• Yoshikazu (6/5): 妥協LINEかな - 値段的に文句はありません。 ただ、テレビの使い方の案内が何処にもない、若しくは見つけられませんでした。 部屋に水回りのモノはないので 手を洗いたい場合は集合のトイレの手洗い場か一階のシャワールームまで行かないと駄目です。 歯磨きも同じ。 それでも値段的には文句無いかなw 贅沢言うなら、もっと金を出せ。 その通り！(笑)
• Verified traveler (8/5): Rien à redire. Impecable - Nous sommes restés une semaine. La chambre était pile ce qu’il nous fallait. Télé, lits confortables, mini frigo, prises, tables de chevet et table, climatisation, wifi. Rien à redire tout était fonctionnel. Concernant les parties communes, les douches, toilettes, le ménage était fait tous les jours. Très bonne expérience surtout pour le prix et l’emplacement de l’hôtel. Je recommande vivement.

• Elizabeth (10/5): - Exactly what i needed for a quick stay in Osaka. The sofa bed is VERY small. I’m 5’3” and thought it was too little to be used as a bed of any kind. Showers were clean. Laundry machines clean. Microwave available, no kitchen. Self check-in & self check-out. No keys. All codes to get in. Super convenient.

• Emelia (4/5): - Upon arrival to this hotel, we had realised it was in the ‘slum of Japan’ which is not a great start. The area surrounding the hotel feels dodgy and there are lots of undesirable people around. Inside the hotel, it is basic as the pictures would suggest. We found our bed was dirty but the room was spacious with a fridge and a large TV. The shared bathrooms were basic but clean,equipped with washing and drying machines and hair dryers aswell as toiletries. We left this hotel early as 2 men in casual clothes came and knocked on our door asking for the code to enter. They said it was broken and needed to be reset, but we found it was perfectly fine. We asked for proof they worked at the hotel which they couldn’t provide and only showed us a laptop. This made us feel unsafe, on top of the hotel being in a bad location and dirty so we decided to book somewhere else. I also received an email from an address that was not listed on Bestie’s website or social media sites. Upon leaving the hotel, we spoke to a girl at the reception desk through Google Translate who assured us that they did work for the hotel and had been into our room earlier in the day when we were out to try and fix the issue??? Which we weren’t told about! She said we could return to our room but we declined. This was very unprofessional, even with a language barrier, the need to enter our room when we were out or explanation of why they needed the room PIN could have been explained through Google Translate.

• Pablo (8/5): - Room was small and had only the basic necessities which is fine when you’re spending 99% of your time seeing the city. It was located not far from Shinsekai and a train station. Only thing remotely close to a “drawback” was there were a lot of sketchy people outside and around the property but none of them ever approached us or even acknowledged us so it’s not really a problem. Great hotel for travellers, would book again.

• Rachel (6/5): - As a single female traveler, I wouldn’t recommend this property. A few times I was coming back to the hotel around 8 pm some of the homeless men started cat calling me. Thankfully it’s close to the station. Then at night I could hear the other people in the room next to me, police sirens all night (the police station is right next to the hotel), and people shouting outside. I would recommend staying closer to the main area. But the hotel was nice. The self check in and check out was very easy, however I was worried something would go wrong and no one would be there to help. So. Pros and cons. Yes, it’s cheap, but I don’t recommend this place if you are alone.

• Chloe (6/5): - the only complaint i have is that the bathroom was outside of the room and shared with the whole floor - and the showers are on the ground floor for everyone. it’s perfect for a short stay in japan and the room had good facilities!

It’s not as nice as the photos, it smells sickly sweet on entry mixed with trying to disguise other smells, got into our room and the ‘clean’ sheets smelt of smoke and had black hairs through it, the bed board smelt of smoke, and people were regularly smoking outside the vicinity, there was one toilet for a whole floor with tooth paste splatter all over the door and walls, and there was a significant draft that came into the room. The shower is also on the first floor so if you’re a few floors up you have to go past the reception area back down.

• Karla (2/5): - Huyan de este hotel yo reserve cuatro noches y me fui al segundo dia sabiendo que no me iban a reembolsar, el problema es el area donde se encuentra, hay hombres ebrios a todas horas como si fueran zombies, uno de ellos al salir del hotel me siguió y otro me grito. Las habitaciones estan ok pero mi ventana daba hacia una casa donde fumaban a todas horas y fue horrible. A las 6 pm debes usar una puerta que necesita contraseña para entrar al hotel, cosa que indica que no es seguro. Buscsndo en internet vi que esta muy cerca de la zona roja de Osaka . Por favor eviten quedarse aqui. No es centrico tampoco , por el precio hay mejores hoteles capsula en el centro de Osaka que valen la pena

• Aida (6/5): - The area arround the hotel was very bad. Old men drinking alcohol in the street in the morning, strange smells in the street... The hotel was small but clean.
• Maile (6/5): - I had high hopes for this place but unfortunately just didn’t meet my hopes. The area is very dirty, so many homeless people, rubish everywhere, rats, bugs, and just filth. I did not feel safe walking around at night as a female solo traveller. It was far from central Osaka. Yes there is transit near by but expensive to get around. There is a big donki near by which is nice but other then that not worth it. For the room mine smelled so bad of smoke. I have asthma and I was having a hard time breathing. I wanted to leave it was so bad. It was nice to have a room to myself but would have enjoyed a none smoke room. I texted the hotel but they didn’t get back to me until the last day. When it came to check in, I got to drop off my bags early before check in which is nice but when it came to check out, I couldn’t leave my bags for a few hours. Which doesn’t really make sense to me. All in all I would not recommend this place. No matter the cheaper price. It’s not worth it. I honestly wish I could get my money back.

• Wyett (8/5): - I got the single room and it felt a bit small then what I expected but it was still fine for one person. They provided fast wifi for each individual room. The room and the hotel was pretty clean. The best thing about the hotel is the location. A short walk from a metro osaka station and a Jr station, it's really convenient. From my experience it was pretty quiet even at night.
