- Yi hui (9/5): Good - 交通很便利，機場直達、奈良直達、去環球影城也很快20～30分鐘內，房間很乾凈還有吸塵器可以即時清理，客服也回訊很快，重點是步行3分鐘JR、南海線、唐吉訶德 雖有洗衣機，但衣服要自行掛浴室再烘衣ㄧ整晚，有點累，但基本上睡醒就乾了

The information about this was not obvious and initially caused us to have difficulties getting out of the room and locked us from getting into it. It is surrounded by the Nankai Railway, Midosuji Line, Sakaisuji Line, and JR lines, making it very easy to get around. Tsutenkaku Tower is only about a 15-minute walk away. Across the street, there is a small park attached to another hotel, which is very pleasant and beautifully maintained. Within a 5-minute walk, there are three convenience stores, one Don Quijote, and Spa World, making it an excellent choice for guests who enjoy hot springs. For those interested in pachinko, there is also a reasonably priced pachinko parlor located on the first floor of Don Quijote. During our stay, whenever we had questions or issues, the accommodation responded very quickly and handled everything sincerely. If I have the opportunity to stay in Osaka again, I would definitely choose this place once more. The property also has an elevator, making it suitable for families traveling together. 宿泊施設は交通の利便性が非常に高く、南海電鉄・御堂筋線・堺筋線・JR線が利用でき、大変便利な立地です。通天閣までも徒歩約15分ほどで到着できます。向かい側には別のホテルに併設された小さな公園があり、とてもきれいで印象が良かったです。 徒歩5分以内にはコンビニが3軒、ドン・キホーテ、スパワールドがあり、温泉を楽しみたい方には特におすすめです。また、パチンコを楽しみたい方には、ドン・キホーテ1階に料金も比較的良心的なお店があります。 滞在中に何か問題があった際も、メッセージで連絡すると非常に迅速かつ誠意ある対応をしていただけました。もしまた大阪に宿泊する機会があれば、ぜひ再度こちらを利用したいと思います。館内にはエレベーターもあり、家族旅行にも適した宿泊施設です。 因是5人入住，可以的話希望能事先幫忙把第五個人的沙發床先鋪好。

- Nurul Akmaniza (10/5): Living in a Smart Home - We booked 3 different unit and requested for the units nearby to each other and the owner gladly arranged it for us. Easy check in/ check out process. Keyless passcode door and all the facilities provided feel like we are living in a smart home. The bed was comfortable and helped us a lot to have a good rest after exploring Osaka the whole day. Nice view of Hoshino Resort and Nankai train from the unit. Be able to dry our clothes during the night. Fast reply from the host either using email or booking.com direct message Just a small request to add iron in the unit and drinking water should be provided according to the nights of our stay. And the unit was located near to different entrance of different station. Sometimes you need to walk a bit far if you missed the exit. And the stairways quite exhausting. Consider to take private transfer to airport if you have large number of baggage with you. Coming from airport might be easy.

- Oliver (9/5): Comfortable and spacious, cool area away from the hustle and bustle. - We loved having so much space and having separate beds for the kids. A washing machine plus table and chairs in the room were seriously appreciated. While it’s not that close to Dotonbori and central areas, the area it is in is actually really cool and felt quiet and safe. There’s a Don Quijote nearby and Tsutenkaku Tower is within easy walking distance. We even walked to Dotonbori rather than taking public transport and enjoyed the views on the way. There was some kind of vent near the sliding door to the balcony that was pretty noisy with a rushing air noise. We couldn’t work out how to get rid of the noise but it wasn’t too much of a bother.

- Thia (8/5): Overall, I would still get this accommodation at Eslead Osaka Ebisu. Stay was nice for my family. - I like the location for its quietness and away from the main tourist location like Namba and Umeda in Osaka. The room is rather spacious with washing machine, fridge, microwave and cooking stove. Good for family who need to wash clothes every 2 days as they have drying system to get your clothes ready for next day use. Getting food around the area for any age is not an issued. Travelling around is easy too. NOTE - There is an additional "Accomodation Tax" apart from the main booking.com cost fees. It will only showed up when u check-in at the hotel on the day itself. To mention this extra cost, I have previously contacted the management 2-3 weeks before to verified. Initially, I was told that there will be NO extra Accommodation Tax. Unfortunately, when I check-in... I have to top up an extra 4800 Yen for 8 days of stay for my family. So for any one booking Eslead hotel... do take note of this extra costing not included in the Main Booking.com cost fees. Oh yes... their rooms are not very sound proof. For family with kids, please do remind them not to walk too loudly or stomp the floor. This is rather unavoidable sometimes as they will get excited during a full day of travel and fun. Simply said, no loud or big movements when doing things or opening luggage etc.

- Jariya (8/5): Good location for Osaka trip - Great location. Easy self check in and out. We like having bathroom and restroom separated. The room size was larger than average. We stayed twice in 2 different rooms and found that the room layouts were a bit different. The first room layout was not as spacious as the 2nd one.
- Wen Ching (9/5): 整體來說算蠻好的，唯有小地方需要調整 - 設備齊全，有簡易廚房、微波爐、小冰箱。 浴室可以洗衣服，洗完開浴室的乾燥，晾衣服隔天就乾了，自由行就可以少帶很多衣物，超方便 空間太小，有廚房但幾乎沒空間可以用餐。 空氣清新機濾網沒有清潔，越開空氣越不好 地板沒有清潔乾淨，入住時有一層灰

- 淑雯 (10/5): - 酒店地點很好，附近有地鐵、JR、南海電鐵距離都很近走路幾分鐘就到了。 住宿期間有時候晚上10、11點才回酒店也沒有遇到奇怪的人。 有機會還會再來住

- Carol (10/5): - 佢離車站很近，酒店設施也齊全，有洗衣機，浴室有乾燥設備，也有微波爐，和可以放雪糕的冰格，只是冷氣有點弱，可能是天氣太熱吧，換毛巾也有點麻煩，用過的毛巾是否是放在門口便可以？沒有清晰的指示。
- Juana (10/5): - 一開始有微微猶豫這個地區，但位置真的很方便 離動物園前站跟新今宮站都近 附近有營業到凌晨五點的唐吉訶德 也有多間全家＆羅森 枕頭很好睡，單人床Size非常夠 有使用洗衣機跟室內烘衣，都很好
- Grace (9/5): Great value for money! Super convenient location - Location is superb - right next to osaka metro station and JR station. Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Additional supplies located in the lobby so you could always grab extra if needed. Dining table was a massive plus. Other ESLEAD HOTEL we stayed at (same room size) only had a small coffee table which made meals a little hard. Self managed luggage storage station is helpful. Check in time at 4pm. No reception - this was only a challenge because of luggage delivery services not being able to deliver our luggage because there was no one to receive the bags. No instructions on how to operate the washing machine (other ESLEAD hotels have instructions which is helpful for tourists).
