• Raymond (7/5): Great onsen yet lack of security and a bit messy - It has an awesome onsen you can use. It’s convenient location. There is only one power outlet , didn’t feel safe to leave my things around. There is not door and lock to enter the room. It’s wide open. Although I travel light, I still don’t feel comfortable leaving my things around. People also put the luggage everywhere, on the floor. It’s a bit messy. Despite the good onsen, I would not stay there again

• Luk (7/5): - It was convenient and good location. The toilet is right next to the bunks and unfortunately my bunk could hear people walking in and out every time. Space was also very tight, not much space for luggage or walk room. Hope you get good neighbours, we had noisy ones, 3am was loud.

• Na (8/5): - 因为到达市区已经夜晚十点半了，且第二天一早要从浅草去日光，选择了便宜的床位过度一下。年轻的时候喜欢dormitory，过了三十岁睡眠变浅以后就再也不适应了。hostel的设施是非常不错的，只是个人原因不太能在呼噜声中好好休息。位置优秀，离各个站点特别近。如果我二十岁的话，应该可以全程都住在这里

• Mei-nien (9/5): - 青旅提供大浴池和桑拿，浴廁非常乾淨整潔。一樓共用區域令人感到輕鬆自在。直到凌晨一點櫃台都有人值班。位置地點超級棒，附近有一間AEON超市，提供不少即食品可回青旅微波加熱，離雷門和淺草站地鐵站相當近。 沒有廚房，只有一台小到令人詫異的小小冰箱，熱水瓶也非常陽春。床舖很小，睡下舖者，感覺頭頂沒有足夠高的空間。 第二天晚上洗澡時遇到一位印度年輕小姐不知道洗浴規矩，她沒有先洗淨身體再入大浴池浸泡。或許青旅可以在客人入住時加強宣導。
• DAICHI (10/5): コスパ最強宿。 - 全体的に清潔に保たれていた。大浴場とサウナがあり、ゆったりくつろげた。ベッド、リネンは清潔で寝心地が良かった。 上段で空調の音が気になったが耳栓をすれば問題なし。個別に鍵付きロッカーがあればより良かった。
• Andrea (8/5): - Excellent location. Nice bath and sauna. Just one plug in the bed, which you use either for the lamp or for your phone. No lockers. I didn’t like the fact that the top bed has a whole over your head because all the light comes from the outside without the possibility of turning it off.
• John (8/5): Great price for the location. - Great location, very clean. The men's onsen bath was a nice experience. It's a hostel. It's a nice hostel, but it's still a hostel so keep that in mind. The mattress wasn't the most comfortable but at this price point, temper your expectations.

• Qishan (8/5): 也就一个地理位置好，如果房价便宜可以入住，期待值不要太高，整体还可以 - 便宜性价比高，位置好 入住时间必须15:00-24:00，如果因故半夜入住，都没有提供自助check in，搞得我只能第二天下午才入住，浪费了我一晚的钱以及时间，这点很不好。一层有24张床。 但便宜嘛，其他还行了。 但对比其他青旅，能提供额外的免费服务是最好了，比如早餐、拖鞋、行李寄存、自助check in
• Christie (6/5): Location is great but you'll be slumming it - It's in a good location for a decent price. It's nice they have an onsen and dry sauna as well. When I first entered my floor my first impression was that the area was pretty dirty, musty and not organized. There's no designated storage for people to put their shoes in so there's so many shoes and slippers everywhere on the ground. There may be some disposable slippers leftover from the previous guest because there were a few pairs in front of my pod. There's dirty clothes hanging on the steps next to my pod. I see other people hanging socks on their stairs. Very unsightly and unhygienic..no want to smell that. I included a picture of when I first arrived. The pod is very small. I have to be careful getting in and out because the edge is sharp and I tend to hit my shin on it a lot to crawl into the bed. I have hit my head whilst inside my pod a couple of times. There is barely any air circulation and it's warm inside the room. Didn't bother to use the provided blanket since it's so hot. I actually used the blanket to serve as a padding for the edge actually. Some people leave their curtains at open at night just to have some air. I'm 5'1 and 130 lbs. Even I feel cramped. I can't imagine a bigger person's experience.

• Off66700 (5/5): A éviter !!!! - L'emplacement... Accueil très froid. Nous sommes restés 2 mois au Japon et avons séjourné dans de nombreuses guesthouse et là grosse catastrophe !!! Le prix n'est vraiment pas justifié, pas propre, pas de cuisine, pas d'eau, ... Enfin la déception de notre séjour.

