- Abbey (8/5): - Buffet was good. Staff were very helpful especially when assisting with luggage transfer. Clean and quiet area. Always felt safe walking around. Queen bed & room size was pretty good. Not the newest or fanciest hotel, but a solid affordable option. Offered toiletries and pjs.

Food selection for the breakfast buffet was great, menu alternates every other day. Our room was spacious & clean. Staff was courteous. This will be our default hotel when we visit again.

- Mako (4/5): - There was one staff member who didn’t speak English. I can speak some Japanese but we had a very difficult time communicating with each other. Didn’t realize it would cost an extra 4,000 yen for sheets for the pull out bed. There were 4 of us in a room, but only 2 pillows with pillow cases on them. When I tried to explain we need 2 more pillow cases, he just looked at me. There are so many hotels in Tokyo, and unfortunately would not stay at this one again. The carpet in the check in area and our room were dirty, our kids didn’t want to take a shower because it was dirty. Thankfully only stayed here one night to go to the Toyosu fish auction the next morning. Side note- it’s almost a 1 mile walk to Toyosu.

- Jerome (10/5): Definitely will come back again - Hotel facilities is good, room is so spacious , we got a room with two single bed at 23sqm, and plenty of space when my husband is doing packing. The staffs is super helpful and friendly. I will recommended my son to stay here when he is visiting Tokyo in September. The only think to complaint is about 8mins walk to the train stations .

The Deluxe Twin Room, Non Smoking (45㎡) is highly recommended if you have 3 people or more. the room size is amazingly huge especially in a place like Tokyo. It is relatively close to the subway system. breakfast is awesome.

- YUKIKO (8/5): - 豊洲の万葉倶楽部でゆっくりしたあとにタクシーに乗ってすぐに着きました。お値段も手頃で部屋もきれいでした。隣接の音が聞こえるのは、気になりましたが、朝食のバイキングは品数も多く、和食洋食もあり味など期待以上でした。立地も良かったです。

- SUNIL (8/5): - Huge rooms. In new part of the city, surrounded by modern apartment hi-rises. I stayed here as I had to be at the Toyosu Market tuna auction at 5,30am and it was a 20 minute walk from the hotel - much easier/cheaper than taxi/public transport from central Tokyo. Staff were very helpful, despite my limited Japanese and their limited English! Also, breakfast was really good!
