Os quartos são confortáveis, bem cuidados e acolhedores. A vista é simplesmente maravilhosa — foi um prazer acordar com o som da água, uma experiência única e muito relaxante. Tudo contribuiu para uma estadia perfeita. Não houve absolutamente nada que eu não tenha gostado. Fui extremamente bem atendida do início ao fim, e toda a experiência foi excepcional.

• Sera (7/5): Oké - Schone kamer, fijn bed Ik had een kamer geboekt die op de foto’s een patio met hangmat had, maar deze kreeg ik niet. Op de dag van uitchecken had ik een nachtbus. Ik wilde na een hike (waarba ik compleet nat geregend en onder de modder zat) nog graag een douche nemen en wat kleding uithangen. Dit kon maar tegen een betaling van 20 reais voor de handdoek, wat best duur is. De douche deur kon niet dicht, laat staan op slot. Ook mocht ik niet meer in een hangmat liggen om even een boek te lezen en tijd te overbruggen (er waren nog geen andere gasten op dat moment). Gastvrijheid liet over het algemeen dus wat te wensen over. In een hostel wat 3 x zo goedkoop is mag en kan dit allemaal wel, zonder bijbetalingen.
• Juliana (6/5): Bom custo benefício - O café da manhã é servido numa cesta no quarto. Muito bom! E a pousada fica na beira do rio, então vc ouve o barulhinho da água! Super bem localizada! O Rob é super solícito! Me deixaram entrar antes do horário do check in. Não tem uma recepção formal, depois das 22h não tem ninguém. Não tem área coletiva de convívio. Os quartos são simples. O banheiro bem apertado, mas é um bom custo benefício.
• Finn (8/5): Nice stay! New beds needed! - Good location right on the water which is beautiful and super quick to town! Outstanding breakfast. Aircon didn’t work very well as bathroom door didn’t not close properly and had window to outside. Bed also very small for two and dipping in the middle of mattress, pillows very thin.

A experiência de dormir com o som da cachoeira praticamente dentro do quarto não tem preço. Preço muito justo, fotos condizentes. Simples, porém muito limpa, café da manhã servido no quarto bem farto e gostoso. Os travesseiros e toalhas, o colchão é bem confortável, mas os travesseiros e toalhas podem ser melhores.

• Itay (8/5): מלון מתוק עם ארוחת בוקר מקסימה, במיקום מצוין! צוות אדיב במיוחד - קיבלנו בכל בוקר ארוחת בוקר מפנקת ומושקעת, בסלסלה מגוונת ומלאת כל טוב - עד לחדר. למרות שלארוחת הבוקר יש שעות מוגדרות, בעלת המלון גילתה המון גמישות, והסכימה פעמיים לספק את ארוחת הבוקר בשעה מוקדמת יותר, מאחר והטיול אליו נרשמנו יצא מוקדם. התקשורת מול צוות המלון היה בוואטסאפ, והם תמיד היו זמינים, אדיבים וסובלניים לענות על כל בקשה. המיקום מצוין - 2 דק' הליכה ממרכז העיירה, כך שהיה לנו קרוב גם ליציאה לטיולים היומיים, וגם לבילוי בעיירה בערב. הנוף מהחדר מקסים! החדר לא גדול במיוחד, אבל ידענו שזה מה שאנחנו צפויים לקבל. יש צורך לעלות בכמה מדרגו, כך שהמלון לא מתאים למי שצריך מונית. באופן כללי, בעיירה כל הדרכים מרוצפות בלבנים, כך שלא נוח לגרור מזוודה. עם זאת - מאחר והמיקום מאוד קרוב למרכז העיר, לא נדרשנו לסחוב את המזוודה לאורך זמן.

• charlotte (10/5): - Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la Pousada Serra Grisante. La vue sur la rivière est fantastique et très calme. Les chambres sont petites, mais agréables et bien décorées. Nous avions deux chambres l'une à côté de l'autre et avons apprécié le balcon et le hamac devant les chambres. Le petit déjeuner servi dans un panier dans les chambres. Le concept est sympa, mais la qualité était moindre.
• Adriana (9/5): - Colchão firme com roupas de cama cheirosas. O café da manhã é bem completo e entregue no quarto (adoramos a tapioca e o cuscuz). Posicionamos a mesa de frente para a janela e tomamos café apreciando o rio. O funcionário Rob é muito simpático e atencioso. A pousada tem uma vista esplêndida para o Rio Lençóis e foi maravilhoso dormir ouvindo o som da água. Todos os quartos têm vista para o rio. A pousada é bem localizada (uns 100m do centro histórico). Adoramos os sabonetes, shampoo e condicionadores da Natura (banheiro). Não tem estacionamento próprio.

The staff were friendly and attentive. You got a lush breakfast basket in the room each day which included eggs, fruit, coffee, juice and pastries. Loved it here only wish we could stay longer Nothing !

• Maria (9/5): No coração de Lençóis, com vida noturna alegre e também muita paz e tranquilidade. - A vista do quarto é maravilhosa, o quarto bem limpo, café da manhã muito bem servido e gostoso. Voltarei mais vezes! Eu achei a cama confortável, meu namorado já nem tanto… o colchão é bem mole. A descarga da privada estava meio emperrada, mas funcionava normalmente quando acionada.

• Rafael (6/5): - Excellent central location with a view over the village river and cascade. Check-in wasn’t so smooth. I never expect a hotel to offer me what wasn’t advertised and at the same time I don’t tolerate receiving a room where the things that were advertised upon booking, are broken or malfunctioning. The room’s window was massively crooked allowing a ton of insects to enter the room, the shower was too cold and after a 4-day hike in the mountains with only cold showers and a bad throat, a hot shower was all I needed and craved at this stage, and the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain properly, and was quite small so it filled up rather quickly. 3 basic things that should have been dealt with before renting the room out. I complained and after negotiation they changed me to the room upstairs where everything was functioning properly. But why rent out a room that is initially meant to be identical to the room upstairs and yet, it has most basic features malfunctioning? On a more positive note, the staff were lovely (although the evening shift lady was a little too irritable for a clumsy check-in procedure) and the breakfast included is delivered in a basket to your room which was very enjoyable.

• Vera (10/5): Amazing breakfast, great value for money! - Very good location right in the center of Lençóis! The breakfast is served in a basket and is simply amazing - as the view to the river is, too!😊 The sound of the water is quite loud, especially if the river is full.
• José Augusto (6/5): Nao é a melhor opção!! - É uma pousada simples, porém aconchegante. Vamos falar do café: é servido em uma sexta no quarto, porém não tem variedade, deixou no ar que os produtos retornavam no dia seguinte. Outro detalhe que ficou em evidência é a questão da garrafa plástica que vem o suco de fruta, ele nao é lacrado, isso gera dúvidas. A localização é excelente, a pousada tem uma infraestrutura muito boa.