• luciano (1/5): - La verdad decepcionante, por foto todo es muy lindo pero en la realidad es muy diferente. Por el elevado precio ni ofrecen locker, tenes que dejar tus cosas en un área publica y recalcan varias veces, por escrito y verbalmente que dejas tus cosas bajo tu propio riesgo. Si te roban o perdes algo es tu responsabilidad. Y en las supuestas áreas públicas donde dejas tus pertenencias, no hay suficiente espacio para las mas de 25 personas por habitación que hay. Y reza para que no te toque la cama frente al ascensor, porque esa luz no se apaga y vas a dormir re mal por la luz y el ruido del ascensor. El baño público lo podes usar en ciertos horarios, así que si te querías bañar en la mañana o después de un largo dia viajando, fíjate donde vas a bañarte. El agua caliente de la bañera, si no sos el primero en usarla, al cabo de una hora esta toda turbia y es un asco meterte ahí. Las duchas y el baño son totalmente públicas, no son cubículos sino mas bien una ducha en la pared. Para ser un hotel tan caro esperaba más, muy lindo el tema del baño público, pero que haya solo 5 duchas para aprox 100 personas, y que encima solo podes ducharte ciertas horas, deja mucho que desear. Se promociona mucho el sauna en este establecimiento, pero para sorpresa de nadie, esta fuera de servicio y lleno de moho. Así que no es algo que haya sucedido hace poco. El personal no habla ingles, y no son amables, no explican nada y el trato es pésimo. Después de hacer el check out, en la mayoria de hotels podes dejar las valijas un rato, o quedarte en el lobby un rato hasta que te terminas de organizar, pero acá nos echaron como un perro, de una manera muy despectiva, "Si no estas para hacer check in, vayanse" y nos señaló la puerta dos veces, apurándonos a irnos. No lo recomiendo ni para pasar una noche. No cuenta con cocina, y la heladera solo podes usarla ciertas horas, sino te tiran todo. Esta prohibido hablar por teléfono, comer y beber en las habitaciones. It's disappointing. In photos, everything looks great, but in reality, it's very different. For the high price, they don't even offer lockers; you have to leave your belongings in a public area, and they emphasize several times, both verbally and in writing, that you leave your things at your own risk. If something is stolen or lost, it's your responsibility. And in the supposed public areas where you leave your belongings, there isn't enough space for the more than 25 people per room. And pray you don't get the bed facing the elevator, because that light doesn't turn off, and you'll sleep terribly because of the light and the noise of the elevator. You can only use the public bathroom at certain times, so if you wanted to shower in the morning or after a long day of traveling, be careful where you shower. The hot water in the bathtub, if you're not the first to use it, becomes dirty AF after an hour, and it's disgusting to get in. The showers and toilet are completely public. For such an expensive hotel, I expected more. The public restroom is nice, but having only five showers for approximately 100 people, and only being able to shower at certain times, leaves much to be desired. The sauna is heavily advertised at this establishment, but unsurprisingly, it's out of service and full of mold. So this isn't a recent problem. The staff doesn't speak English, and they're unfriendly, explaining nothing and providing terrible service. After checking out, in most hotels you can leave your luggage for a while or stay in the lobby until you get settled, but here they kicked us out like dogs, in a very disrespectful manner, "If you're not here to check in, get out" and he pointed to the door twice, urging us to leave. I wouldn't recommend it even for one night. There's no kitchen, and you can only use the refrigerator at certain times; otherwise, they throw everything out.

Sul resto si può migliorare - Ottima posizione e rapporto qualità prezzo Le luci principali non vengono abbassate o spente di notte e il mio letto che era in alto non aveva un soffitto quindi la tenda non copriva la luce che passava. Le pareti superiori del letto a castello erano pienissime di polvere, nessuno aveva mai passato con uno straccio lì. Qualche altro ospite era rumoroso, una ragazza parlava in spagnolo al telefono alle 7 del mattino svegliando tutti. Evidentemente la struttura non mette al corrente di nessun regolamento sul silenzio e la buona educazione che in Giappone solitamente è data per scontato ma nelle altre nazioni no.

• Morgan (9/5): Great capsule hotel experience - The bed was soo comfortable for a capsule hotel! Out of the three that I stayed at, this was the most comfortable. The amenities were great as well, especially the washer and dryer options. Location was good, but with the little tine actually being in the neighborhood, I can’t say any more than that. Facilities were clean and the staff were nice.

• cheung (3/5): - 地理位置方便 剛好昨天check in時下著大雨，剛好被安排到上層的床位，我只住一晚所以當天要整理行李也不容易，昨天的是4人房間時我發現剛好附近的床位都是空的沒有人入住，所以我再問店員能換下層的床舖，但店員告知我當晚預約已滿無法更換，不明白明明當附近的床位根本就沒有人住但也不願意更換。 在插座附近也有明顯灰塵，看到浴池的水也不太乾淨，感覺衛生好像不太好

• Erica (9/5): - The on-site onsen was perfect after a full day of walking around Tokyo! Considering the shared facilities (bathroom on the dormitory floor and the onsen) were used by many individuals, the facilities were kept very clean! It being a walk from Asakusa Station and Sensoji Temple made it a great location! The bunk beds got really stuffy since there was very low air circulation being a wooden cubby. The only access for air was the entry which was covered by the curtain. Would recommend leaving a small gap to allow better air circulation.

• Athena Joyce (9/5): Central location in Asakusa. Lots of food options are easily accessible. - The public onsen was the best feature of the stay. A must try! Especially after a long-haul flight. Also, the stay was located in a very central location in Asakusa. Therefore, food and shopping were easily accessible. I didn't like how the bathroom stalls in the dorm room had no bins. Also, the dorm room bunk beds were kind of difficult to climb. If you're going to shop a lot, I don't recommend the dorm option as it may be difficult to pack.

• TZU CHI (6/5): 櫃台人員非常友善。 - 地理位置方便，距離淺草站近 雖然是女生房間，但其實電梯直通到各個樓層，電梯門一打開就是房間，如果有心人士想要闖入女生房間沒有防護。 分配到的床位隔著牆就是電梯，整個晚上都聽到電梯的運作聲，無法入眠。 冬天入住本來覺得很溫暖，當把門簾關上後悶到不行，熱到一身汗。
