- Richard (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to others. - Great location, nice and clean. Good price and friendly staff. We had two rooms but they were on different floors. Normally this isn’t a problem but the key cards for each room only allowed you to travel to your rooms floor. So to get to our other room we had to go down to the lobby meet up and then get the lift back up to the other floor. Also the hotel doors were closed at midnight. This meant we couldn’t freely go out after that time. (No 2am rice bowls)

- Sachie (6/5): 4人１室で泊まれて、駅近で、バストイレセパレートで、宿泊費が高くないホテルをお探しなら、このホテルはお勧めです、 - ①立地が良い。南海なんば駅から徒歩5分。ホテルの隣にコンビニがある。居酒屋等の飲食店が近くにたくさんある。 ②バストイレセパレートで、洗い場のある浴室 ①スキンケア用のアメニティがない。 ②インスタントコーヒーや緑茶のティーバッグなどの飲み物のサービスが、部屋やロビー(セルフサービス)には無い。ただし、インスタントコーヒーと粉末緑茶は、フロントに言えば提供してくれる。 ③和室の敷布団が薄い。 ④タオルが薄く、パイルのフワフワ感はないため肌触りが悪い。

There are no room services, and the room are quite dirty (under the bed). If you are going to stay for more than 3 days, it will feel really uncomfortable with the same bedsheets and everything.

We used the laundry facilities, which were easy to use and efficient. - EENJU (8/5): 위치, 가격 좋은 가성비 호텔. 특가여부에 따라 재예약 의사 많음 - 난카이난바-니혼바시역 근방에 있는 최적의 위치, 호텔 바로 옆에 로쏜 편의점 존재, 주변 맛집 지역 등 위치적인면에서 참 좋구요, 시설도 대체적으로 만들어진지 얼마 안된 호텔이라 괜찮습니다. 그리고 가격대가 참 마음에 드네요, 가성비 호텔이라고 부를 수 있겠습니다. 로비의 청소상태 (의자등의 먼지)가 나쁘던데, 그래도 객실은 깨끗했네요. 다만 문제는 엄청 방이 작습니다. 저야 혼자 여행자라 괜찮지만 2명이시면 진짜 트윈룸은 미어터져요 ㅎㅎ 그리고 체크아웃시간이 10시라 좀 빠른것도 아쉽습니다

- masanori (3/5): なんば利用にはお得 - 入口が広くオシャレ、新しくどこも綺麗であった 立地場所もなんばの中心にありなんばを歩きたい人にはとても良いと思う 和室に泊まったのですが、カーテンがなく大きな窓に襖のみなため夜中でもとても明るくてなかなか寝付けなかった。おそらく電気も一方が切れていて暗いままであった。朝食は頼まないほうがよいです。1500円で品数は本当に少なく驚いた。これならば早くに出て近くで食べた方がお得と思いました。
- Aki (7/5): 大阪の街の賑やかさをすぐ感じられます。 - 施設が清潔でした。 窓際の長椅子の使い勝手が良かったです。 外国人スタッフの方々の対応が丁寧でした。 立地もなんばの繁華街の中にあり、すぐ観光地で便利でした。コンビニも隣にありました。 ツインの部屋は狭めです。そんなに部屋の中を移動することはないので問題はないです。 ペットボトルのお水の準備はありがたかったが、湯沸かしポットがあってもお茶やコーヒーは準備がなかったです。
- Jerry Chen (8/5): 適合不要求大空間且想要節省住宿費用的情侶及觀光客 - 住宿地點絕佳, 去商店街, 難波車站, 黑門市場都是走路很近的距離, 飯店樓下就有Lowson. 觀光客跟商務客的話是CP值不錯的地點, 雙人房大小偏小, 移動需要借過的程度, 但考量到費用不貴, 尚可接受. (7月底看其他飯店大多是這間飯店住下來整體費用+1萬台幣甚至是2倍的價格) 雖然每天都提供新毛巾, 收垃圾桶的垃圾, 但"連續住兩天以上沒有清潔打掃"這點顛覆我對日本飯店的印象跟服務. 備品不夠需要自己跟櫃台說並且領取. 懂日文的人請用英文跟櫃台溝通比較快且有效率. 習慣大空間的人可以不用考慮這間, 但想省錢又方便可以考慮這一間.

- Florence (1/5): The front desk staff also had poor attitude, they don’t clean your rooms daily, beds move around when turning, and sink - This was my second stay we picked this place again due to its location and location/price only If you’re going to book this hotel I highly recommend you think twice. The hotel charged an extra $350 Canadian/¥3500 per room for my stay because I had originally booked as a couple per room, they said that their booking showed only 1 guest per room and charged the additional guest fee. I did not have the same issue last year when booking so please beware
