Toutes les commodités sont proches et le temps pour accéder à Namba etc… est rapide. Le quartier peut sembler flippant mais aucuns risques, vous êtes au Japon 👍🏼
- Jacobs (6/5): - Es war ok. Im Vorfeld sind viele Nachrichten vom Vermieter zu beantworten, was etwas ungewöhnlich ist. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Leider gab es eine Baustelle direkt nebenan. Und der Lärm war sehr unangenehm. An Ausschlafen war nicht zu denken. Insgesamt sehr hellhörig. Man hört die Mieter vom Nebenhaus.

- Barbara (2/5): Hidden charges will double the cost of it. - Location I will try to be fair here, but since I was charged double, sadly this experience was not a pleasant one. The price listed it’s not the price you will pay. When I booked it, a tax was added which almost doubled the price, so instead of £45, I actually paid almost £80. A minute after booking I sent them a message, politely explaining the issue and asking for free cancellation. The respond was ‘ under no circumstances we will cancel with no charge”. Additionally the check in is at 4pm and they require long process of filling in a form online- when for most travellers access to internet is very sporadic. I’d not recommend to stay here, if for nothing else but not to encourage hidden pricing. This is precisely why I stopped using Airbnb app- because of extra charges. The price should be transparent from the start. The apartment itself is nice though, in a quiet, local neighbourhood.

- Jing Zhe (9/5): Amazing - The apartment was very spacious and had a lot of things like a washing machine, curling iron and straightener. The room was very clean and comfortable to stay in. Location was convenient as well, near a train station and Familymart. I would say the only down side is that the soundproofing is not very good and you can literally hear the next door neighbour talking or even taking a shower/flushing the toilet.

- Jaz (10/5): Great stay in Osaka just outside of central - The host was very informative with the whole process, so checking in was a breeze. The neighbourhood is on the "gritty" side of Osaka but I always felt super safe, and there's everything you need within a 10-minute walk. Accessing central Osaka is easy via the subway. Not a bad thing, just a tip. Inside can get a little stuffy, so try setting the AC to the "dry" and don't set the air purifier to "humidity".

- Paul (9/5): Great apartment in a great location - I had a great stay in this place. The apartment was clean, modern, and a bit bigger than it looked in the photos. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was really nice. Great location, only a 5 minute walk to the metro and to a lot of restaurants and activities, and a 15 minute walk to a big shopping area. Some other reviews said that they could hear neighbors through the walls, but I didn't hear anyone else during my stay, it was very quiet. Very nice place for the price. The washing machine works, but because the apartment doesn't get much natural light and is not ventilated well, the clothes took a very long time to dry on the rack. The windows do not open so the room can get warm and stuffy if you don't have the air conditioner on.

- Xuan (8/5): Good value for money - Lots of space and a kitchen with cooking amenities. The location is quite good, being close to train station and large shopping area with lots of restaurants. The apartment was very clean and the bathroom was big. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear the neighbours coughing. The mattress was not very comfortable, we could feel the springs and it was quite creaky. The entrance way steps are VERY steep, i wouldnt recommend it if you are travelling with children or elderly.

Air conditioning worked well to heat up the rooms or cool them down. Good location, very near train station and shops and restaurants. Good check-in instructions. The host was exceptionally attentive and communicative, providing us with detailed information well before our arrival, which made everything seamless. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I was pleasantly surprised by thoughtful extras like a hair straightener and curling iron. The cleanliness of the place and the meticulous attention to detail didn't go unnoticed. Overall, we had an exceptional experience and felt really taken care of. We had everything we needed and more, making our stay memorable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. One really minor aspect that could have been better was the noise level from some of the other guests in the adjacent apartment. However, this has nothing to do with the host nor did it affect the overall positive experience of our stay.

It was also conveniently located near multiple train stations, so accessibility was not an issue either.

Everything in the apartment looked like it was brand new and it was clean as a surgery room! WiFi and Netflix makes for an enjoyable time even when the weather is disagreeable. Oh, and early check-in really made my day on the arrival day!
