- Aksel (8/5): - Clean, nice view, friendly staff, nice decoration and facilities The pillows were way too soft and the bed way to firm. I like firm beds but this was basically like sleeping on a concrete floor and because of the super soft pillow and the hard matress my whole body hurt after the 2 night stay. Also being turned away at the redtaurant and told to first go to the front hotel desk and stand in their long line to pay and then come back because we did not have breakfast included is weird. Why can't you just psy in the restaurant? So we just went somewhere else for breakfast. The facilities and the location is great but I'm not sure I would stay here again, there are more conforrable hotels for the price
- Paula (9/5): - Property is beautiful, all the feels of a 5 star hotel. The beds were a bit hard. We also got a room for 4 and one of the beds was a window seat/lounge with a thin liner to sleep on. We would have preferred 4 single beds or 2 queens for the 4 of us.

- Shirley Anne (10/5): - It was near a Metro station which got us to wherever we needed to go. It was within walking distance of Osaka Station as well. A Family Mark just round the corner and the river with beautiful walks alongside and restaurants and cafes all close by. It had a suoer laundry with a lot of machines. There was no drawers to put clothes in. Just a hanging rack for the hanging stuff.

- Krzysztof (10/5): Wonderful stay. - Wonderful view. The hotel is impressive both inside and out, clearly well‑maintained. The staff are consistently cheerful, helpful, and genuinely engaged. The room was in excellent condition. A place I can truly recommend. Many tourists show complete disrespect for the place and its culture — through their clothing, behaviour, and that tiresome “I pay, so I’m entitled to everything” attitude.

- Zdenko (9/5): Great stay. With just a few small points to improve - Great location. Very nice and quite spacious room considering Japanese standards. We love view and onsen at the top of the building. Sittin in Hot water outside and watch Osaka in the day or night was truly magical. Beds are comfortable. Sitting in the window and observe town is very calming and also magical. With amount of people in the hotel breakfast were during both days of our stay very crowded, hard to find a table. Selection of food was good, Coffee from machine not really. I would definitely not allow to come for a breakfast in pyjama what unfortunately a lot of guests do. Its a sad and not necessary look for a start of the day.

- Piotr (9/5): Na kilka dni dobra opcja - Basen na ostatnim piętrze rewelacja. Bardzo bogaty bufet śniadaniowy. Pokój bardzo cichy z dobrym widokiem, zwłaszcza nocą. Miejsce dość dobrze skomunikowane. Na początku trudno się zorientować, że recepcja i cały hotel zaczyna się na 17 piętrze. Brak szafy i choćby jednej szuflady czy szafki na rzeczy osobiste. Sejf jest w zasadzie tylko zamykaną kodem małą szafką na portfel i dokumenty - niewielka pojemność.

The little interaction we had with the staff was friendly and helpful. They also had a lot of washing machines so no waiting to get one. Room cleaning was very sloppy. We drank tea at night. Went out for the day and when we came back to the room the bed and bathroom had been cleaned but the dirty cups had not been removed and replaced.

- Lorenzo (10/5): Vista incredibile - Allora, all inizio non capivo tutti incommenti negativi, poi ho soggiornato in struttura e tutto è piu chiaro. L’hotel è molto bello, la lounge, la piscina e la location fanno si che abbia 5 stelle. La vista è incredibile, il personale è gentile, la colazione è buona (niente di eccezzionale ma comunque buona). Non è un 5 stelle lusso (nemmeno il prezzo lo è) quindi se ci si aspetta questo si puó rimanere delusi. Eravamo al piano 28 e comunque potevamo sentire le macchine di sotto.

The breakfast buffet was a great international spread. I especially appreciated the convenience of the airport shuttle available at the hotel; it made going to the airport so much easier.
