient. Out of the Universal resorts we’ve stayed at, this was genuinely one of the best. Great value, ideal location, and a peaceful, modern atmosphere. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and are already looking forward to our next visit.
James (8/5): - Clean and new. Close to Epic Universe. However, can hear sounds coming from other rooms, like tv and talking... also toilet flushings !!! Plus no microwave, but has refrigerator. Only house cleaning after two days, So need to get more towels, etc if staying more than 1 day.

Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel was super fun and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We thought the beds in our previous hotel were more comfy and the hot water for the spa and room shower felt like it capped out at <100 degrees. Other than that, it was great!
Juan (8/5): - It is definitely a nicely designed hotel, provides early access pass to the Universal parks and free shuttles. Otherwise, don't expect anything else, not even a complimentary bottle of water in the room, no free breakfast buffet, and the one that was paid was very tasteless. For less than $280/night there are other hotels with bigger rooms, many bedrooms per room, breakfast buffet and other freebies. We only booked here a night to get early pass to Epic.
