Las cámas son cómodas y las instalaciones cont todo lo necesario para ser un apartamento. Fácil checkin y checkout con claras instrucciones por parte del personal. Todo genial, buena estancia.

A comida só está mais para pousada simples, do que hotel. Começando pela reforma das áreas comuns, sobre a qual não fomos avisados antecipadamente, seguindo para a demora do único elevador disponível, para o barulho da região onde está localizado e finalizar do pela falta de produtos como touca, toalha extra, saco de lixo e etc. tudo o que na recepção marcava como disponível mas não tinha.

• Rozzy (8/5): For me, distance to a MRT station matters the most so I rate this place 8 out of 10. - It’s clean and typical Japanese studio apartment size. Checking in is super easy. They have luggage storage at the lobby area. I love the location coz it’s so easy to find and near Nippombashi station. Dotonbori is just five minutes walk. Being close to a lot of entertainment place, you’ll tend to hear drunk people shouting and even get to witness them fight especially in the early hours. That’s the time when I heard a lot of police siren. My advice is just don’t go out during early hours (who would anyway haha). Overall I’m satisfied with my stay. There isn’t a proper dining table. Would appreciate it if it has one rather than just using the coffee table. I had to stand up while eating so my two kids can eat comfortably at the coffee table.

Would stay here again - Honestly I was kind of hesitant at first since it seemed like it had more of an Airbnb-style setup, but I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The double room was spacious enough for two people, and we could fully open our luggages — which we all know isn’t always easy to do in Japan hotels. The washing machine was a big plus, especially for longer stays. Location was very central and convenient. Our only small suggestion would be to add more hangers and wall hooks for hanging clothes and towels.

• Allan (8/5): - Room was clean. It does have a decent bed size, AC works well plus the washer inside the restroom is truly helpful. No staff to talk to. No fresh towel and new toiletries delivery. The elevator is too small for the building. You have to wait for a long time to go down the building.

• Yin (7/5): I won’t return no matter how good the room rate is. - The location was excellent. Very basic. I felt deceived by the use of the word hotel in the apartment name. There was zero face to face interaction with the apartment staff. My room had no cloth hanging rack as advertised. And when asked for one, there was zero effort to provide one. The room had no hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes. So I had to hand on my luggage bag handle to air.

Tamaño suficiente para 3 personas y con electrodomésticos como calentador de agua o microondas que vienen muy bien. El funcionamiento del ascensor, a la hora cercana al checkout lo utiliza demasiada gente y puedes esperar hasta media hora para salir del edificio.

• MEI-FENG (5/5): 整體來說是不錯，下次還是會考慮訂購 - 地點離心齋橋道頓堀很近逛街很方便，房間有洗衣機和廚房，浴室還是乾濕分離，廁所也跟浴室分開， 這次訂的房間屬低樓層（2樓），隔音沒有很好。一開窗附近餐館的油煙明顯，不開窗透氣又覺得房間一直吹冷氣空氣不是很流通，房間隔局對3人住稍稍小了一點。

• SONIA (10/5): Confortable - Todo muy bien, son nuevas las instalaciones y muy cómodo y confortable. Solo éramos dos personas, pero hubieran podido estar 4 personas perfectamente. Lo único que mejoraría es algún utensilio más para cocinar, hay lo básico pero no hay cuchillos o tijeras,… pero solo importa si vas a usar la cocina. Nada, quizás para quienes vayan a cocinar faltan algunos utensilios, pero no fue nuestro caso.

• Sarte-Saquiton (8/5): Amazing Place in Osaka - I liked its proximity to Dotonbori. The place is clean, I like the separate layout of the bathroom/toilet, 2 occupants can use at the same time. It’s also clean and the heating is great. Felt super comfortable during our stay. I’d recommend. The self check in was a challenge. I couldn’t find the email sent by the property manager/owner and it took a few guests helping me out before I could check in.
