Guest Reviews
- Ryo (8/5): -
- J (10/5): - The hotel has a washer and dryer. Very big plus.
- Antonio (10/5): - Cool, quiet place with train station really close
- Alfredo (4/5): - The property is very basic . To go to the rooms there is a small lift and the corridor to the rooms is on open air and from outside they look a cell for prison. The breakfast is ..no comment there isn't anything good so try to go outside or don't pay extra and think you will have anice one
- Andres De Jesus (8/5): - It's a bit out the way for the tourist area. But walkable. Area feels unsafe at night but it's not. Just looks unsafe. But that is out of their control. Would I book again yeah if I was maybe on a budget. It's not bad but this would be more like ok 3rd option if you need a stay in Osaka.
- Cherice (6/5): - The rooms and hotel were not as expected per the posted photos.
- Alison (8/5): - Price was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is a bit off from the main street but still walking distance. Everything was very clean. The only thing that was off putting was the smell when we first walked into the room. It smelled like the washing machine had wet clothes that were left in there too long.
- Tien (10/5): - Great stay
- Maria (8/5): - The pillows where the worst, but everything else was perfect!
- miguel (10/5): - Great location, really good hotel and good price , staff was amazing
- Li (10/5): - Amazing place to stay, super clean, quiet, and convenient. Staff are super friendly and helpful for tourists, and complimentary breakfast was really great! Thanks for having us :)
- signe (10/5): - Veldig fint, rent og store rom!
- CHI MING (6/5): -
- Bambang (10/5): - Very modern and clean property with complete amenities. Drawback is the size of the room but to be expected for a Japan hotel at this price range. Location still good to reach Doutonbori/Namba main area and metro stations within 15 mins walk.
- Chih Yen (10/5): - Great affordable place to stay. Love the washing machine and little kitchen in the room. A very convenient location as well. Would stay there again when I go back.
- Marilen (10/5): - Big suite for family. Near to all the places . Love it
- khanh (10/5): - excellent place. Clean, quite, plenty of room.
- Andrew (8/5): - The only negative for this hotel is check in time, normal checkin time for most hotels is 3pm but this hotel is 4pm,check out time is early too comparing to others, have to check out at 10am,other hotels 11am.
- Rita (8/5): - Although the property is in an odd neighborhood, the hotel includes much appreciated amenities such as a private clothes washer and small kitchen. Nothing fancy, but we liked it just fine.
- Mei (10/5): -
- khanh (10/5): - Quite
- Thinh (10/5): - I like this hotel’s space and location. The best Hotel I’ve experienced in Japan so far and I’ve been to a lot of them.
- Natasha (10/5): Good stay - Seems like an old apartment building that was renovated. The location is close to a lot and close to a few stations. Very soundproof, you cant really hear other guests (only time i did was people being very loud down in the breakfast area)
- Juanisita (10/5): - It’s clean, can do the laundry, staff are good friendy
- Alisha (10/5): - The hotel was clean and within 15 -20 minutes walk of shinsaibashi and Dotonbori shopping areas. The kitchen and washing machine in our room were also incredibly handy after travelling for so long
- Stephen (8/5): - Room is spacing with kitchenet & washing machine. Cleaningness if the towel is below average. Check-out time at 10:00 AM is too early.
- Angel (10/5): - Clean
- Marta (8/5): - A good hotel located near by the main nightlife district of Osaka and about 10 minutes from the subway station. Difficult to find the hotel itself on Google maps - they should improve it.
- Matthew (10/5): - Close enough with a small walk to the main area, several family Mart nearby and a handful of small shops
Good sized rooms that were clean and spacious. Great shower and bathrooms. Big comfy beds. Lots of outlets.
Staff were very nice and super helpful. They made the stay incredible, accommodating every need I had.
- Carlos Vargas (8/5): - Nice little hotel, and clean. Breakfast buffet with limited selection of western food. More Asian food like soups but is ok we are in Japan.
- Mabel (4/5): Inconvenience location - Not too impressive. Location near train station but not the main train to/from Osaka Umeda station to Osaka airport.
Arrived at the hotel at 1pm, have room available but need to pay extra as advised check-in time is 4pm.
Only 2 power point inside room works, others have no electricity supply, have to use extension cable.
We departed early morning, even though we pay for breakfast, would not provide coffee on the go.
- Nina (6/5): - Balcony was great
- Emily (10/5): - A lovely property in a convenient area close to Dotonbori, about 5 min walk. Great apartment style rooms with good amenities.
- Oswaldo (10/5): - Good hotel, 7 minutes walking to Dotonbori, it has fridge, kitchen and laundry machine. Recommended!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Decent for the cost - Decent for the money. About a 5 minute walk to the metro.
- Robert (4/5): - Hotel location is in an average, not so nice area and takes 10-15 minutes walk to get to Dotombori. The photos mislead you into thinking it’s in a nice tourist area, but it’s not.
The floors where the rooms are, reminds me of jail or some kind of health institution :/
I side the room was very spacious with a terrible view of not well maintained surrounding buildings.
- Yu (6/5): - There's a bit walk to the property (~10 minutes), which is a pain when travelling with large luggages. The room door still uses a key, and to me this is a bit out-dated.
- Angelita (10/5): - Washing machine and kitchen in the room
- Marianne (10/5): - Wonderful and clean place to stay around Dotonbori area, have to walk 8-10 mins to get to Don Quijote but family mart, restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. We’ll stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.
- zahiry (10/5): - Amazing staff! So helpful, sweet and the beer garden was excellent! So cheap, so close to many metro stations. Clean, spacious, comfy beds.
- Marco (8/5): - It was a very good experience staying in this hotel. Staff are very kind and polite. The room was perfect size for sleeping and
- Jennifer (10/5): - Great stay. Easy check in and out. You get a little apartment with balcony. Shower/tub room separate from the toilet. Laundry machine. Was sad to leave
- Lorely (10/5): - This hotel is like an aparment-hotel. It has a balcony and is much bigger than any other hotel in Japan my husband and I we're very confortable here.. Very close to the river and shopping areas, I recommend it.
- Jaime (10/5): - Great hotel love the space and amenities
- Balvinder (10/5): Great place - It was very good. Breakfast was great. Check- in and check- out was breeze.
- Wilson (10/5): - Very clean breakfast very good
- Dawn (10/5): - Excellent facility’s,bedroom very large and bed very cosy.Staff outstanding and they can’t do enough for you. When it was time to check out the staff let us leave our suitcases in an office all day which was great.I’d 100%stay here again😊
- Emily (10/5): - What a great stay!! As a female solo traveller, safety is top priority- this hotel was amazing and so close to everything in dontonbori. Staff was super friendly and helpful with giving advice on things to do. The best thing about the rooms here is they are apartment style- balcony, laundry, full set kitchen, huge room. Walls are thin here so make sure to bring a decent pair of earplugs when people arrive late, otherwise an amazing place to stay for a short/long term.
- Princess Meg (10/5): - The place was near Dotombori, the room was great!! Highly recommended!
